Background

Pressure pipes are part of pipes for transporting, distributing, mixing, separating, discharging, metering, controlling and stopping the flow of fluids, and are assembled assemblies of pipes, tubes, flanges, bolted connections, gaskets, valves, other components or pressure parts and supports. When fixing the pressure pipeline, need support fixedly to the pressure pipeline, avoid the pipeline not hard up.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention relates to a supporting device for a pressure pipeline, which has the characteristics of reducing pipeline vibration caused by fluid flowing in the pipeline and being suitable for supporting and fixing the pipeline under different ground environments, and in specific use, compared with the traditional supporting device for the pressure pipeline, the supporting device for the pressure pipeline has the following two beneficial effects:
firstly, through setting up a plurality of first threaded rods at the casing lower extreme, make the bottom plate move down through rotating first threaded rod for first threaded rod stretches out length and changes, and then makes the bottom plate in ground contact, supports the casing, makes the device wholly be convenient for fix the device wholly under different ground environment, when making the device support pipeline under pressure, guarantees the stability of supporting.
Secondly, through setting up the closing plate on the second threaded rod, the closing plate outside sets up the barrel, and the pipeline vibrations drive the barrel vibrations for the barrel reciprocates, makes second spring and third spring change, makes the atmospheric pressure of lower extreme change on the closing plate simultaneously, and then reduces the device vibrations that the pipeline vibrations lead to, avoids the device vibration to produce not hard up.
