one side of the main frame is movably connected with a bed sheet box, the side, attached to the main frame, of the bed sheet box is an open end, an isolation bed sheet is placed in the bed sheet box, the isolation bed sheet is made of a flexible waterproof material, and a horizontal through groove is formed in one side, provided with the bed sheet box, of the main frame;
the edge of one side of the isolation bed is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the bed sheet box, and the edge of the other side of the isolation bed penetrates through the through groove and extends to the inner side direction of the main frame;
the through groove corresponds to the thickness of the isolation bed sheet, and when the lifting rod is contracted, the through groove of the main frame is positioned above the bed plate.
Preferably, the isolation bed sheet is made of the same material as the medical urine isolation pad, and the isolation bed sheet made of the material is used as a replaceable consumable, so that the cost is low, and the isolation bed sheet has good flexibility and is convenient to store. The waterproof property of the medical bed is convenient for reducing the possibility that the clean linen on the hospital bed is polluted.

Through the structure, when the bed sheet box is inserted into the box body slot, the ball head part of the spring plug is pushed by the bed sheet box to move towards the air inlet, and the blocking part of the spring plug closes the air inlet. When the bed sheet box is taken out of the box body slot, the spring plug is reset, air enters the cavity of the fixed rod of the lifting rod through the bypass pipe, and the lifting rod is reset. Through the structure, when the sickbed is needed to be used, the automatic reset of the bed board can be directly realized along with the drawing-out of the bed sheet box.
In the structure, because the spring plug can be sucked by negative pressure in the lifting rod and cannot be ejected, the spring plug can be only used as a cut-off valve at the air inlet end of the bypass pipe, namely, the air inlet of the bypass pipe extends to the outer side of the main frame, only one part of the pipeline passes through the position of the spring plug, the moving direction of the spring plug is vertical to the axial direction of the bypass pipe along with the transverse movement of the spring plug, and thus, the bypass pipe is cut off by the spring plug.
Preferably, the main frame is provided with a positioning pin, the subframe is provided with a pin hole, and when the bed board is reset to the upper position of the main frame along with the lifting of the lifting rod, the positioning pin is inserted into the pin hole, so that the subframe is stably positioned.
Preferably, a vertical guide rail is fixedly arranged on the lower side of the tail end of the main frame, the guide rail is connected with a sliding block in a sliding mode, and the sliding block is connected with the rocker in a rotating mode.
Preferably, the slider is the cuboid, and the both sides and the laminating of guide rail inner wall and sliding connection of slider.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects: this scheme can be under the condition that can hardly cause the influence to the cloth grass of laying on the sick bed, keep apart the sheet through simply setting up, realize keeping apart the cloth grass on the sick bed when the disease leaves the berth temporarily, avoid because accompany people or spy on the personnel sit the sick bed that lies and lead to the condition of cloth grass pollution. When the sickbed needs to be recovered to use, the isolation bed sheet and the bed board can be reset to realize one-key operation, and the sickbed can be recovered to be in a normal use state through simple drawing-out action of the bed sheet box.

The invention provides a sickbed with a replaceable isolation bed sheet, which comprises a main frame 1 provided with a bed head baffle and a bed tail baffle, wherein a bed plate 2 is arranged in the main frame 1, the lower part of the bed plate 2 is provided with a lifting mechanism which can lift the bed head and the bed tail of the bed plate 2, the lifting mechanism is linked with a rocker 3 positioned at the bed tail, and the local lifting of the bed plate 2 is controlled by the rocking of the rocker 3; the lower side of the main frame 1 is fixedly provided with bed legs 4, and the bottom ends of the bed legs 4 are provided with universal wheels; a bed stop 5 is arranged on the upper side of the main frame 1, an auxiliary frame is arranged between the main frame 1 and the bed board 2, and the bed board 2 comprises a fixing part positioned in the middle, and a bed head part and a bed tail part which are hinged with the fixing part; the inner side of the frame of the subframe is connected with the bed board 2, and the subframe is fixedly connected with the fixed part of the bed board 2;

Referring to fig. 4 to 7, on the basis of embodiment 1, the length of the short side of the main frame 1 is less than or equal to one half of the length of the long side;
one side edge of the main frame 1 provided with the through groove is connected with two movable rods 9, and one end of each movable rod 9 is hinged with one inner corner of the long edge of the main frame 1;
the main frame 1 is provided with a containing groove corresponding to the movable rod 9, and when the movable rod 9 is folded towards the long edge of the main frame 1, the movable rod 9 is positioned in the containing groove;
a bed sheet slot 91 is arranged on one side of the rod body of the movable rod 9 facing the bed sheet box 7;
the short edge side of the isolation bed sheet 8 is fixedly provided with a cutting 81, and the cutting 81 corresponds to the slot 91.
The slip 81 is made of elastic material, interference fit mode can be selected for the slip 81 and the bed sheet slot 91, or the slip 81 is made of material which can be magnetically adsorbed, and a magnet is arranged in the bed sheet slot 91.
After the sheet box 7 is inserted into the main frame 1, the insertion strips 81 of the separation sheet 8 are inserted into the sheet insertion slots 91 after passing through the through slots of the main frame 1, and then the installation can be completed. When the isolation bed sheet needs to be unfolded, the isolation bed sheet 8 can be unfolded only by pulling the movable rod 9 to one side of the short edge of the main frame 1.
When the isolation sheet 8 needs to be folded, if the pulling-out form of the pulling-out bed sheet box 7 is adopted, the movable rod 9 is slightly pulled by hand, the state of the movable rod is slightly separated from the short side of the main frame 1, an included angle is formed, the movable rod 9 can be ensured to rotate towards the side provided with the accommodating groove of the main frame 1 along with the pulling of the bed sheet box 7, after the movable rod 9 is rotated to the accommodating groove position, the movable rod 9 is merged into the accommodating groove, the bed sheet box 7 is continuously pulled, the insert strip 81 is separated from the sheet slot 91, the bed sheet box 7 can be separated from the sickbed together with the isolation sheet 8, and the sickbed is enabled to be in the state of being used by patients.
A notch 10 is arranged on a frame rod body of the main frame 1 away from the bed sheet box 7, the notch 10 is arranged on the inner side of the frame rod body, and a magnet is arranged in the notch 10;
the middle part of the long edge of the isolation bed sheet 8 far away from the bed sheet box 7 is fixedly provided with an adsorption block 82, and the adsorption block 82 is made of a material which can be magnetically adsorbed.
Through the structure, the insertion strip 81 and the adsorption block 82 can be combined to quickly and simply fix the edge of the isolation bed sheet 8, and when the isolation bed sheet 8 needs to be unfolded, the isolation bed sheet can be paved only by unfolding the movable rod 9 and then placing the adsorption block 82 in the notch 10.
If the short edge of the isolation bed sheet 8 is far smaller than one half of the long edge according to the requirements of the bed body, the long edge of the isolation bed sheet 8 can be well fixed through the adsorption block 82, and the isolation bed sheet is not easy to excessively wrinkle when in use.
For the adsorption block 82 and the notch 10, the notch 10 can be changed into a socket vertically formed on the rod body of the main frame 1, a magnet is arranged in the socket, and the adsorption block 82 and the main frame 1 are combined more stably by combining two modes of insertion and magnetic adsorption during use.
A vertical plate 92 is arranged on the upper side of the movable end of the movable rod 9, and a spring pin 93 is arranged on the vertical side surface of the movable end, which is far away from the hinged end;
a magnet is arranged at the position of the short-side rod body of the main frame 1 corresponding to the vertical plate 92, and the vertical plate 92 is made of a material which can be magnetically adsorbed;

Considering the moving direction of the movable rods 9, assuming that the length of the movable rods 9 is exactly equal to one half of the length of the long side of the main frame 1, the inclined plane of the spring pin 93 does not cause the two movable rods 9 to be closed, and the spring pin 93 and the pin slot 94 can provide a vertical supporting force for the movable end of the movable rods 9, thereby avoiding the possibility of damage to the bed sheet caused by the condition that a person sitting or lying on the isolation bed sheet 8 presses the movable rods 9.

On the basis of embodiment 2, the plate body of the vertical plate 92 is symmetrically provided with clamping grooves 95, the upper side of the position of the short-side rod body of the main frame 1 corresponding to the vertical plate 92 is fixedly provided with a vertical rod 96, the upper end of the vertical rod 96 is fixedly provided with a baffle plate, and the diameter of the baffle plate is larger than that of the vertical rod 96;
the vertical plate 92 and the vertical rod 96 are connected through a connecting ring made of elastic material.
The rubber band of the ring body can be selected for use as the connecting ring, and when the connecting ring is used, one end of the rubber band is hung in the clamping groove 95 of the vertical plate 92, and the other end of the rubber band is hung on the vertical rod 96. Because the vertical plate 92 is attached to the inner side surface of the main frame 1 under the action of magnetic attraction, the connecting ring wound around the clamping groove of the vertical plate 92 can be clamped by means of the magnetic attraction, and the other end of the connecting ring is sleeved on the vertical rod 96. The purpose of this construction is also to improve the stability of the movable bar 9. a cavity is arranged in the fixed rod of the lifting rod, a movable rod of the lifting rod is sleeved with the inside of the fixed rod, a sealing gasket is arranged at the part of the movable rod, which is positioned in the fixed rod, and the sealing gasket is connected with the inner wall of the fixed rod in a sliding manner;
the bottom of the fixed rod is provided with a through hole, an exhaust valve is arranged at the through hole and is a one-way valve, and the exhaust valve is communicated with the inside of the extraction box 12 through an air pipe 11;
the extraction box 12 is arranged below the main frame 1, the extraction box 12 is communicated with the fixing rod of each lifting rod through an air pipe 11, an air outlet is formed in one side of the extraction box 12, and a valve is arranged at the air outlet.

a cylindrical channel is arranged between the air inlet 131 and the side wall of the box body slot, the spring plug 14 is positioned in the channel, the air inlet 131 is arranged at one end of the channel far away from the side wall of the box body slot, the blocking part 142 of the spring plug 14 is a cylinder, one end of the blocking part 142 facing the air inlet 131 is a spherical surface, a rubber layer is arranged at one side of the blocking part 142 contacting with the air inlet 131, the outer diameter of the blocking part 142 is smaller than that of the ball head part 141, a return spring 143 is arranged at the outer side of the blocking part 142, one end of the return spring 143 abuts against the ball head part 141, and the other end abuts against one side of the channel provided with the air inlet 131;
the inner diameter of the air inlet is smaller than the outer diameter of the blocking part 142; a plurality of grooves for air intake are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the periphery of the ball head part 141.
With this structure, when the sheet cassette 8 is inserted into the cassette slot, the ball portion 141 of the spring plug 14 is pushed by the sheet cassette 8 and moves toward the air inlet 131, and the blocking portion 142 of the spring plug 14 blocks the air inlet 131. When the bed sheet box 8 is taken out of the box body slot, the spring plug 14 is reset, air enters the fixed rod cavity of the lifting rod through the bypass pipe 13, and the lifting rod is reset. Through the structure, when the sickbed is needed to be used, the quick automatic reset of the bed board 2 can be directly realized along with the drawing-out of the bed sheet box 8.
In this structure, since there may be a case that the spring plug 14 is sucked by the negative pressure inside the lifter bar and cannot be ejected, the spring plug 14 may be used only as a cut-off valve for the air inlet end of the bypass pipe 13, that is, the air inlet 131 of the bypass pipe 13 extends to the outside of the main frame 1, only one branch of the pipeline passes through the position of the spring plug 14, and the moving direction of the spring plug 14 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the bypass pipe 13 along with the lateral movement of the spring plug 14, so that the bypass pipe 13 is cut off by the spring plug 14, and in this way, the negative pressure suction problem of the lifter bar can be avoided.
The main frame 1 is provided with a positioning pin, the subframe is provided with a pin hole, and when the bed board 2 is reset to the upper position of the main frame 1 along with the lifting of the lifting rod, the positioning pin is inserted into the pin hole, so that the subframe is stably positioned.

On the basis of the above embodiment, the lower side of the bed tail end of the main frame 1 is fixedly provided with a vertical guide rail 101, the guide rail 101 is connected with a sliding block in a sliding manner, and the sliding block is rotatably connected with the rocker 3.
The slider is the cuboid, and the both sides and the laminating of guide rail 101 inner wall and sliding connection of slider.
Through guide rail 101 and slider, play the supporting role of bed tail end to rocker 3, because compare with traditional sick bed, the bed board 2 of this scheme is movable, and consequently rocker 3 also need follow the bed board movable, through setting up guide rail and slider to guarantee the stability that rocker 3 rocked.
