The invention relates to the field of infant products, in particular to a foldable support and a baby carriage frame with the same.
Background
The baby carriage can be used for a child to sit or/and lie, and the parent can go to the baby carriage for walking, so that the burden of holding the child by the parent can be relieved, and the child has more activity space. A stroller generally includes a frame that is convertible between an unfolded state and a folded state, a locking mechanism disposed on the frame for locking the frame in the unfolded state, and front and rear wheels disposed on front and rear lower portions of the frame, respectively.
When the baby stroller is in an unfolded state, the stroller frame cannot be folded under the action of the locking mechanism, the front wheels and the rear wheels are supported on the ground, the stroller frame is stably locked in the unfolded state, and a child can walk in the stroller when sitting or lying in the stroller; when the stroller is not required to be used, the locking mechanism is unlocked and the frame is then folded.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide a bracket which has smooth linkage of all components during folding and small volume after folding and a baby carriage frame with the bracket.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a foldable support comprises a front leg, a rear leg, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, wherein the first connecting rod and the rear leg are in cross pivot joint through a first pivot, the upper end of the second connecting rod is in pivot joint with the rear end of the front leg through a second pivot, and the lower end of the second connecting rod is in pivot joint with the lower end of the first connecting rod; the front foot is also pivoted to the rear foot through a third pivot, and the first pivot, the second pivot and the third pivot are pivots at different positions.
The third pivot is located in front of the first pivot and the second pivot.
The lower end of the front foot is connected with a front wheel, and the lower end of the rear foot is connected with a rear wheel.
A baby carriage frame can be converted between an unfolded state and a folded state, and comprises the support, a push handle rod and a third connecting rod, wherein the upper end of the first connecting rod and the upper end of the third connecting rod are respectively pivoted at different positions of the push handle rod, and the lower end of the third connecting rod is pivoted at a rear foot, so that the push handle rod, the third connecting rod, the first connecting rod and the rear foot form a four-connecting-rod structure; the front foot is pivoted with the third connecting rod through the third pivot; or the front foot is pivoted with the lower end of the third connecting rod and the rear foot through the third pivot.
The upper end of the first connecting rod is pivoted to the lower end of the push handle rod through a fourth pivot, the upper end of the third connecting rod is pivoted to the push handle rod through a fifth pivot, and the fifth pivot is located on the upper side of the fourth pivot.
The front foot is pivoted with the lower end of the third connecting rod and the front end of the rear foot through the third pivot.
The front foot comprises a first section and a second section, wherein the first section extends from bottom to top, the second section extends from the upper end of the first section to back, and the upper end of the second connecting rod is pivoted to the rear end of the second section.
The second section is configured as a seat for seating.
The first section or the second section of the front foot is pivoted with the rear foot or/and the third connecting rod through the third pivot. The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the structure of the support, when the support is folded, other components of the support can relatively rotate to approach each other as long as the first connecting rod is rotated backwards and downwards, so that all the components of the support are smoothly linked with each other in the folding process, the folding operation is easy and effortless, and the volume of the folded support is small, so that the support is convenient to carry and store.
2. The baby carriage frame is additionally provided with the push handle rod and the third connecting rod on the basis of the support, the push handle rod, the third connecting rod, the first connecting rod and the rear foot of the support form a four-connecting-rod structure, and due to the characteristics of the four-connecting-rod structure, the arrangement of the push handle rod and the third connecting rod cannot influence the smooth linkage of all components of the support, so that all the components are smoothly linked in the whole folding process of the baby carriage frame, the folding operation is easy and effortless, and the volume of the baby carriage frame is small after the baby carriage frame is folded, so that the baby carriage frame is convenient to carry and store.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the foldable stand of the present invention comprises a front leg 1, a rear leg 2, a first link 3 and a second link 4, wherein the first link 3 and the rear leg 2 are cross-pivoted by a first pivot 21, the upper end of the second link 4 is pivoted to the rear end of the front leg 1 by a second pivot 41, and the lower end is pivoted to the lower end of the first link 3; the front leg 1 is further pivoted to the rear leg 2 by a third pivot 22, and the first pivot 21, the second pivot 41 and the third pivot 22 are pivots at different positions.
Preferably, the third pivot 22 is located above the first pivot 21 and the second pivot 41.
The lower end of the front foot 1 is connected with a front wheel 5, and the lower end of the rear foot 2 is connected with a rear wheel 6.
When the support is folded, the first connecting rod 3 is rotated backwards and downwards, so that the front end of the first connecting rod 3 rotates upwards relatively, the rear end of the front foot 1 is driven to rotate upwards, the front lower end of the front foot 1 rotates backwards to lean against the rear foot 2, and the support is folded until the front foot 1, the rear foot 2, the first connecting rod 3 and the second connecting rod 4 rotate relatively to approach. So, each subassembly of folding in-process support links each other very smoothly for folding operation is very light easy not hard, and folding back volume of material is little moreover.
The baby carriage frame can be converted between an unfolded state and a folded state, and comprises a support, a push handle rod 7 and a third connecting rod 8, wherein the upper end of the first connecting rod 3 and the upper end of the third connecting rod 8 are respectively pivoted at different positions of the push handle rod 7, and the lower end of the third connecting rod 8 is pivoted at the rear foot 2, so that the push handle rod 7, the third connecting rod 8, the first connecting rod 3 and the rear foot 2 form a four-connecting-rod structure; the front foot 1 is pivoted with the third connecting rod 8 through the third pivot 22; alternatively, the front leg 1 is pivotally connected to the lower end of the third link 8 and the rear leg 2 via the third pivot 22. That is, when the lower end of the third link 8 is pivoted to the rear leg 2, the front leg 1 may be pivoted to only the rear leg 2 or only the third link 8 by the third pivot 22, or may be pivoted to both the lower end of the third link 8 and the rear leg 2 by the third pivot 22. In this embodiment, preferably, the front leg 1 is pivotally connected to the lower end of the third link 8 and the front end of the rear leg 2 via the third pivot 22, so that the assembly is more convenient, the structure of the stroller frame is more compact, and the stroller frame is more stable when in the unfolded state.
The upper end of the first link 3 is pivotally connected to the lower end of the push handle rod 7 through a fourth pivot 31, the upper end of the third link 8 is pivotally connected to the push handle rod 7 through a fifth pivot 81, and the fifth pivot 81 is located on the upper side of the fourth pivot 31, so that the push handle rod 7, the first link 3, the third link 8 and the rear leg 2 form a four-link structure.
Preferably, the front leg 1 includes a first section 11 extending from bottom to top and a second section 12 extending from the upper end of the first section 11 to back, and the upper end of the second link 4 is pivotally connected to the rear end of the second section 12. In this embodiment, the second segment 12 is pivotally connected to the front end of the rear leg 2 and the lower end of the third link 8 through the third pivot 22. So set up for the frame is whole more compact, and the volume of timber is littleer after folding moreover. In other embodiments, the first segment 11 may be pivotally connected to the rear leg 2 or/and the third link 8.
When the stroller frame of the present invention is folded, the push handle rod 7 is rotated forward and the push handle rod 7 moves downward and leans against the rear leg 2, so as to drive the upper ends of the first link 3 and the third link 8 to rotate downward and lean against the rear leg 2, when the upper end of the first link 3 rotates downward, the lower end thereof rotates upward relatively, so as to drive the rear end of the front leg 1 to rotate upward, so that the front lower end of the front leg 1 rotates backward and leans against the rear leg 2 (as shown in fig. 3), until the push handle rod 7, the first link 3, the second link 4, the third link 8, the front leg 1 and the rear leg 2 approach each other, the stroller frame of the present invention is completely folded (as shown in fig. 4). Because the push handle rod 7, the first connecting rod 3, the third connecting rod 8 and the rear foot 2 form a four-connecting-rod structure, due to the characteristics of the four-connecting-rod structure, the arrangement of the push handle rod 7 and the third connecting rod 8 does not influence the smooth linkage of all components of the bracket, so that the folding operation of the invention is easy and effortless, and the volume of the whole folded bracket is small.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the second section 12 is provided as a seat for sitting. Therefore, when the bicycle frame is folded, the seat part is folded together, so that the folding operation is simpler and more convenient.
In the above description of the orientation, the front wheel 5 is located at the front, the rear wheel 6 is located at the rear, the driver is located at the upper position, and the front wheel 5 and the rear wheel 6 are located at the lower position.
