Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described below through the attached drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1-13, a multifunctional bedsore-preventing nursing bed comprises a bed board assembly 11, a bedsore-preventing assembly 12, a nursing assembly 13, a reset assembly 14 and a base 2.
The bed board assembly 11 comprises a first supporting bar set 111, a second supporting bar set 112 and a supporting board 110, wherein a plurality of supporting bars 1111 contained in the first supporting bar set 111 and a plurality of supporting bars 1121 contained in the second supporting bar set 112 are staggered on one side of the supporting board 110 facing the human body along the length direction of the supporting board 110;
and the support plate 110 is divided into at least two areas which are hingedly connected.
The bedsore prevention assembly 12 is used for driving the first supporting bar set 111 and the second supporting bar set 112 to be alternately lifted, and the nursing assembly 13 is used for lifting at least one area of the supporting plates 110 and supporting bars 1111 and 1121 arranged in the area are lifted so as to lift the body part of the user.
When the first supporting bar set 111 and the second supporting bar set 112 are alternately lifted, the reset assembly 14 accumulates elastic reset force, and the positioning block 141 in the reset assembly 14 moves along with the supporting bars 1111, 1121 in a direction away from the positioning groove 142, and when the supporting bars 1111, 1121 descend, the reset assembly 14 releases the elastic reset force to drive the positioning block 141 to fall back into the positioning groove 142.
When the supporting bars 1111 and 1121 need to return, the bedsore-preventing nursing bed can realize accurate falling of the supporting bars 11 and 21 under the action of the return assembly 14. The reset assembly 14 can avoid the phenomenon that the support strips 1111 and 1121 are folded, thereby causing injury to rehabilitation personnel. Therefore, the nursing function and the bedsore prevention function are realized and the nursing bed is simultaneously provided with one nursing bed.
In this embodiment, the positioning groove 142 is disposed on a side of the support plate 110 facing the support bars 1111, 1121, and the positioning block 141 is disposed on a side of the support bar facing the support plate 110. The positioning groove 142 is formed by grooving the support plate 110, and has a bottom portion for limiting the lowest descending function of the support bars 1111, 1121, and a support function. The reset assembly 14 further includes a support plate 110 having one end hinged thereto, a first link 143 and a second link 144, and a torsion spring 145 for biasing the first link 143 and the second link 144 toward each other. The other end of the first link 144 is hinged to the support bars 1111, 1121, and the other end of the second link 144 is hinged to the support plate 110.
Thus, when the supporting bars 1111 and 1121 are lifted, the first connecting rod 143 and the second connecting rod 144 are far away from each other, the torsion spring 145 accumulates elastic restoring force, and when the supporting bars 1111 and 1121 are restored, the torsion spring 145 releases the elastic restoring force to drive the first connecting rod 143 and the second connecting rod 144 to approach each other, and simultaneously drive the positioning block 1141 to fall back into the positioning groove 1142.
The anti-decubitus assembly 12 may take a variety of configurations, such as those described in applicant's four prior applications, 2020206356025, 202021089549X, 2020210904785, 202021090829.2. The translation assembly includes a first translation member 123 and a second translation member, the reversing assembly includes a first reversing assembly and a second reversing assembly, the first translation member 123 is connected to the first connecting member 121 through the first reversing assembly, and the second translation member is connected to the second connecting member 122 through the second reversing assembly.
The first reversing component reverses the reciprocating movement of the first translating element 123 along the length direction of the support plate 110 into the reciprocating movement of the first connecting component 121 along the thickness direction of the support plate 110, and then drives the first support bar set 111 to reciprocate along the thickness direction of the support plate 110.
The second reversing component reverses the reciprocating movement of the second translating element along the length direction of the support plate 110 into the reciprocating movement of the second connecting component 122 along the thickness direction of the support plate 110, and then drives the second support bar set 112 to reciprocate along the thickness direction of the support plate 110.
According to the bedsore-preventing nursing bed provided by the invention, the reciprocating translation of the translation assembly in the horizontal direction is converted into the reciprocating lifting of the first connecting assembly 121 and the second connecting assembly 122 in the vertical direction through the reversing assembly, the first reversing assembly and the second reversing assembly are respectively driven through the first translation piece 123 and the second translation piece, and the first supporting bar set 111 and the second supporting bar set 112 can be enabled to be in asynchronous movement through the asynchronous movement of the first translation piece 123 and the second translation piece or through different reversing structures of the first reversing assembly and the second reversing assembly, so that the plate surface of the bed plate assembly 11 is fluctuated.
The patient can be helped to activate the body and reduce the condition of tissue hypoxia through the fluctuation of the plate surface of the bed plate assembly, and the translation-vertical reversing assembly has simple structure, easy realization and lower cost.

To achieve asynchronous lifting of the first and second link assemblies 121, 122, the first and second runners 1231, 122 are reversed.
In one embodiment of the invention, the translation directions of the first translation member 123 and the second translation member are parallel to each other. The first sliding groove 1231 and the second sliding groove are identical in shape but are opposite in direction, and include a first straight portion 12311 and a second straight portion 12312 extending along the translational direction of the first translating member 123, the first straight portion 12311 and the second straight portion 12312 are different in height, and the first straight portion 12311 and the second straight portion 12312 are connected by a slope portion 12313. The slope of the sloped portions 12313 of the first and second runners 1231, 12313 are opposite.
When the roller of the first link assembly 121 is positioned in the first straight portion 12311 of the first runner 1231, the roller of the second link assembly 122 is positioned in the second straight portion 12312 of the second runner, and the second support bar set 112 is raised. Conversely, when the roller of the first link assembly 121 is positioned at the second straight portion 12312, the roller of the second link assembly 122 is positioned at the first straight portion 12311, and the first support bar set 111 is lifted. In addition, the horizontal length of the first straight portion 12311 is equal to the sum of the horizontal lengths of the second straight portion 12312 and the inclined surface portion 12313, so that when the roller of the first connecting assembly 121 moves along the first straight portion 12311 to the connection point of the first straight portion 12311 and the inclined surface portion 12313, the roller of the second connecting assembly 122 also moves along the second straight portion 12312 and the inclined surface portion 12313 to the connection point of the inclined surface portion 12313 and the first straight portion 12311, and the heights of the first support bar group 111 and the second support bar group 112 are the same, and the plate surface of the whole bed plate assembly 11 assumes a horizontal state.
On the basis of the structure, the positions of the first sliding groove 1231 and the second sliding groove with different heights can be divided into a plurality of gears, so that the bed surface can be changed between the heights of different gears, and the user can conveniently select the two gears by himself. In this embodiment, the first chute 1231 and the second chute do not perform gear setting, but setting the gear as needed belongs to a simple replacement of this embodiment. If gear control is to be realized, only a plurality of inclined planes are needed to be added, and the inclined planes are connected through a straight part.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first and second sliding grooves 1231 and 1231 are provided in the directions parallel to the length direction of the support plate 110 of the first and second translation members 123 and 123, respectively.
