Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical care, in particular to a sectional type posture adjusting mechanism.
Background
The care of critically ill patients has always been a major concern for medical and monitoring personnel. Severely ill patients, such as paralysis and major surgery, often manifest themselves as prolonged bed rest and inability to turn over autonomously. First, organs or tissues of a patient lying in bed for a long time are pressed for a long time, so that blood circulation is blocked and ischemia is continuously performed locally to cause soft tissue damage until ulceration and necrosis, and the seriously ill patient can be pressed for the reasons to form bedsore. Secondly, when a patient lying in bed for a long time is nursed, the patient needs to change the long-term lying posture by turning over by external force or lying in a half way, and the like, so as to achieve the treatment effect. Therefore, how to change the prone position of the patient becomes a major issue for nursing seriously ill patients. In the conventional technology, the mattress is often divided into two or more sections, so that a guardian can conveniently adjust the bending angle of the mattress relative to the bed board through an adjusting mechanism. Although this method can change the prone position of the patient, it still cannot solve the problem of pressure sore formation, and the reason for this is mainly that the bending angle formed by this method is single and cannot reduce the local pressure on the tissue.
For example, chinese patent publication No. CN201073393 (publication No. CN) discloses a household nursing mattress for paralyzed patients, which comprises a mattress and a rising and seating lifting mechanism, wherein the mattress comprises a frame and a mattress body arranged in the frame, the mattress body comprises a left mattress body and a right mattress body at the upper part, and a thigh supporting plate and a shank supporting plate at the lower part; the left cushion body is hinged with the right cushion body; the thigh supporting plate and the shank supporting plate at the lower part are hinged; the lower part of the shank supporting plate at the bottom end of the frame is provided with a slideway, and the lower part of the shank supporting plate moves on the slideway; the lower ends of the left pad body and the right pad body are provided with fork hooks which are hooked with a cross rod in the middle of the frame, and a thigh supporting plate and a cross rod at the lower part; a lifting mechanism for sitting up and sitting up is arranged between the upper end of the frame and the mattress, and a lifting mechanism for turning over is arranged between the two sides of the frame and the left and right mattress bodies. A leg bending lifting mechanism is arranged at the hinged position between the thigh supporting plate and the shank supporting plate.
For another example, chinese patent publication No. CN205197561U discloses an adjustable bed. This bed includes bed, storage tank, flat board, left swash plate and right swash plate, the storage tank passes through the bolt fastening and is in the upper portion of bed, the flat board sets up the middle part of storage tank, left and right swash plate articulates respectively dull and stereotyped both sides, the lower part of left and right volume swash plate articulates respectively has left and right bracing piece, the upper portion transverse direction of flat board, left swash plate, right swash plate is equipped with the bar cushion respectively. This bed adopts a plurality of split type structures, convenient to detach, and the both ends of this bed can both tilt up certain angle, need not the position of adjustment bed indoor, has improved the convenience of this bed, is a plurality of bar cushion with traditional mattress structure change, and it is to bend when the bed, and the mattress of bending position can not extrude each other, does not influence each other, can not leave the crease after the tiling.
For example, chinese patent publication No. CN108158280A discloses an ergonomic mattress capable of five-stage adjustment of lying angle. The ergonomic mattress comprises a soft mattress, a bed board, a seat body frame and a bed board angle adjusting mechanism, wherein the bed board is composed of a first bed board to a fifth bed board which are sequentially connected in a tail-ending manner, and two adjacent bed boards are pivoted; the top surface formed by the five sections of bed boards is fixedly attached to the bottom of the cushion body. The bed board ground of the third section is fixed on the base frame; the bed board angle adjusting mechanism is arranged on the seat body frame and arranged inside the seat body frame, and is used for adjusting the inclination angles of the first bed board, the second bed board, the fourth bed board and the fifth bed board. The invention is divided into five sections to adjust in combination with the physiological curve of the human body, and can provide the comfort level suitable for the user who lies in different body conditions; the adjusting mechanism has simple structure and ingenious design, the whole mattress has smaller volume and lighter weight, is easy to move, does not occupy larger space, and greatly reduces the manufacturing cost.
For example, chinese patent publication No. CN107647684A discloses a foldable mattress and a supporting device thereof. The mattress is of a layered structure and sequentially comprises a breathable layer, a heat preservation layer, a palm cushion layer and a felt cushion layer from top to bottom, wherein the mattress body is equally divided into two mattress bodies along the length direction of the mattress body, and the two mattress bodies are connected through the breathable layer; the insulating layer, the palm cushion layer and the felt cushion layer are of separate structures; the invention provides a foldable mattress and a supporting device thereof, and solves the related defects that the existing mattress is not easy to fold and inconvenient to carry, the supporting device is mostly a fixing device, and the bending angle of the mattress cannot be adjusted to meet the requirements of different users.
For example, chinese patent publication No. CN108209298A discloses a mattress device. The device is used for automatically adjusting the sleeping posture of a human body on the mattress device so as to assist the human body in sleeping. The mattress device comprises a mattress body, wherein a plurality of lifters are arranged in the mattress body, the lifters are respectively arranged corresponding to a plurality of adjusting areas in the upper surface of the mattress body, and each lifter is used for adjusting the height of the adjusting area; the detection system is connected with the plurality of lifters and used for detecting the free sleeping posture of the human body on the mattress body, controlling the corresponding lifters to ascend and descend according to the free sleeping posture, and adjusting the free sleeping posture to be a preset sleeping posture. The mattress still realizes the change of the sleeping posture by dividing the mattress body into independent single mattress bodies.
For example, chinese patent publication No. CN205457527U discloses a mattress with an angularly adjustable backrest. The mattress comprises a mattress main body, a mattress support and a mattress cover, wherein the mattress main body is provided with a containing groove which is arranged along the upper surface and one side of the mattress main body, and a rotating shaft which transversely penetrates through the containing groove is inserted in the containing groove; the bottom of the backrest is fixedly connected with the circumferential surface of the rotating shaft, and a wood frame supporting structure is arranged in the backrest; and the locking mechanism is arranged on the rotating shaft and is used for locking the rotating angle of the rotating shaft. The folding backrest arranged in the mattress plays a role of a bed head, an external bed head is not needed, the use of materials can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced in energy-saving colleagues. Simultaneously, the angle of the backrest can be adjusted according to the requirements of users through the locking device, the angle between the mattress and the mattress main body of the backrest is adjusted, and the use function of the product is expanded.
It can be seen that the above five patents all enable the formation of a mattress in a curved state by dividing the mattress body into individual pillow blocks. However, this arrangement has a number of disadvantages, and the gaps between the pillows can cause discomfort to the patient.
In other prior art, for example, chinese patent publication No. CN206006639U discloses an air mattress capable of adjusting air pressure according to angle. The inflatable mattress has the advantages that the head of the inflatable mattress is turned upwards by a certain angle after inflation is completed, the relative position of the horizontal gyroscope changes along with the turned-up position, the horizontal gyroscope generates an electric signal containing relative height and horizontal relative angle information according to the rotating angle of the gyro rotor of the horizontal gyroscope and sends the electric signal to the control device, the control device controls the air pump to inflate the inflatable mattress according to the electric signal, air pressure in the mattress is adjusted, the air pressure in the turned-up mattress is kept uniformly balanced, the air pressure at the folded position of the mattress is enabled to be optimal, the detection end of the pressure sensor is arranged in the air outlet of the air pump, real-time air pressure is detected, when the air pressure in the mattress reaches a set critical value, the pressure sensor converts monitoring data and generates an electric signal to feed back the electric signal to the control device, and the control device controls the air pump to stop inflating according to the received feedback signal. This mattress comes the regulation mattress angle through adjusting atmospheric pressure, and the air current is undulant can cause certain harm to patient, and obviously this mattress is not applicable to severe patient's nursing.
It is obvious that the prior art mattress is bent by dividing the mattress into separate mattress bodies and then arranging actuators between each mattress bottom, whereby the support and movement of the actuators is used to change the angle between the mattress bodies to achieve adjustment of the mattress. However, the plurality of separating cushions form a bendable angle, the gaps between the cushions have a plurality of problems, and the edges of the gaps are contacted with the human tissues of the patient to bear local high pressure, which is more unfavorable for improving the pressure sores. Therefore, although the angle of the mattress can be adjusted, the above patent can not solve the problem of nursing the patient and even aggravate the disease of the patient when in use. Therefore, a multi-angle adjustable mattress capable of adjusting the angle and improving pressure sores of patients is urgently needed.

(1) the patient lying in bed for a long time has physical weakness under long-term diseases and no movement, and the patient must complete the turning over or partial limb movement by medical care personnel and medical instruments, however, the common sectional mattress or the mattress cover sleeved in the sectional mattress has gaps with obvious touch feeling, so the invention adopts the integrated flattening mattress surface, eliminates the uncomfortable feeling of discontinuous gaps between the mattresses when the mattress is folded, can improve the psychological pressure and environmental influence of the patient lying in bed for a long time, and is beneficial to promoting the treatment and rehabilitation process of the patient. And the back of the mattress body is folded in a multilayer crease manner at the positions which need to be bent when the back is raised, the legs are bent and the body is turned over, so that the turnover part of the mattress can be well transited, and the mattress can be extended or folded at a larger angle. Under the bottom is the drive of sectional type's bed board, can drive the mattress through buckling between the sectional bed board conveniently, make patient's upper limbs and low limbs lift up or receive and stretch, be favorable to eliminating the irritability mood and the tired out sense that the patient crouched the sick bed to produce for a long time, promote blood circulation simultaneously and be favorable to the recovery of the patient's state of an illness, for the patient provides more comfortable treatment environment, be favorable to improving long-term bed patient's psychological pressure and treatment, need not medical personnel and adopt modes such as traditional promotion or pulling, save time and physical power.
(2) This nursing mattress adopts hydraulic transmission mode to carry out angle regulation. The moving speed of the piston in the hydraulic transmission mode is in direct proportion to the flow of oil flowing into the hydraulic cylinder and is irrelevant to load, the pressure of a user on a bed board can change along with the turning angle of the bed board when the user uses the function of the hospital bed, the traditional mechanical transmission mode can show the phenomenon of unstable transmission under the function of the traditional mechanical transmission mode, the hydraulic transmission mode cannot change the transmission speed under the condition of load change, the transmission is stable and efficient, and the comfortable use experience is provided for the user. The bed board unit is arranged in a rotating mode, so that the angle of the bed board unit of a patient can be adjusted, the patient can turn over, lift the back and bend the legs, and the circulation of blood, body fluid and liquid medicine of the patient is promoted.
(3) Since the second elastic filler of the indentation ridges has good elasticity with respect to the first elastic filler between the indentation ridges, the plurality of indentation ridges bend or unfold along the bending axis due to the elastic deformation of the first elastic filler and the second elastic filler in the event of a displacement of the at least one saturation pad that is not parallel to the plane of the at least one saturation pad. The two end faces of the trace ridge are respectively flush with the surface of the saturated pad body, so that the patient is not subjected to pressure sore caused by overlarge local pressure caused by gaps due to discontinuity between the pad bodies. Secondly, the trace ridge can be raised after being bent, and the limb part of the patient can form certain friction depending on the protrusion, so that the limb of the patient is prevented from being displaced.
(4) The invention can not only meet different hair washing positions of different patients, but also adjust the posture of the patient without trouble, avoids the condition that the patient lifts up the upper limbs or needs a larger space to open and close by the opening and closing mode in the prior art, reduces the workload of nursing personnel and improves the treatment environment of the bedridden patient, is beneficial to the treatment process of patients.

Example 1
The embodiment discloses an angle-adjustable nursing mattress, which is shown in figure 1. The nursing mattress comprises a mattress body 1. The mattress body 1 comprises at least two saturation cushions 1d and a folding part 1f which is arranged between two adjacent saturation cushions 1d in a continuous mode and comprises a plurality of indentation ridges 1f-1 with compressibility and penetrates through the mattress body 1 in the height direction. Wherein, under the condition of displacement of at least one saturation cushion body 1d which is not parallel to the plane of at least one saturation cushion body 1d, the plurality of trace ridges 1f-1 can be bent or unfolded along the plane of the saturation cushion body 1d based on the compressibility of the plurality of trace ridges 1f-1, so that at least one saturation cushion body 1d can form an angle alpha with an adjacent saturation cushion body in a manner of rotating around the bending axis of the folding part 1f, as shown in fig. 2. The angle alpha can be adjusted according to the change of the displacement. The plurality of trace ridges 1f-1 can be compressed in the height direction of the trace ridges to form a compressed end face continuous with the plane in which the saturation pad body 1d is located, based on the compressibility of the plurality of trace ridges 1f-1, when the plurality of trace ridges 1f-1 are subjected to pressure, as shown in fig. 6 or 7. As shown in fig. 5, the ridge is not compressed, so as to distinguish the compressed state of the ridge. For example, when the folded portion 1f is subjected to a push-pull force piece perpendicular and/or tangential to the longitudinal direction of the saturation cushion 1d (a pulling force generates an acceleration perpendicular and/or tangential to the longitudinal direction of the mattress body 1, and the acceleration generates a displacement within a certain time t), the folded portion 1f can be unfolded or folded in such a manner that the trace ridge moves in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the saturation cushion 1 d. Alternatively, the fold can unfold or bend in such a way that the crease moves in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the saturation pad 1d, under the condition that the fold 1f is subjected to a pushing and pulling force parallel and/or tangential to the longitudinal direction of the saturation pad 1 d. The direction of the push-pull force can also be in a non-perpendicular state with the normal direction of the saturation pad body 1 d. The patient lying in bed for a long time has physical weakness under long-term diseases and no movement, and the patient must complete the turning over or partial limb movement by medical care personnel and medical instruments, however, the common sectional mattress or the mattress cover sleeved in the sectional mattress has gaps with obvious touch feeling, so the invention adopts the integrated flattening mattress surface, eliminates the uncomfortable feeling of discontinuous gaps between the mattresses when the mattress is folded, can improve the psychological pressure and environmental influence of the patient lying in bed for a long time, and is beneficial to promoting the treatment and rehabilitation process of the patient.
Preferably, the ridge 1f-1 is a columnar structure. As shown in FIG. 3, the transition gap 1f-2 between two adjacent crease ridges 1f-1 is provided with a first elastic filler 1 f-4. The inner layer of each trace ridge 1f-1 is provided with a second elastic filler 1 f-3. Thus, the plurality of trace ridges 1f-1 are bent or spread along the plane of the saturation pad body 1d based on the elastic deformation of the first and second elastic fillers in the case of the displacement of the at least one saturation pad body 1d occurring not parallel to the plane of the at least one saturation pad body. The elastic modulus of the first elastic filler 1f-4 is larger than that of the second elastic filler 1f-3, so that the plurality of indentation ridges 1f-1 can form a compression end face continuous with the plane of the saturated cushion body 1d in a manner of reducing the volume of the transition gap 1f-2 based on the elastic modulus of the first elastic filler 1f-4 and the second elastic filler 1f-3 under the condition that the plurality of indentation ridges 1f-1 are stressed. Preferably, the first elastic filler 1f-4 may be one of elastic cotton or memory cotton. The second elastic filler 1f-3 may be one of elastic cotton or memory cotton. The outermost trace ridge of the folded portion 1f can space the saturation pad 1d from the folded portion 1 f. Since the second elastic filler in the trace ridges 1f-1 and the first elastic filler between the trace ridges have good elasticity, the plurality of trace ridges bend or unfold based on elastic deformation of the first elastic filler and the second elastic filler in the case of displacement of the at least one saturation pad body 1d occurring non-parallel to the plane of the at least one saturation pad body. Preferably, both end faces of the trace ridge are higher than the surface of the saturation pad body. Preferably, two of the trace ridges are flush with the surface of the saturation pad body respectively at the compressed rear end surfaces, so that the patient is not subjected to pressure sores caused by excessive local pressure due to gaps caused by discontinuity between the pad bodies. Secondly, the trace ridge can be raised after being bent, and the limb part of the patient can form certain friction depending on the protrusion, so that the limb of the patient is prevented from being displaced.
Preferably, the folded portion 1f includes a plurality of first folded portions 1a whose longitudinal direction is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the mattress body 1 and arranged in parallel with respect to each other and/or a plurality of second folded portions 1b whose longitudinal direction is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the mattress body 1 and arranged in parallel with respect to each other. Therefore, under the condition that at least one saturation pad body 1d has displacement which is not parallel to the plane of at least one saturation pad body 1d, the indentation ridge of the first folding part 1a can be bent or unfolded along the plane of the saturation pad body 1d based on the compressibility of the indentation ridge of the first folding part 1a, so that the saturation pad body 1d can form a first angle with an adjacent saturation pad body in a mode of rotating around the bending axis of the first folding part 1 a. And/or the crease of the second fold 1b can be bent or unfolded along the plane of the saturation pad 1d based on the compressibility of the crease of the second fold 1b, so that the saturation pad 1d can form a second angle with an adjacent saturation pad in a manner of rotating around the bending axis of the first fold 1 a. As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the number of the first folded portions 1a is 6 in total. The number of the second folded portions 1b is 4 in total. When the saturation cushion body at one side of the two folding parts 1a corresponding to the waist of the human body is subjected to displacement which is not parallel to the saturation cushion body, the saturation cushion body at one side of the two folding parts 1a forms an angle with the saturation cushion body at the other side in a manner of rotating around the bending axes of the two first folding parts 1a, so that a patient can sit up or change the included angle between the upper limbs and the lower limbs of the patient depending on the angle. The bending axis of the first folded portion 1a refers to a geometric center line of the first folded portion 1a parallel to the longitudinal direction. The bending axis of the second folded portion 1b refers to a geometric center line of the first folded portion 1b parallel to the transverse direction. When the saturation pad body corresponding to one side of the two folding parts 1a of the knee part of the human body is subjected to displacement which is not parallel to the saturation pad body, the saturation pad body positioned on one side of the two folding parts 1a forms an angle with the saturation pad body on the other side in a mode of rotating around the bending axes of the two first folding parts 1a, so that a patient can change the included angle between thighs and calves depending on the angle. When the saturation pad body at one side of the two folding parts 1a corresponding to the ankle parts of the human body is subjected to displacement which is not parallel to the saturation pad body, the saturation pad body at one side of the two folding parts 1a forms an angle with the saturation pad body at the other side in a mode of rotating around the bending axes of the two first folding parts 1a, so that a patient can change the included angle between the sole and the shank depending on the angle. When the saturation pad body on one side of the four second folding parts 1b is subjected to displacement which is not parallel to the saturation pad body, the saturation pad body on one side of the two folding parts 1a forms an angle with the saturation pad body on the other side in a manner of rotating around the bending axes of the two first folding parts 1a, so that a patient can lie on the side based on the angle. The folding part 1f is designed fully based on human mechanics, and various rehabilitation treatment conditions of patients are considered.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 or 4, the crossing region of the first fold portion 1a and the second fold portion 1b is provided with an unsaturated cushion body 1c integrally connected with the first fold portion 1a and the second fold portion 1 b. Wherein, the first liner is filled in the saturation pad body 1 d. The second inner container is filled in the unsaturated cushion body 1 c. The density of the first inner container is greater than that of the second inner container, so that the plurality of trace ridges 1f-1 can be bent or unfolded along the plane of the saturated cushion body 1d based on the compressibility of the plurality of trace ridges 1f-1 and the volume reduction of the unsaturated cushion body 1c under the condition of the displacement of the at least one saturated cushion body 1d, which is not parallel to the plane of the at least one saturated cushion body 1 d. For example, the first inner container is composed of two first sponge layers, a spring layer, two second sponge layers and a first sponge layer. The second inner container is a third sponge layer and a second spongy layer. Because the density of the first inner container is greater than that of the second inner container, the deformability of the second inner container is greater than that of the first inner container. Therefore, the mattress body 1 is more easily bent and can be folded along the unsaturated cushion body 1 c. Preferably, the deformability of the first inner bag is smaller than the deformability of the first elastic filler, so that the mattress body 1 is more easily bent and can be folded along the bending axis of the folding portion 1f, since the folding portion 1f is more easily deformed when the mattress body 1 is subjected to a force non-parallel to the at least one saturation pad 1 d.
Preferably, the nursing mattress also comprises a bed board 2 fixedly connected with the mattress body 1. As shown in fig. 8, the bedplate 2 comprises at least one first bedplate unit 2a and a second bedplate unit 2b connected in an articulated manner with the at least one first bedplate unit. Thereby, the at least one saturation pad 1d is able to generate a displacement non-parallel to the plane of the at least one saturation pad based on the way the at least one first 2a and second 2b bedplate units are rotated in relation to each other. As shown in fig. 3, the first bed plate unit 2a and the second bed plate unit 2b are preferably arranged symmetrically with respect to the horizontal center line of the bed plate 2 as a symmetry axis. As shown in fig. 3, it is preferable that the number of the first bed unit 2a is 4 in total. The number of the second bed board units 2b is 4. Wherein, two adjacent first bedplate units 2a are connected in a mutual rotating mode through a hinging mode. For example, the bending axes of the two folded portions 1a corresponding to the waist of the human body are arranged in parallel with the rotation axis of the hinge portion of the two first bed plate units 2a, and when the two first bed plate units 2a rotate with each other, the two folded portions 1a corresponding to the waist of the human body can change the included angle between the upper limbs and the lower limbs of the patient along with the rotation angle of the two first bed plate units 2 a. The bending axes of the two folding parts 1a corresponding to the knee parts of the human body are arranged in parallel with the rotating axes of the hinged parts of the two first bed plate units 2a, when the two first bed plate units 2a rotate mutually, the two folding parts 1a corresponding to the knee parts of the human body can change the included angle between the thigh and the shank of the patient along with the rotating angles of the two first bed plate units 2 a. The bending axes of the two folding parts 1a corresponding to the ankles of the human body are arranged in parallel with the rotating axis of the hinge part of the two first bed plate units 2a, when the two first bed plate units 2a rotate mutually, the two folding parts 1a corresponding to the ankles of the human body can change the included angle between the soles and the shanks of the feet of the patient along with the rotating angles of the two first bed plate units 2 a. When the second bed board unit 2b and the first bed board unit 2a are rotated with each other, the first fold portion 1a and the second fold portion 1b can form an included angle depending on the rotation of the second bed board unit 2b and the first bed board unit 2a with each other, so that the patient can lie on his side. The preferred second deck unit 2b is arranged in the same manner as the first deck unit 2 a. Preferably, the first bed board unit 2a comprises at least a right hip plate body 2a-1 for placing the patient's hip. The second bed board unit 2b comprises at least a left hip plate body 2a-2 for placing the patient's hip. Wherein the right hip panel body 2a-1 and the left hip panel body 2a-2 are both fixedly connected to the upper surface of the base 14 in a manner of being arranged side by side in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the mattress body 1 and movably connected to each other through hinges. Preferably, at least one hinge is arranged between adjacent first bedplate units 2 a. The hinge is mounted to the adjacent first bed plate unit 2a by a stud. At least one hinge is arranged between the adjacent first bed plate unit 2a and the second bed plate unit 2 b. The hinge is mounted between the adjacent first bed plate unit 2a and second bed plate unit 2b by a stud. So that the axis of the hinge is the axis of rotation of the hinge.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, at least one first bed plate unit 2a and/or at least one second bed plate unit 2b is fixedly connected with a fixed plate 7 which is connected with a pressure telescopic pipe 9 of a hydraulic cylinder through a universal joint 8. Thus, when the hydraulic cylinder is being pressurized or depressurized, the at least one first bed plate unit 2a forms at least one adjustable bending angle relative to the at least one second bed plate unit 2b in a movably supported manner of the pressure tubes of the hydraulic cylinder and in a rotationally supported manner about the axis of the universal joint. So that at least one saturation pad 1d can form an angle with an adjacent saturation pad on the basis of an adjustable bending angle. Preferably, the hydraulic transmission system comprises a hydraulic oil tank, a hydraulic cylinder and a pressure telescopic tube 9 comprising a pressure tube 93 and a hydraulic telescopic rod 92. Wherein, the inlet end of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the hydraulic oil tank. When rinsing the head for the patient, medical personnel can place the device of washing the head on the shelf conveniently, slowly put down the patient head to the device of washing the head again to utilize the support that the device of washing the head middle part was provided with to hold the patient head so that rinse for the patient.
Preferably, the mattress also comprises at least two rails 21 for protecting the body of the patient and each secured to the first support 19 and to the second support 20, respectively, in a direction perpendicular to the shelves. When a patient turns over or moves a part of the trunk, the patient can not well keep the lying posture due to the fact that the patient lies in bed for a long time and the whole body is weak due to diseases, and the patient falls, so that the baffle plates on the two sides can effectively prevent hidden dangers under the condition that medical care personnel do not notice, and unnecessary injuries of the patient during treatment and rehabilitation are reduced.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a method for adjusting the angle of a nursing mattress. As shown in fig. 1, the nursing mattress includes a mattress body 1.
