This medical care bed can be used when the pregnant woman need eat on the sick bed, at first let the pregnant woman lie in medical care bed, when the pregnant woman needs the feed, drive servo motor 4 forward rotation through adjusting part 6, make 3 anticlockwise openings of back through drive assembly 5, the pregnant woman opens folding assembly 7 with the hand, just can place apparatus such as lunch-box on folding assembly 7, the pregnant woman just can eat this moment, the back that finishes of eating, drive 4 direction rotations of servo motor through adjusting part 6, thereby make back 3 clockwise close through adjusting part 5, and it can to manually close folding assembly 7.
When people need to drive the backrest 3 to open and close through the driving assembly 5, the servo motor 4 rotates in the forward direction, so as to drive the screw rod 502 and the chain wheel 504 on the rear side to rotate continuously, and drive the chain wheel 504 and the screw rod 502 on the front side to rotate continuously through the chain 505, because the inserted link 507 is clamped in the screw rod 502, the screw rod 502 drives the movable sleeve 506 and the inserted link 507 to move leftward when rotating, and drives the backrest 3 to rotate counterclockwise through the connecting rod 515 to open, when the movable sleeve 506 moves to the leftmost end, the contact link 511 is in contact with the inserted link 507 and pushes the inserted link 507 downward, the first spring 508 is stretched, the movable sleeve 506 does not move any more, people loosen the rocker 601 again, so that the servo motor 4 stops rotating, at the moment, the connecting rod 515 supports the backrest 3, so that the backrest 3 does not drive the movable sleeve 506 to move leftward, the pregnant woman can lean against the backrest 3, and the screw rod 502 can drive the contact wheel 514 to rotate, when the contact wheel 514 rotates in the forward direction, the contact rod 511 is driven to move up and down under the action of the second spring 512, the operation of the medical care bed is not affected, when the servo motor 4 rotates in the reverse direction, the sprocket 504 and the chain 505 are driven to rotate in the reverse direction, thereby driving the lead screw 502 and the contact wheel 514 to rotate reversely, the contact wheel 514 rotates reversely to drive the contact lever 511 and the slider 510 to move forward, the third spring 513 is compressed, the contact lever 511 is disengaged from the inserted lever 507, under the action of the first spring 508, the inserted link 507 returns upwards, the lead screw 502 rotates reversely to drive the movable sleeve 506 to move rightwards to return, thereby driving the backrest 3 to reset clockwise through the connecting rod 515, when the servo motor 4 stops rotating, under the action of the third spring 513, the sliding block 510 and the contact rod 511 are both reset, so that the backrest 3 can be driven to open and close through the forward and reverse rotation of the servo motor 4.
When people need to drive the positive and negative rotation of servo motor 4 through adjusting part 6, the pregnant woman rotates rocker 601 to the left with the hand, torsion spring 602 takes place deformation, thereby contact with left touch switch 603, just can drive servo motor 4 forward rotation this moment, after loosening rocker 601, under the effect of torsion spring 602, rocker 601 resets, servo motor 4 stops to rotate, when the pregnant woman rotates rocker 601 to the right with the hand, torsion spring 602 takes place deformation, rocker 601 contacts with the touch switch 603 on right side, thereby drive servo motor 4 reverse rotation, after loosening rocker 601, under the effect of torsion spring 602, rocker 601 resets, so just can control servo motor 4's positive and negative rotation through rocker 601, thereby control the inclination of back 3.
When the folding assembly 7 needs to be unfolded, the backrest 3 is gradually unfolded, and simultaneously the first dining plate 702 is manually pushed to the rear side, the second dining plate 708 is driven to move backwards under the action of the connecting rod 706 and the second fixing shaft 707, and under the action of the first gears 705 on the two sides, the second dining plate 708 can be further unfolded anticlockwise when moving backwards, so that the second dining plate 708 and the first dining plate 702 are located on the same horizontal plane, thus, a pregnant woman can eat on the first dining plate 702 and the second dining plate 708, when the pregnant woman does not need to eat, the first dining plate 702 is pulled forwards by hands to reset, and the second dining plate 708 is reset therewith.

The N-bar 21 can support the second dining plate 708 to prevent the second dining plate 708 and the first dining plate 702 from being damaged.
