The movable joint provided by the invention realizes unlocking by rotating the unlocking device, and the unlocking is realized by means of the cooperation of the structure per se in the locking process relative to the push-pull type unlocking, and can be realized by using a small force in the unlocking process, and the force is only applied to the structure at the cooperation position in the unlocking process. When the child stroller seat is applied to the connection of the child stroller seat, the child seat can be adjusted by using smaller force, and the child stroller seat is convenient for the old and women to use when carrying the child. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention discloses a movable joint, which mainly comprises a first connecting piece 1, a second connecting piece 3 and an unlocking device 2. The first connecting piece 1 is provided with a socket and a clamping groove 17, the socket is positioned at one end of the first connecting piece 1 and can accommodate the insertion of the second connecting piece 3, and the clamping groove 17 is positioned on the side wall of the first connecting piece 1 and communicated with the socket. The side wall of the second connecting piece 3 is provided with a clamping block which is in sliding fit with the second connecting piece 3 and can be connected with the clamping groove 17 in a clamping way so as to lock the second connecting piece 3. The unlocking device 2 is mounted on the first connector 1 outside the clamping groove 17 and is used for unlocking the second connector 3 when rotating.
The movable joint provided by the invention realizes unlocking by rotating the unlocking device 2, and compared with push-pull unlocking, the movable joint realizes locking by means of the cooperation of the structure, and can realize unlocking by using smaller force when in unlocking (the movable joint only exerts force on the structure at the cooperation position when in unlocking, so that the movable joint can be unlocked by exerting smaller force). When the child car seat is applied to mechanical structures, such as connection of the child car seat, the child car seat can be adjusted by using small force, and the child car seat is convenient for old people and women to use when carrying children. Meanwhile, the movable joint of the invention is not limited to be applied to a child stroller seat, can be used as a universal interface, and can be applied to shopping carts, infant dining chairs and the like to finish angle adjustment and locking.
In particular, in the present invention, the unlocking means 2 may take various forms. As shown in fig. 7, in one embodiment of the present invention, the unlocking means 2 includes a sleeve 20 and a screw 21. The sleeve 20 is arranged at one end of the first connecting piece 1 provided with a socket, the sleeve 20 is provided with internal threads, and the screw rod 21 is in threaded connection with the internal threads. When the first connector 1 and the second connector 3 are in the locked state, the clamping block on the second connector 3 is clamped in the clamping groove 17 of the first connector 1, so that the second connector 3 can be prevented from rotating in the first connector 1. When the second connecting piece 3 needs to be unlocked, the screw rod 21 is rotated, and the screw rod 21 stretches into the first connecting piece 1 through threaded fit, so that the clamping block can be jacked, the clamping block is jacked by the clamping groove 17, and the purpose of unlocking the second connecting piece 3 is achieved.
In another embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 8, the unlocking means 2 comprises a mounting sleeve 22, a nut 23 and a stud 24. The mounting sleeve 22 is arranged at one end of the first connecting piece 1, which is provided with a socket, a round hole is arranged on the mounting sleeve 22 and is in clearance fit with the stud 24, the nut 23 is arranged on the mounting sleeve 22 and is rotatably connected with the mounting sleeve 22, the stud 24 is in threaded connection with the nut 23 and extends into the round hole, and the round hole corresponds to the clamping groove 17. When the first connecting piece 1 and the second connecting piece 3 are in a locking state, a clamping block on the second connecting piece 3 is clamped in a clamping groove 17 of the first connecting piece 1, when the second connecting piece 3 needs to be unlocked, a nut 23 is rotated, a stud 24 in threaded fit with the nut 23 stretches into the clamping groove 17 from a round hole and is pressed against the surface of the clamping block, the clamping block is gradually ejected out of the clamping groove 17 from the stud 24 along with the penetration of the stud 24, so that the second connecting piece 3 can be unlocked, and the second connecting piece 3 can rotate in the first connecting piece 1 (rotate along a direction parallel to or coincident with the axis of the second connecting piece 3 as a rotation axis).
In the above embodiment, in order to automatically reset the unlocking device 2, a torsion spring may be further provided on the unlocking device 2, one end of the torsion spring is fixed to the first connector 1, the other end of the torsion spring is connected to the screw 21, torque is gradually accumulated when the screw 21 rotates, and when the force from the user disappears, the torsion spring rotates the screw 21 in the opposite direction (opposite to the rotation direction during unlocking) depending on the accumulated torque, so as to realize the automatic reset of the unlocking device 2.
In the above embodiment, although the unlocking of the first connector 1 and the second connector 3 can be achieved by means of the rotary unlocking device 2, during the rotation, the screw rod 21 itself has axial movement, and thus has certain drawbacks in that the movement form is complex, the screw rod 21 for receiving the external force includes both rotary movement and linear movement, and is easy to be blocked and disabled during the movement, and the screw is fed, so that the screw thread is also a small test, is easy to be scratched, and has certain requirements for the moment during the movement. Based on the above shortcomings, as an improvement of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present invention also provides the following improvement scheme:
In order to be able to unlock the second connecting piece 3 smoothly, the unlocking device 2 comprises a connecting sleeve 4 and a knob 7, wherein the connecting sleeve 4 is arranged on the first connecting piece 1, and the knob 7 is rotatably connected with the connecting sleeve 4. The unlocking part 12 is arranged on the knob 7, the unlocking part 12 protrudes out of the end face of the knob 7, one end of the unlocking part is connected with the knob 7, and the other end of the unlocking part is a free end matched with the clamping block. The free end of the unlocking portion 12 gradually extends away from the knob 7 in the circumferential direction around the axis of the knob 7. In the present invention, the free end of the unlocking portion 12 is a wedge-shaped face in the circumferential direction of the knob 7. When the clamping block is positioned in the clamping groove 17 (namely, when the first connecting piece 1 and the second connecting piece 3 are in a locking state), one end of the free end of the unlocking part 12, which is close to the knob 7, is attached to the clamping block, when the second connecting piece 3 needs to be unlocked, the knob 7 is rotated, the attaching position of the free end of the unlocking part 12 and the clamping block is changed, and along with the rotation of the knob 7, the unlocking part 12 gradually pushes against the clamping block, so that the clamping block is pushed inwards by the clamping groove 17, and the unlocking of the second connecting piece 3 is realized.
In the invention, the knob 7 is rotatably connected with the connecting sleeve 4, the knob 7 can be clamped on the connecting sleeve 4 in the axial direction of the knob, and a fit clearance is reserved in the radial direction, so that the rotatable connection with the connecting sleeve 4 is realized, and the rotary connection is ensured not to be separated. However, the direct coupling of the knob 7 with the coupling sleeve 4 complicates the connection structure of the present invention and is inconvenient to manufacture. Thereby, the structure between the connecting sleeve 4 and the knob 7 can be simplified by adding connecting medium. Specifically, the pin shaft 5 is additionally arranged between the connecting sleeve 4 and the knob 7, one end of the pin shaft 5 is fixedly connected with the connecting sleeve 4, and the other end of the pin shaft 5 is rotatably connected with the knob 7, namely, the pin shaft 5 is used as a rotating shaft of the knob 7, so that direct connection of complex structures (the knob 7 and the connecting sleeve 4) can be avoided, and the manufacturing and the assembly are facilitated.
In the invention, the inner diameter of the socket is larger than the outer diameter of the columnar plug-in part of the second connecting piece 3 for plug-in fit with the socket, so that a radial allowance can be reserved for the second connecting piece 3. The top of the connecting sleeve 4 is provided with an opening which is in clearance fit or transition fit with the second connecting piece 3, so that the radial activity allowance of the second connecting piece 3 can be reduced. I.e. the inner diameter of the socket is larger than the inner diameter of the opening, which is larger than the outer diameter of the columnar plug-in part. Therefore, the radial movement allowance of the second connecting piece 3 can be limited, and the axial movement allowance of the second connecting piece 3 can be limited (the inner diameter of the opening is smaller than that of the socket, and when the second connecting piece 3 is inserted into the first connecting piece 1, a clamping block on the second connecting piece 3 cannot pass through the opening, and can only stay in the first connecting piece 1).
In the invention, the clamping block is strip-shaped, the length direction is the same as the axis direction of the second connecting piece 3, in order to balance the stress of the clamping block, the two unlocking parts 12 are positioned on the same end face of the knob 7, and when the clamping block is unlocked, one unlocking part 12 pushes against the upper part of the clamping block, and the other unlocking part 12 pushes against the lower part of the clamping block, so that the clamping block can translate without skewing. In other embodiments, the clamping block may be rectangular, circular, or polygonal, and the unlocking parts 12 may be three, four, or more, and the unlocking parts 12 are distributed in a central symmetry manner, so as to ensure that the clamping block is stressed and translated in a balanced manner during displacement.
In order to facilitate automatic resetting of the knob 7, in the invention, the unlocking device 2 further comprises a return element 6, wherein the return element 6 is arranged on the connecting sleeve 4 and is connected with the knob 7, so that return power can be provided for the knob 7. Preferably, the return member 6 is a torsion spring, and the torsion spring is sleeved on the circumferential surface of the pin shaft 5, one end of the torsion spring is connected with the connecting sleeve 4, and the other end of the torsion spring is connected with the knob 7, so that return power can be provided for the knob 7.
In the invention, when the knob 7 is rotatably connected with the connecting sleeve 4, the optimal scheme does not lead the knob 7 to rotate in an unconfined way, but limits an angle range for the knob 7, wherein the second connecting piece 3 can be unlocked just when the knob 7 rotates to the maximum value in the angle range, and the first connecting piece 1 and the second connecting piece 3 are locked at the initial position of the angle range, thereby being capable of bringing convenience for unlocking of a user and avoiding idle work. In order to realize convenient unlocking, a first limiting part 14 and a second limiting part 15 are arranged on the connecting sleeve 4, and a third limiting part 13 is arranged on the knob 7. The first limiting portion 14 and the second limiting portion 15 can provide a rotation space for the third limiting portion 13, that is, the third limiting portion 13 can only swing between the first limiting portion 14 and the second limiting portion 15, so that a rotation angle range of the knob 7 can be limited. The range of the included angle between the first limiting part 14 and the second limiting part 15 can be determined according to requirements, preferably, the range of the included angle between the first limiting part 14 and the limiting part is 30 ° to 90 °, which accords with the wrist force application habit, for example, the included angle can be 30 °, 40 °, 50 °, 60 °, 70 °, 80 °, 90 ° and the like.
In the invention, the clamping groove 17 is clamped with the clamping block, meanwhile, the clamping groove 17 needs to reserve a containing space for the unlocking part 12 of the knob 7 (when the first connecting piece 1 and the second connecting piece 3 are in a locking state, the free end of the unlocking part 12 is not contacted with the clamping block), so that the clamping groove 17 needs to be opened more, and the structural strength can be damaged due to wide grooving, and for this reason, the guiding groove 16 is arranged on the first connecting piece 1 and is in clearance fit with the unlocking part 12, so that guiding can be provided for the unlocking part 12, and the unlocking part 12 is contained, thereby avoiding the reduction of the structural strength of the first connecting piece 1.
In the present invention, the first connector 1 and the second connector 3 may have various angles when locked, for example, 0 ° in the first locking position, and ±30°, ±60°, ±90°, ±120°, ±150°, 180 ° when locked. Specifically, the clamping blocks are arranged at each locking position, so that a plurality of clamping blocks can be arranged on the second connecting piece 3, the clamping blocks are distributed on the side wall of the second connecting piece 3 and located at the same height in the axial direction of the second connecting piece 3, more specifically, the end part of the second connecting piece 3, which is used for being in plug-in fit with the socket, is a columnar plug-in part, the clamping blocks are distributed in a circumferential array on the circumferential surface of the columnar plug-in part, the axes of the clamping blocks are coincident with the axes of the columnar plug-in part, and when different clamping blocks are matched with the clamping grooves 17, different locking angles of the first connecting piece 1 and the second connecting piece 3 can be realized.
In the present invention, in order to improve the service life of the cartridge, the cartridge includes the cartridge body 8 and the reset member 9. The clamping body 8 is in sliding fit with the second connecting piece 3, is made of hard materials, such as metal and plastic, can ensure the reliability of clamping, and the reset piece 9 is arranged between the second connecting piece 3 and the clamping body 8, is made of elastic materials or materials capable of being elastically deformed, such as rubber blocks, compression springs, plate springs and the like, and can provide power for resetting the clamping body 8. Further, in order to avoid that the clamping body 8 is separated from the second connecting piece 3, the clamping body 8 is provided with a clamping foot 19, and the clamping foot 19 is connected with the second connecting piece 3 in a clamping way, so that the reset stroke of the clamping body 8 can be limited, the clamping body 8 is prevented from falling, and the number of scattered parts is reduced. In order to facilitate the contact cooperation of the unlocking part 12 and the clamping body 8, the clamping body 8 is provided with a cooperation part 18, and the cooperation part 18 is a concave groove and is attached to the unlocking part 12, so that the unlocking part 12 can slide conveniently when the knob 7 rotates.
In the invention, the axial displacement of the second connecting piece 3 in one direction is limited by the connecting sleeve 4, the displacement in the other direction is limited by the bearing end, and in particular, the bottom of the socket is provided with the bearing end, and the bearing end can bear the second connecting piece 3, further limit the axial position of the second connecting piece 3 and bear the weight from the second connecting piece 3. For example, when the invention is applied to a child, the carrying end can bear the weight from the second connector 3 and the seat, as well as the child, while the connecting sleeve 4 can prevent the second connector 3 from being pulled out of the body of the child's car.
When the connecting device is used, the axial movement allowance of the second connecting piece 3 is limited, the section of the socket is circular, and the diameter of the socket is larger than the diameter of the outer contour of the section of the columnar plug-in part, so that the radial movement allowance of the second connecting piece 3 is limited only by the connecting sleeve 4, and deflection of the second connecting piece 3 tends to easily occur at the moment. In order to solve the problem, a plurality of limiting strips can be arranged above the end face of the bearing end, the limiting strips are distributed in a circumferential array, and the axis coincides with the axis of the socket, so that radial displacement of the columnar plug-in connection part is limited, and deflection of the second connecting piece 3 is avoided.
Based on the improvement, in order to be convenient and humanized in use, the anti-slip sleeve 11 is arranged on the side wall of the knob 7, the anti-slip sleeve 11 is connected with the knob 7 in a clamping way, the anti-slip sleeve 11 and the knob 7 are circumferentially fixed, and anti-slip lines are arranged on the anti-slip sleeve 11, so that a user can be prevented from sliding by hand when rotating the knob 7. The anti-skid sleeve 11 can be made of any one of plastic, rubber and thermoplastic elastomer, and has certain elasticity without hurting hands. The end part of the knob 7 is provided with a sealing cover 10, and the sealing cover 10 is connected with the anti-slip sleeve 11 in a clamping way, so that protection can be provided for the unlocking device 2, and the service life of the unlocking device is prolonged. The material of the sealing cover 10 may be any of plastic, rubber, and thermoplastic elastomer.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, taking an example of an application to a stroller for adjusting the orientation of a child seat, the following describes in detail the operation of the present invention:
The first connecting piece 1 is connected with the frame, and the second connecting piece 3 is connected with the child seat.
