Technical Field

Unlike the above embodiment, the pivot connection between the upper end of the rear wheel bracket 2 and the front wheel bracket 1 is changed to the pivot connection between the upper end of the rear wheel bracket 2 and the upper bracket 3, and the pin sliding in the sliding groove 23 is changed from the lower part of the upper bracket 3 to the upper part of the front wheel bracket 1, as shown in fig. 5.
