s5, drying: the surface of the support post 1 coated in S4 is subjected to curing treatment with ultraviolet rays.

s2, preparing anti-sticking coating pre-preparation liquid; uniformly mixing and stirring polycarbonate, methyl methacrylate, polymethacrylate and pentaerythritol, adding into a reaction kettle, heating to 133 ℃, and then preserving heat for 10 min;
s3, preparing anti-sticking coating solution: cooling the anti-sticking coating prefabricated liquid obtained in the step S1 to 93 ℃, adding polydimethylsiloxane, phenyl o-hydroxybenzoate, epoxy resin emulsion, methyl silicone oil and waterborne polyurethane, uniformly mixing, and cooling to 50 ℃ to obtain an anti-sticking coating solution;
s4, coating: spraying the anti-sticking coating solution obtained in the step S3 on the surface of the support pillar 1 by using a high-pressure spray gun in a vacuum high-temperature spraying manner;
s5, drying: the surface of the support post 1 coated in S4 is subjected to curing treatment with ultraviolet rays.
Example 4
The difference from example 2 is the preparation of a release coating, wherein the release coating is prepared by the following process:
s1, selecting the following components by weight: 90 parts of polycarbonate, 35 parts of methyl methacrylate, 35 parts of polymethacrylate, 66 parts of pentaerythritol, 14 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 10 parts of phenyl o-hydroxybenzoate, 10 parts of epoxy resin emulsion, 10 parts of methyl silicone oil and 10 parts of waterborne polyurethane;
s2, preparing anti-sticking coating pre-preparation liquid; uniformly mixing and stirring polycarbonate, methyl methacrylate, polymethacrylate and pentaerythritol, adding into a reaction kettle, heating to 135 ℃, and then preserving heat for 10 min;
s3, preparing anti-sticking coating solution: cooling the anti-sticking coating prefabricated liquid obtained in the step S1 to 90 ℃, adding polydimethylsiloxane, phenyl o-hydroxybenzoate, epoxy resin emulsion, methyl silicone oil and waterborne polyurethane, uniformly mixing, and cooling to 50 ℃ to obtain an anti-sticking coating solution;
s4, coating: spraying the anti-sticking coating solution obtained in the step S3 on the surface of the support pillar 1 by using a high-pressure spray gun in a vacuum high-temperature spraying manner;
s5, drying: the surface of the support post 1 coated in S4 is subjected to curing treatment with ultraviolet rays.
Example 5

s3, preparing anti-sticking coating solution: cooling the anti-sticking coating prefabricated liquid obtained in the step S1 to 96 ℃, adding polydimethylsiloxane, phenyl o-hydroxybenzoate, epoxy resin emulsion, methyl silicone oil and waterborne polyurethane, uniformly mixing, and cooling to 50 ℃ to obtain an anti-sticking coating solution;
s4, coating: spraying the anti-sticking coating solution obtained in the step S3 on the surface of the support pillar 1 by using a high-pressure spray gun in a vacuum high-temperature spraying manner;
s5, drying: the surface of the support post 1 coated in S4 is subjected to curing treatment with ultraviolet rays.
Example 6
The difference from example 2 is the preparation of a release coating, wherein the release coating is prepared by the following process:
s1, selecting the following components by weight: 100 parts of polycarbonate, 50 parts of methyl methacrylate, 50 parts of polymethacrylate, 80 parts of pentaerythritol, 20 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 20 parts of phenyl o-hydroxybenzoate, 10 parts of epoxy resin emulsion, 10 parts of methyl silicone oil and 10 parts of waterborne polyurethane;
s2, preparing anti-sticking coating pre-preparation liquid; uniformly mixing and stirring polycarbonate, methyl methacrylate, polymethacrylate and pentaerythritol, adding into a reaction kettle, heating to 140 ℃, and then preserving heat for 10 min;
s3, preparing anti-sticking coating solution: cooling the anti-sticking coating prefabricated liquid obtained in the step S1 to 100 ℃, adding polydimethylsiloxane, phenyl o-hydroxybenzoate, epoxy resin emulsion, methyl silicone oil and waterborne polyurethane, uniformly mixing, and cooling to 60 ℃ to obtain an anti-sticking coating solution;
s4, coating: spraying the anti-sticking coating solution obtained in the step S3 on the surface of the support pillar 1 by using a high-pressure spray gun in a vacuum high-temperature spraying manner;
s5, drying: the surface of the support post 1 coated in S4 is subjected to curing treatment with ultraviolet rays.
The surface hardness and peel strength of the release coated support columns 1 of examples 2-6 were tested and for ease of comparison, the data for all examples were normalized based on the data for example 2.
