Background
The strength training, also called as resistance training, is the oral training of stripping iron, lifting iron and apparatus, and also includes the bare-handed dead weight training. In most people's cognition, strength training has only two effects, one is muscle building (i.e. increasing muscle circumference), and the other is increasing strength. In fact, strength training can also be used for fat reduction as well. Unlike most common aerobic exercises such as running, elliptical machines, rowing machines, skipping ropes, etc., training can be started directly without special training, with few doorsills. The strength training is different, the equipment is more, the action is more, and the technical points of use and training are more. Moreover, the mastering and familiarity of the technology requires a lot of training and experience accumulation, and can be done immediately without reading, understanding or understanding the writing and others. The action is not in place, so that the training effect is influenced or even no effect or negative effect is generated, and the potential training risk is generated, for example, some novices like to blindly adopt heavy weight. Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a home strength training apparatus that is suitable for exercising at home. The device can greatly reduce the injury probability when the force training is carried out through the Smith machine.

Preferably, the fixing plate is connected to the lifting rod by a sleeve assembly.
Preferably, the sleeve assembly comprises first and second mutually hinged half-pipes configured to clamp the lifter when snapped together.
Preferably, the waist support assembly further comprises an extension arm, one end of the extension arm is connected with the waist pad, and the other end of the extension arm is provided with a handle convenient to grasp.
Preferably, an extension section which is in contact with the extension arm when the extension arm is buckled is arranged on the first half pipe in an extending mode, a slide rail is arranged on the extension arm corresponding to the extension section, and a locking piece capable of locking the extension section is arranged in the slide rail in a sliding mode.
