The swing mechanism B comprises a pair of electric push rods C (16) hinged with the bed frame (18) and a hinged plate B (17) hinged with the arm sheath (7), the main body part of the electric push rods C (16) is hinged with the bed frame (18), the end parts of the telescopic rods are hinged with the first end parts of the hinged plate B (17), and the second end parts of the hinged plate B (17) are hinged with the bottom parts of the arm sheaths (7).

A cardiovascular and cerebrovascular care-giver as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the height adjusting mechanism comprises a pair of electric push rods A (10) hinged with the frame body (1), two pairs of connecting rods A (11), two pairs of connecting rods B (12) and two pairs of connecting rods C (13), wherein a first end of each connecting rod A (11) is hinged with the electric push rods A (10), a second end of each connecting rod A (11) is hinged with the frame body (1) through a shaft, a first end of each connecting rod B (12) is connected with the shaft, a first end of each connecting rod C (13) is hinged with a second end of each connecting rod B (12), and a second end of each connecting rod C (13) is hinged with the bedstead (18).
3. A cardiovascular and cerebrovascular care-giver as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the contact surface of the arm sheath (7) and the arm is made of soft skin-friendly materials.
4. A cardiovascular and cerebrovascular care implement as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that: a massage head A is arranged in the arm sheath (7).
5. A cardiovascular and cerebrovascular care apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the surface of the headrest (8) is provided with a massage head B (9).
