The seat stretching linkage mechanism and the seat support can be applied to seats such as sofas, office chairs, leisure chairs and the like. Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a seat extension linkage mechanism including a linkage assembly 1 and a transmission member 2, the linkage assembly 1 including a fitting plate 10 and a driving link 11, the driving link 11 being for connection with a seat frame 3 of a seat, the fitting plate 10 including a side plate portion 12 and a support portion 13, the side plate portion 12 being connected with the driving link 11, the support portion 13 being connected with the support portion 13, the support portion 13 being for connection with a backrest mount 4 of the seat.
Specifically, the side plate 12 and the supporting portion 13 may be two separate parts, and are fixedly connected by a fastener, so that the material utilization rate can be improved in the production process. In some embodiments, the side plate 12 and the support 13 may be integrally formed as an L-shaped fitting. In the present embodiment, the supporting portion 13 extends toward the side plate portion 12 to be connected to a position near the middle of the side plate portion 12, and is formed in a bent shape, so that the overall structural strength of the linkage assembly can be increased.
Specifically, a first pivot point 121 and a second pivot point 122 are respectively arranged at two ends of the side plate 12, the side plate 12 is connected with the driving connecting rod 11 through the first pivot point 121, and the side plate 12 is connected with the supporting part 13 in a bending manner through the second pivot point 122. The driving connecting rod 11 is rotationally connected with the side edge of the middle part of the seat frame 3.
Specifically, the extension linkage 100 is disposed between the seat frame 3 and the backrest mount 4, the backrest mount 4 is rotatably connected to the seat frame 3 by the linkage assembly 1, the side plate 12 is disposed below the seat frame 3, and the side plate 12 is fixedly connected to the armrest frames on both sides of the seat. The mounting plate 10 is stationary with the sofa armrest during seat position adjustment. Specifically, the side plate portion 12 is provided with a mounting hook or a positioning hole for connection with the armrest frame.
Specifically, the transmission piece 2 is arranged between the linkage assembly 1 and the pedal telescopic mechanism 5 of the seat, one end of the transmission piece 2 is used for being connected with the pedal telescopic mechanism 5, the other end of the transmission piece 2 is connected with the side plate 12, and the pedal telescopic mechanism 5 and the linkage assembly 1 transmit tensile force through the transmission piece 2. The pedal telescopic mechanism 5 of the seat is connected with the linkage assembly 1 through the transmission piece 2, and when the pedal telescopic mechanism 5 of the seat extends forwards, the transmission piece 2 is stretched. In particular, in some embodiments, the transmission member 2 may be a connection member having an elastic restoring force. In this embodiment, the transmission member 2 may be a spring with hooks or hanging rings at two ends, and in some embodiments, may also be a structure such as elastic rope or elastic zipper.
Specifically, a fixing member 123 is further disposed on the side plate 12, a ratio of a distance from the fixing member 123 to the first pivot point 121 to a distance from the fixing member 123 to the second pivot point 122 is greater than 1, and the fixing member 123 is configured to be connected to one end of the transmission member 2.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the linkage assembly 1 further includes an elastic member 14, where the elastic member 14 is obliquely disposed between the inner side frame of the seat frame 3 and the side plate 12 and is close to one end of the backrest mounting member 4, and the elastic member 14 is used to maintain a certain elastic restoring force between the seat frame 3 and the side plate 12, so that the seat frame can be more quickly and smoothly retracted. The elastic member 14 may be a spring, a bungee cord, or other elastic attachment member. In some embodiments, the elastic member 14 may not be provided.
Example 2
The embodiment 2 of the invention also provides a seat support, which comprises a seat frame 3, a backrest mounting part 4, a pedal telescopic mechanism 5 and the stretching linkage mechanism 100, wherein the backrest mounting part 4 is rotatably connected with the seat frame 3 through the linkage assembly 1, and the seat frame 3, the pedal telescopic mechanism 5, the backrest mounting part 4 and the stretching linkage mechanism 100 are arranged in two groups and are opposite to each other.
Specifically, the backrest mounting member 4 comprises a first section 41, a second section 42 and a third section 43 which are integrally bent and formed, wherein the first section 41 is rotatably connected with the side edge of the seat frame 3, the second section 42 is rotatably connected with the supporting part 13, and the third section 43 is used for being connected with the backrest frame of the seat. In particular, the third section of the backrest mount 4 can be provided in the form of a plug-in connection which can be plugged into the backrest frame of the seat. The backrest mount 4 may be folded into a Z-like mount.
Specifically, the pedal telescopic mechanism 5 comprises a connecting rod assembly 51, a main foot rest 52 and a secondary foot rest assembly 53, wherein the connecting rod assembly 51 is used for driving the main foot rest 52 and the secondary foot rest assembly 53 to extend or retract relative to the seat frame 3;
The link assembly 51 includes a first link 511, a second link 512, a third link 513, and a fourth link 514, the first link 511 is connected with the second link 512, the third link 513 is connected with the fourth link 514, a middle portion of the second link 512 is cross-connected with a middle portion of the third link 513, the first link 511 and the third link 513 are respectively connected with the seat frame 3, and the second link 512 and the fourth link 514 are respectively connected with the main foot rest 52.
Specifically, the secondary foot rest assembly includes a secondary foot rest 531 and a foot rest link 532, wherein the secondary foot rest 531 is connected with the primary foot rest 52 and the secondary foot rest 531 is connected with the fourth link 514 through the foot rest link 532. In the present embodiment, the main footrest 52 and the sub-footrest 531 are used to mount the main footrest and the sub-footrest, respectively. In some embodiments, the foot rest 5 may have a different number of footrests, one, two or three, and the foot rest may have different extension lengths.
Specifically, the pedal telescopic mechanism 5 further comprises a transmission connecting piece 54, the transmission connecting piece 54 is arranged at one end of the pedal telescopic mechanism 5 connected with the transmission piece 2, one end of the transmission connecting piece 54 is rotatably connected with the first connecting rod 511, and the other end of the transmission connecting piece 54 is used for being connected with the transmission piece 2.
The seat support comprises a seat support body, and is characterized by further comprising a mounting cross bar 6, a driving cross bar 7 and a driving mechanism, wherein two ends of the mounting cross bar 6 are respectively connected with two supporting parts 13, two ends of the driving cross bar 7 are respectively connected with the middle parts of two first connecting rods 511, and the driving mechanism is arranged between the driving cross bar 7 and the mounting cross bar 6 so as to enable the seat support to move among sitting, extending and lying positions. Specifically, the driving mechanism is a linear driver and may be a push rod motor, and in this embodiment, only one push rod motor is needed to implement adjustment of the seat between three positions. The motor end of the driving mechanism is connected with the mounting cross rod 6 through a mounting piece, and the push rod end of the driving mechanism is connected with the driving cross rod 7 through a mounting piece.
In particular, fig. 5-7 are three position diagrams of the seat stretching linkage mechanism (thick solid lines in the figures respectively represent the transmission member and the elastic member), and in practical application, the driving mechanism can be controlled by a remote controller or a switch button to drive the seat linkage support structure to adjust in the sitting position, the stretching position and the lying position. When the seat support is adjusted from the sitting posture to the stretching posture, the push rod of the driving mechanism pushes the driving cross rod forwards, the driving cross rod drives the pedal telescopic mechanism 5 to stretch forwards, and the linkage assembly and the backrest mounting piece are kept motionless. When the seat is adjusted from the stretching position to the lying position, the driving mechanism continues to operate the push rod to extend completely, the driving cross rod 7 and the pedal telescopic mechanism 5 are pushed to extend upwards relatively, the seat frame 3 is driven to rotate upwards, the transmission piece 2 is lengthened, and the backrest mounting piece rotates downwards and backwards. When the seat support is adjusted and retracted from the lying position, the seat frame is rotated and retracted downwards under the action of the self gravity of a human body because the head is lifted and the upper body is upright when sitting up, so that the backrest mounting piece 4 is rotated and retracted firstly, and then the pedal telescopic mechanism 5 is retracted. In the lying position, the transmission part 2 tightly pulls the pedal telescopic mechanism, so that the pedal telescopic mechanism is folded and retracted after the backrest mounting part is retracted. The transmission part 2 with elasticity in the process can enable the seat support to be smoother in the position adjusting process, and meanwhile, the transmission part 2 ensures the movement sequence of the backrest installation part and the pedal telescopic mechanism in the unfolding and the retracting of the seat.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the seat support of the present invention is fixed in the armrest frames at both sides of the seat, and is manufactured into a sofa or a leisure seat by installing the armrest frame 200, the backrest frame 400 and the seat frame and then soft-packing the upholstery. It should be noted that, the assembly plate of the present embodiment is connected to the armrest frame and is fixed, and the backrest frame 400 may be configured as a T-shaped frame when viewed from the front of the seat, so that two protruding ends of the T-shaped backrest frame do not interfere with the armrest frame, and the T-shaped backrest frame 400 may rotate around the armrest frame 200.
As shown in FIG. 9, the seat support of the present invention has fewer parts of the linkage assembly than the original seat support, the backrest assembly is optimized to have only one backrest mounting member, and the seat support is significantly reduced in height, as shown by the greater than 2cm in height dimension compression. The invention optimally simplifies the structure of the seat stretching linkage mechanism, compresses the whole height of the seat support, reduces the production cost, ensures that the seat is more stable and smooth when being retracted from the lying position by connecting the pedal telescopic mechanism and the linkage assembly through the transmission piece, and improves the comfort level of the seat.
