Along with the gradual improvement of people's standard of living, intelligent furniture is more and more including the function of seats such as sofa, deck chair, office chair, theater chair, not only can satisfy different posture demands, can also be better relax the health.
At present, the linkage structure for adjusting the seat posture in the prior art is complex in general structure, so that the posture of a seat support unit is not smoothly changed, the whole structure is high, large in size and large in occupied space, the occupied space is increased during transportation, the transportation cost is increased, and the overall appearance and the comfort degree of a sofa are affected due to the fact that the linkage structure is heavy during use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of complex structure, higher height, large volume and blockage in seat posture adjustment of a seat support in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a seat extension linkage mechanism, including a linkage assembly and a transmission member, the linkage assembly including a mounting plate and a driving link, the driving link being configured to be connected to a seat frame of a seat, the mounting plate including a side plate portion connected to the driving link and a support portion configured to be connected to a backrest mounting member of the seat;
the transmission part is arranged between the linkage assembly and the pedal telescopic mechanism of the seat, one end of the transmission part is used for being connected with the pedal telescopic mechanism, the other end of the transmission part is connected with the side plate part, and the pedal telescopic mechanism and the linkage assembly transmit pulling force through the transmission part.
Further, the side plate part and the support part are fixedly connected or integrally formed into an L shape.
Further, a first pivot point and a second pivot point are respectively arranged at two ends of the side plate part;
the side plate part is connected with the driving connecting rod through a first pivot point, and the side plate part is connected with the supporting part in a bending mode through a second pivot point.
Further, a fixing piece is arranged on the side plate portion, the ratio of the distance from the fixing piece to the first pivot point to the distance from the fixing piece to the second pivot point is larger than 1, and the fixing piece is used for being connected with one end of the transmission piece.
Further, the transmission piece is a connecting piece with elastic restoring force.
The invention also provides a seat support which comprises a seat frame, a backrest installation part, a pedal telescopic mechanism and the extension linkage mechanism, wherein the backrest installation part is rotationally connected with the seat frame through the linkage assembly, and the seat frame, the pedal telescopic mechanism, the backrest installation part and the extension linkage mechanism are respectively arranged in two groups and are oppositely arranged.

Further, the device also comprises a mounting cross rod, a driving cross rod and a driving mechanism;
two ends of the mounting cross rod are respectively connected with the two supporting parts; the two ends of the driving cross rod are respectively connected with the middle parts of the two first connecting rods, and the driving mechanism is arranged between the driving cross rod and the mounting cross rod so as to enable the seat support to move among positions of sitting, stretching and lying postures.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention optimizes and simplifies the structure of the seat stretching linkage mechanism, reduces the production cost, compresses the whole height of the seat support, and connects the pedal stretching mechanism and the linkage assembly through the transmission piece, so that the seat is more stable and smooth when being withdrawn from the lying position, and the comfort level of the seat is improved.

The seat extension linkage mechanism and the seat support can be applied to seats such as sofas, office chairs, leisure chairs and the like. Can realize three positions of sitting posture, stretching posture and lying posture. Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a seat extension linkage mechanism, which includes a linkage assembly 1 and a transmission member 2, wherein the linkage assembly 1 includes a mounting plate 10 and a driving link 11, the driving link 11 is used for connecting with a seat frame 3 of a seat, the mounting plate 10 includes a side plate portion 12 and a supporting portion 13, the side plate portion 12 is connected with the driving link 11, the supporting portion 13 is connected with the supporting portion 13, and the supporting portion 13 is used for connecting with a backrest mounting member 4 of the seat.
Specifically, the side plate portion 12 and the supporting portion 13 may be two separate parts, and are fixedly connected by a fastener, so that the material utilization rate can be improved in the production process. In some embodiments, the side plate 12 and the supporting portion 13 may also be an L-shaped assembly formed by integrally bending. In the present embodiment, the supporting portion 13 extends toward the side plate portion 12 and is connected to a position near the middle of the side plate portion 12, and is formed in a bent shape, so that the overall structural strength of the linkage assembly can be increased.
Specifically, both ends of the side plate portion 12 are provided with a first pivot point 121 and a second pivot point 122, respectively; the side plate 12 is connected to the driving link 11 through a first pivot point 121, and the side plate 12 is connected to the support 13 through a second pivot point 122. The driving connecting rod 11 is rotatably connected with the middle side edge of the seat frame 3.
Specifically, the extension linkage mechanism 100 is disposed between the seat frame 3 and the backrest installation member 4, the backrest installation member 4 is rotatably connected with the seat frame 3 through the linkage assembly 1, the side plate portion 12 is disposed below the seat frame 3, and the side plate portion 12 is used for being fixedly connected with the armrest frame at both sides of the seat. During the seat position adjustment process, the mounting plate 10 is fixed with the sofa armrest. Specifically, the side plate portion 12 is provided with a mounting hook or a positioning hole for connection with the armrest frame.
Specifically, the transmission member 2 is disposed between the linkage assembly 1 and a pedal extension mechanism 5 of the seat, one end of the transmission member 2 is used for being connected with the pedal extension mechanism 5, the other end of the transmission member 2 is connected with the side plate portion 12, and the pedal extension mechanism 5 and the linkage assembly 1 transmit the pulling force through the transmission member 2. The pedal telescopic mechanism 5 of the seat is connected with the linkage component 1 through the transmission piece 2, and when the pedal telescopic mechanism 5 of the seat extends forwards, the transmission piece 2 is stretched. In particular, in some embodiments, the transmission piece 2 may be a connector having an elastic restoring force. In this embodiment, the driving member 2 may be a spring with hooks or hanging rings at two ends, and in some embodiments, may also be a resilient cord or an elastic zipper.
Specifically, a fixing member 123 is further provided on the side plate portion 12; the ratio of the distance from the fixing member 123 to the first pivot point 121 to the distance from the fixing member 123 to the second pivot point 122 is greater than 1, and the fixing member 123 is used for connecting with one end of the transmission member 2.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the linkage assembly 1 further includes an elastic member 14, the elastic member 14 is obliquely disposed between the inner side frame of the seat frame 3 and the side plate 12 and is close to one end of the backrest mounting member 4, and the elastic member 14 is used for maintaining a certain elastic restoring force between the seat frame 3 and the side plate 12, so that the seat frame can be retracted more quickly and smoothly. The elastic member 14 may be a spring, a bungee cord or other resilient connecting member. In some embodiments, the elastic member 14 may not be provided.
Example 2
The embodiment 2 of the invention also provides a seat support, which comprises a seat frame 3, a backrest installation part 4, a pedal telescopic mechanism 5 and the extension linkage mechanism 100, wherein the backrest installation part 4 is rotationally connected with the seat frame 3 through the linkage assembly 1, and the seat frame 3, the pedal telescopic mechanism 5, the backrest installation part 4 and the extension linkage mechanism 100 are respectively arranged in two groups and are opposite to each other.
Specifically, the backrest mount 4 includes a first section 41, a second section 42, and a third section 43 that are integrally formed by bending; the first section 41 is pivotally connected to the side of the seat frame 3, the second section 42 is pivotally connected to the support 13, and the third section 43 is adapted to be connected to the back frame of the seat. In particular, the third section of the backrest mount 41 may be provided in such a way that the structure of the plug blade can be plugged into a backrest frame of a seat. The backrest mount 4 may be bent into a Z-like mount.
Specifically, the pedal telescopic mechanism 5 comprises a connecting rod assembly 51, a main footrest piece 52 and an auxiliary footrest assembly 53, wherein the connecting rod assembly 51 is used for driving the main footrest piece 52 and the auxiliary footrest assembly 53 to extend or retract relative to the seat frame 3;
the link assembly 51 includes a first link 511, a second link 512, a third link 513 and a fourth link 514, the first link 511 is connected to the second link 512, the third link 513 is connected to the fourth link 514, the middle of the second link 512 is cross-connected to the middle of the third link 513, the first link 511 and the third link 513 are respectively connected to the seat frame 3, and the second link 512 and the fourth link 514 are respectively connected to the main footrest 52.
Specifically, the auxiliary leg rest assembly comprises an auxiliary leg rest member 531 and a leg rest link 532, wherein the auxiliary leg rest member 531 is connected with the main leg rest member 52, and the auxiliary leg rest member 532 is connected with the fourth link 514 through the leg rest link 532. In the present embodiment, the main footrest 52 and the auxiliary footrest 532 are used to mount the main footrest and the auxiliary footrest, respectively. In some embodiments, the foot operated telescoping mechanism 5 may have one, two, or three, etc. different numbers of footrests, and the extended length of the foot operated telescoping mechanism may be different.
In particular, the pedal retracting mechanism 5 further comprises a transmission connection 54; the transmission connecting piece 54 is arranged at one end of the pedal telescopic mechanism 5 connected with the transmission piece 2, one end of the transmission connecting piece 54 is rotatably connected with the first connecting rod 511, and the other end of the transmission connecting piece 54 is used for being connected with the transmission piece 2.
Specifically, the device further comprises a mounting cross bar 6, a driving cross bar 7 and a driving mechanism; two ends of the mounting cross rod 6 are respectively connected with the two supporting parts 13; the two ends of the driving cross rod 7 are respectively connected with the middle parts of the two first connecting rods 511, and the driving mechanism is arranged between the driving cross rod 7 and the mounting cross rod 6, so that the seat support can move among positions of sitting, stretching and lying postures. Specifically, the driving mechanism is a linear driver, and may be a push rod motor, and in this embodiment, only one push rod motor is needed to achieve the adjustment of the seat between the three positions. The motor end of the driving mechanism is connected with the installation cross rod 6 through an installation part, and the push rod end of the driving mechanism is connected with the driving cross rod 7 through the installation part.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5-7, three position diagrams of the seat linkage extension structure (the thick solid lines in the drawings represent the transmission member and the elastic member, respectively), in practical applications, the driving mechanism can be controlled by a remote controller or a switch button to drive the seat linkage support structure to adjust the positions of the sitting position, the extension position and the lying position. When the seat support is adjusted to the stretching position from the sitting position, the push rod of the driving mechanism pushes the driving cross rod forwards, the driving cross rod drives the pedal telescopic mechanism 5 to stretch forwards, and the linkage assembly and the backrest installation part are kept still. When the chair is adjusted to the lying position from the stretching position, the driving mechanism continuously operates the push rod to extend completely, the driving cross rod 7 and the pedal telescopic mechanism 5 are pushed to extend upwards relatively, the seat frame 3 is driven to rotate upwards, the transmission piece 2 is made to extend, and the backrest installation piece rotates downwards and backwards. When the seat support is adjusted and retracted from the lying position, the seat frame is rotated and retracted downwards under the action of the self gravity of the human body due to the fact that the seat support is raised and the upper body is upright firstly when the seat support is seated, the backrest installation part 4 is rotated and retracted firstly, and then the pedal telescopic mechanism 5 is retracted. In the lying position, the transmission piece 2 tightly pulls the pedal telescopic mechanism, so that the pedal telescopic mechanism is folded and retracted after the backrest installation piece is retracted. The transmission piece 2 with elasticity can make the seat support smoother in the position adjusting process in the process, and meanwhile, the transmission piece 2 ensures the movement sequence of the backrest installation piece and the pedal telescopic mechanism in the unfolding and the retracting of the seat.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the seat support of the present invention is fixed in the armrest frames at both sides of the seat, and is fabricated into a sofa or a leisure seat by installing the armrest frame 200, the backrest frame 400, and the seat frame, and then decorating with soft bags. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the mounting plate is connected to the armrest frame and is fixed, and the backrest frame 400 may be a T-shaped frame when viewed from the front of the seat, so that the two protruding end portions of the T-shaped backrest frame do not interfere with the armrest frame, and the T-shaped backrest frame 400 may rotate around the armrest frame 200.
As shown in figure 9, compared with the original seat support, the seat support has the advantages that the parts of the linkage assembly are reduced, the backrest assembly is optimized to only have one backrest installation part, and the height of the seat support is obviously reduced, such as the compression amount of the height dimension is more than 2 cm. The invention optimizes and simplifies the structure of the seat stretching linkage mechanism, compresses the overall height of the seat support, reduces the production cost, and connects the pedal stretching mechanism and the linkage assembly through the transmission part, so that the seat is more stable and smooth when being withdrawn from the lying position, and the comfort level of the seat is improved.
