Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described below with reference to the attached drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a folding bracket has an unfolded state and a folded state, and in the unfolded state, the folding bracket includes a first fixing base 1, a second fixing base 2, and two first links 3 and four second links 4 each extending in an up-down direction, a lower end of the first link 3 is rotatably connected to the first fixing base 1, an upper end of the second link 4 is rotatably connected to the second fixing base 2, the first link 3 is relatively slidably connected to the second fixing base 2 in a longitudinal direction thereof, and the second link 4 is relatively slidably connected to the first fixing base 1 in a longitudinal direction thereof.
When the folding bracket is in an unfolding state, as shown in fig. 1, the upper ends of all the first connecting rods 3 are relatively unfolded, so that the child product to be grafted is supported, and the lower ends of all the second connecting rods 4 are relatively unfolded, so that the child product to be grafted can be stably supported on the ground. When the folding bracket is in a folding state, all the first connecting rods 3 and the upper end parts are mutually folded, and all the lower end parts of the second connecting rods 4 are mutually folded. In the process of converting the folding bracket from the unfolding state to the folding state, the first fixing base 1 and the second fixing base 2 are far away from each other, so that all the first connecting rods 3 and the second connecting rods 4 are mutually folded together. The folding stand further comprises a locking mechanism (not shown in the figures) for locking it in the unfolded state.
The upper end of the first connecting rod 3 is also provided with a connecting seat 32 for grafting and installing the children's article 100, and the children's article 100 can be a children seat pocket, a children sleeping basket or a children safety seat. Referring to fig. 8, in the present embodiment, the child product 100 is a child sleeping basket, and in the unfolded state of the folding bracket, the child product 100 is detachably connected to the corresponding side connector 32 through the connectors on the left and right sides, so as to be supported on the folding bracket.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, in the folding bracket, specifically, the first fixing base 1 is located directly below the second fixing base 2. The first fixing base 1 comprises a first connector 11 which is used for being rotationally connected with the lower end part of the first connecting rod 3, and the second fixing base 2 comprises a second connector 21 which is used for being rotationally connected with the upper end part of the second connecting rod 4. The first connectors 11 are provided with two groups, the two groups of first connectors 11 are arranged on the periphery of the first fixing seat 1 at intervals of 180 degrees, the second connectors 21 are provided with four groups which are arranged on the periphery of the second fixing seat 2 at intervals, and the intervals between any two adjacent groups of second connectors 21 are 90 degrees. The projection of the first connector 11 vertically upwards is located between the spaces formed by two sets of adjacent second connectors 21.
In this embodiment, four groups of first guide blocks 12 are disposed at the outer periphery of the first fixing seat 1, and any two adjacent groups of first guide blocks 12 are spaced by 90 °. Two groups of second guide blocks 22 are arranged on the periphery of the second fixing seat 2, and the two groups of second guide blocks 22 are spaced 180 degrees apart.
In this embodiment, the first connecting rod 3 includes a first rod body 31, a first guide groove 5 is formed along the length direction of the first rod body 31, the second connecting rod 4 includes a second rod body 41, and a second guide groove 6 is formed along the length direction of the second rod body 41. The lower ends of the two first rod bodies 31 are respectively rotatably connected to the first connector 11 through first shafts a, and the axes of the two first shafts a are parallel to each other. The upper ends of the four second rod bodies 41 are respectively connected to the corresponding second connectors 21 in a rotating manner through second rotating shafts b, and the axial leads of the two second rotating shafts b at the upper ends of any two adjacent second rod bodies 41 are mutually perpendicular.
The second guide block 22 is disposed in a sliding fit in the first guide groove 5, and the first guide block 12 is disposed in a sliding fit in the second guide groove 6. Referring to fig. 5, the first guide groove 5 and the second guide groove 6 in this embodiment are dovetail grooves. When the folding bracket is switched from the unfolding state to the folding state, the second guide blocks 22 slide upwards along the length direction of the first guide groove 5, the lower end parts of the four second connecting rods 4 are gradually folded, the first guide blocks 12 slide downwards along the length direction of the second guide groove 6, and the upper end parts of the two first connecting rods 3 are gradually folded.
When the folding bracket is in the unfolded state, as shown in fig. 1, the upper ends of the two first connecting rods 3 are relatively unfolded, the lower ends of the four second connecting rods 4 are relatively unfolded, and the first fixing base 1 and the second fixing base 2 are mutually close in the up-down direction.
When the folding bracket is converted from the unfolded state to the folded state, as shown in fig. 6, the first fixing seat 1 moves downward, the second fixing seat 2 moves upward, and the first fixing seat 1 and the second fixing seat 2 are far away from each other. The two first connecting rods 3 are gradually folded, the four second connecting rods 4 are gradually folded, and the first connecting rods 3 and the second connecting rods 4 are gradually folded together.
When the folding bracket is in a folded state, as shown in fig. 7, the lower ends of the two first connecting rods 3 are folded relatively, and the upper ends of the four second connecting rods 4 are folded relatively. The space occupation after folding is little, is convenient for accomodate.
In other embodiments, the number of the first connecting rods 3 may be set to be a plurality of more than two, the number of the second connecting rods 4 may be set to be three or a plurality of more than four, and the axes of at least two second connecting rods 4 are not parallel to each other, so as to facilitate that all the second connecting rods 4 can be stably supported on the ground when relatively unfolded.
In some other embodiments, the sliding guide between the first fixing base 1 and the second connecting rod 4 and between the second fixing base 2 and the first connecting rod 3 can be realized by changing the first guide block 12 in the embodiment into a first sliding piece which is rotatably connected with the first fixing base 1 and is relatively slidably arranged on the second rod body 41 along the length direction of the second rod body 41, and changing the second guide block 22 in the embodiment into a second sliding piece which is rotatably connected with the second fixing base 2 and is relatively slidably arranged on the first rod body 31 along the length direction of the first rod body 31. The first slide and the second slide are each preferably a sliding sleeve.
The above embodiments are provided to illustrate the technical concept and features of the present invention and are intended to enable those skilled in the art to understand the content of the present invention and implement the same, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes or modifications made in accordance with the spirit of the present invention should be construed to be included in the scope of the present invention.
