The position of the longitudinal beam 112 corresponding to the sliding rail 141 is also provided with a sliding block assembly 113, one end of the sliding block assembly 113 is connected with the longitudinal beam 112, and the other end is in sliding connection with the sliding rail 141.
Referring to fig. 2, the cross member 111 is provided with an upper and a lower, the side member 112 is provided with a left and a right, and both ends of the upper and lower cross members 111 are respectively connected to the left and right side members 112, to constitute the back frame 110. The backrest frame 110 is composed of the longitudinal beams 112 of the cross beam 111, so that the strength of the backrest frame 110 is ensured, the material is saved, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the back rubbing prevention device 100 further includes armrests 200 connected to the back rest frame 110, and the armrests 200 are positioned at left and right sides of the back rubbing prevention device 100 and connected to the stringers 112 at left and right sides of the back rest frame 110, respectively. By providing the armrest 200, the user can use the back rubbing prevention device 100 in a more comfortable posture, and user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, the armrest 200 is capable of rotating with changes in the angle of the back frame 110. For example, when the user adjusts the angle of the back frame 110, the armrest 200 automatically rotates relative to the back frame 110, so that the user can keep a fixed angle with the ground together with the armrest 200 in the whole process of adjusting the angle of the back frame 110, thereby improving the user experience.
Specifically, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the armrest 200 is coupled to the stringers 112 of the back frame 110 via the rotational axis 210 in such a manner that the armrest 200 is rotatable about the rotational axis 210. The user can adjust the armrest 200 to a proper angle by himself as required, thereby improving user experience.
In some embodiments, the armrest 200 is capable of rotating with changes in the angle of the back frame 110. For example, when the user adjusts the angle of the back frame 110, the armrest 200 automatically rotates relative to the back frame 110, so that the user can keep a fixed angle with the ground together with the armrest 200 in the whole process of adjusting the angle of the back frame 110, thereby improving the user experience.
In a second aspect, embodiments of the present invention provide a chair including the back rubbing prevention device 100 according to the first aspect.
The chair according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the back rubbing preventing device 100 according to the embodiment of the first aspect, the back rubbing preventing device 100 includes a back frame 110, a seat frame 120, a rotation connecting member 130, and a back pad member 140, a sliding rail 141 is disposed between the back pad member 140 and the back frame 110, and the back pad member 140 is slidably connected with the back frame 110 through the sliding rail 141; the backrest frame 110 is rotatably connected with the seat frame 120; one end of the rotation connecting piece 130 is connected with the back cushion 140, and the other end is connected with the seat frame 120, so that the rotation connecting piece 130 can drive the back cushion 140 to slide relative to the seat frame 110 in the process that the seat frame 110 rotates relative to the seat frame 120. Thereby reducing the relative movement stroke between the back of the user and the back pad 140, reducing the back rubbing feeling and improving the use experience of the user in the process of adjusting the backrest by the user.
Since the chair in this embodiment and the back rubbing device 100 in the foregoing embodiments belong to the same inventive concept, reference may be made to the specific embodiment of the back rubbing device 100 in the foregoing embodiments for other specific implementations of the chair in this embodiment, and for avoiding redundancy, the description of other specific implementations of the chair in this embodiment will not be repeated here.
In a third aspect, embodiments of the present invention provide a bed comprising an anti-back rub device 100 as in the embodiments of the first aspect above.
The bed according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the back rubbing preventing device 100 according to the embodiment of the first aspect, the back rubbing preventing device 100 includes a back frame 110, a seat frame 120, a rotation connecting member 130, and a back pad member 140, a sliding rail 141 is disposed between the back pad member 140 and the back frame 110, and the back pad member 140 is slidably connected with the back frame 110 through the sliding rail 141; the backrest frame 110 is rotatably connected with the seat frame 120; one end of the rotation connecting piece 130 is connected with the back cushion 140, and the other end is connected with the seat frame 120, so that the rotation connecting piece 130 can drive the back cushion 140 to slide relative to the seat frame 110 in the process that the seat frame 110 rotates relative to the seat frame 120. Thereby reducing the relative movement stroke between the back of the user and the back pad 140, reducing the back rubbing feeling and improving the use experience of the user in the process of adjusting the backrest by the user.
Since the bed in this embodiment and the back rubbing device 100 in the foregoing embodiments belong to the same inventive concept, other specific implementations of the bed in this embodiment may refer to specific examples of the back rubbing device 100 in the foregoing embodiments, and in order to avoid redundancy, other specific implementations of the chair in this embodiment are not described herein.

An anti-back rubbing device, comprising: the seat comprises a backrest frame, a seat frame, a rotary connecting piece and a back cushion piece, wherein a sliding rail is arranged between the back cushion piece and the backrest frame, and the back cushion piece is in sliding connection with the backrest frame through the sliding rail; the backrest frame is rotationally connected with the seat frame; one end of the rotating connecting piece is connected with the back cushion piece, and the other end of the rotating connecting piece is connected with the seat frame, so that the rotating connecting piece can drive the back cushion piece to slide relative to the back frame in the process that the back frame rotates relative to the seat frame; the rotary connecting piece comprises a rocker, a connecting rod and a seat frame fixing block, one end of the rocker is connected with the back cushion piece, the other end of the rocker is rotationally connected with one end of the connecting rod, the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the seat frame fixing block, and the seat frame fixing block is arranged at the bottom of the seat frame; the backrest frame is also provided with a telescopic push rod, the seat frame is provided with an extension mounting frame, one end of the push rod is rotatably connected with the extension mounting frame, the other end of the push rod is rotatably connected with the backrest frame, and the backrest frame can rotate relative to the seat frame around the connection point of the push rod and the extension mounting frame; the sliding distance of the back cushion piece is determined by the length of the connecting rod, and the distance from the back cushion piece to the connecting point of the push rod and the extending installation frame is determined by the length of the rocking rod;
the connecting rod of the rotary connecting piece comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, one end of the first connecting rod is hinged with one end of the rocker, the other end of the first connecting rod is rotationally connected with the seat frame fixing block, one end of the second connecting rod is rotationally connected with the backrest frame, and the other end of the second connecting rod is rotationally connected with the seat frame fixing block;
Under the condition that the length of the rocking rod is fixed, the sliding distance of the back cushion part can be increased by increasing the length of the connecting rod, under the condition that the length of the rocking rod is fixed, the sliding distance of the back cushion part can be reduced by decreasing the length of the connecting rod, under the condition that the length of the connecting rod is fixed, the distance from the back cushion part to the connecting point of the push rod and the extending installation frame can be increased by increasing the length of the rocking rod, and under the condition that the length of the connecting rod is fixed, the distance from the back cushion part to the connecting point of the push rod and the extending installation frame can be reduced by decreasing the length of the rocking rod;
The rocker is provided with a plurality of mounting holes at intervals on the rod body, the connecting rod is provided with a plurality of mounting holes at intervals on the rod body, and the hinge joint between the rocker and the connecting rod is realized by arranging a pin to pass through the mounting holes of the rocker and the connecting rod.
2. An anti-back rubbing device according to claim 1, further comprising a locking device for adjusting the length of the push rod, the locking device being disposed within the push rod.
