8. A warming-up device for activating muscles according to claim 1, wherein the adjustment assembly comprises a motor (23), an output shaft of the motor (23) being provided with an adjustment plate (24).
9. Warming device for activating muscles according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that said regulating plate (24) is U-shaped, said chain (20) being fitted with a U-shaped opening of said regulating plate (24), said motor (23) being electrically connected with said driving wheel (21).
