Background
Existing child seats are of a wide variety, but for ease of storage, child seats are both open and folded. Child seats generally include a fixed seat to which the frame is mounted, a seat frame that is rotatable relative to the fixed seat, and a back frame. When the cushion frame of the existing child seat is in an open state, the cushion frame is limited downwards through the limiting structure of the fixing seat, so that the cushion frame is prevented from continuously overturning downwards and only overturning upwards can be achieved. And a locking mechanism is often arranged between the backrest frame and the fixed seat. When the child seat needs to be folded, the locking mechanism needs to be manually unlocked, so that the seat cushion frame and the backrest frame can be folded and folded, and the operation is inconvenient.

The invention aims to provide a child seat, which can automatically release the locking between a backrest frame and a fixed seat when a cushion frame is turned up, and has the advantages of simple structure and convenient operation.

The invention has the advantages that:

When the seat cushion frame is required to be folded and furled, the guide inclined plane of the seat cushion frame drives the gear to axially move, the backrest locking mechanism is avoided, automatic unlocking is realized, and the backrest frame can be folded and furled relative to the seat cushion frame at the moment, and the seat cushion frame has a simple integral structure and is convenient to operate.
2. When the backrest angle is required to be adjusted, the locking of the backrest locking mechanism to the gear is released through the unlocking operation piece, at the moment, the backrest frame is only required to be rotated to a required angle, the unlocking operation piece is released, the backrest locking mechanism can be reset, the corresponding gear teeth are locked again, the novel backrest angle positioning is realized, and the adjustment operation is very convenient.

In the embodiment, the fixing seat 1 has the specific structure that the fixing seat 1 comprises an inner seat body 1-1 and an outer seat body 1-2 which are fixedly connected, a sleeving part 1-3 is formed between the inner seat body 1-1 and the outer seat body 1-2, a cushion connecting ring 2-1 and a backrest connecting ring 3-1 are sequentially sleeved outside the sleeving part 1-3 from inside to outside, a cross rod 8 is connected between the inner seat bodies 1-1 at two sides, and the gear 4 and the linkage piece 7 are sleeved outside the sleeving part 1-3 and positioned in the backrest connecting ring 3-1.
In order to facilitate the assembly with the frame, the outer side wall of the outer seat body 1-2 is provided with an inserting port 1-2-1 matched with the inserting seat of the frame, and the outer seat body 1-2 is internally provided with an installation locking mechanism for locking the inserting seat.
In the embodiment, the specific limiting structure between the fixed seat 1 and the cushion frame 2 is that a limiting block 1-1-1 extending into an inner hole of the cushion connecting ring 2-1 is arranged at the lower part of the inner seat body 1-1, a limiting boss 2-1-2 corresponding to the limiting block 1-1 is arranged on the inner wall of the cushion connecting ring 2-1, and when the cushion frame 2 is in an open state, the limiting boss 2-1-2 is propped against the front side of the limiting block 1-1 to prevent the cushion frame 2 from continuously overturning downwards and only can realize upturning.
The folding principle of the invention is as follows:
when the child seat is in a unfolded use state, the gear 4 is positioned in the wheel groove 3-1-1 corresponding to the position of the backrest locking mechanism 6 under the action of the elastic force of the first spring 5 and is locked by the backrest locking mechanism 6;
When the child seat needs to be folded, the seat cushion frame 2 is turned upwards, the guide inclined plane 2-1-1 of the seat cushion frame 2 drives the gear 4 to axially move, the backrest locking mechanism 6 is avoided, automatic unlocking is achieved, and at the moment, the backrest frame 3 can be folded and folded relative to the seat cushion frame 2.
The backrest frame angle adjusting principle of the invention is as follows:
when the backrest frame 3 is in a locking use state, the locking block 6-1 clamps the gear teeth 4-1 corresponding to the gear 4 under the action of the elastic force of the second spring 6-2, so that the backrest angle positioning is realized;
When the backrest angle is required to be adjusted, the unlocking operation piece is operated, the pulling lock is pulled upwards by the unlocking operation piece, the locking piece 6-1 is driven to overcome the elasticity of the second spring 6-2 and withdraw from the gear 4, unlocking is achieved, at the moment, the backrest frame 3 is only required to be rotated to a required angle, the unlocking operation piece 6-3 is released, the locking piece 6-1 can be reset, the gear 4-position teeth 4-1 corresponding to the gear 4 are locked again, and new backrest angle positioning is achieved.
The invention has simple structure and convenient operation. When the child seat needs to be folded, the seat cushion frame is turned upwards, so that the locking between the backrest frame and the fixed seat can be automatically released, and when the child seat needs to adjust the backrest angle, the locking between the backrest frame and the fixed seat can be released by operating the unlocking operation piece, so that the backrest angle adjustment is realized.
