The invention provides a leg supporting mechanism for an aviation seat, which comprises a hand wheel assembly, a gear adjusting mechanism and a leg supporting mechanism, wherein the hand wheel assembly comprises a handle, a short shaft and a pinion, the handle is positioned at one end of the short shaft, and the pinion is arranged on the short shaft; the gear adjusting mechanism comprises a large gear, a long shaft and a large gear which are arranged on the long shaft, and a small gear is meshed with the large gear; the leg support mechanism is provided with a leg support plate; one end of the adjusting braid is connected with the connecting shaft, the other end of the adjusting braid is connected to the long shaft, the handle is rotated, the pinion drives the bull gear to rotate, so that the adjusting braid is rolled and stretched on the long shaft, and the leg support mechanism is pulled to a proper position. A leg support mechanism for an aircraft seat, comprising a hand wheel assembly 1, a gear adjusting mechanism 2 and a leg support mechanism 3, wherein the hand wheel assembly 1 comprises a handle 101, a short shaft 102 and a pinion 103, the handle 101 is positioned at one end of the short shaft 102, and the pinion 103 is mounted on the short shaft 102; the gear adjusting mechanism 2 comprises a large gear 201, a long shaft 202, wherein the large gear 201 is arranged on the long shaft 202, and the short shaft 102 is parallel to the long shaft 202 so as to enable the small gear 103 and the large gear 201 to be meshed; the leg support mechanism 3 is provided with a leg support plate 301, a bent slide rail 302, a connecting shaft 303 and an adjusting braid 306, the leg support plate 301 is fixedly connected with the two bent slide rails 302, the connecting shaft 303 is transversely supported between the two bent slide rails 302, one end of the adjusting braid 306 is connected with the connecting shaft 303, the other end of the adjusting braid is connected to the long shaft 202, the handle 101 is rotated, the pinion 101 drives the large gear 201 to rotate, so that the adjusting braid 306 is rolled and stretched on the long shaft 202, and the leg support mechanism 3 is pulled to a proper position.

As shown in fig. 4, the leg rest mechanism 3 includes a support plate 301, a bent slide rail 302, a connecting shaft 303, a triangular slide rail 304, a tension spring 305, an adjustment webbing 306, a screw 307, and a washer 308. The two triangular slide ways 304 are respectively fixed on the seat frame side plate 5 and the support plate 6, and the slide grooves face inwards. The two curved slides 302 and the supporting plate 301 are fixedly connected by adopting screws 307 and washers 308, so that the two curved slides 302 can move smoothly on the two triangular slides 304. The adjusting webbing 306 passes through the connecting shaft 303, one end hooks of the two tension springs 305 also pass through the connecting shaft 303, and the connecting shaft 303 is transversely supported between the two curved slides 302.
The leg support mechanism is mounted on the seat as shown in figure 5, the hand wheel assembly 1 being mounted on the frame side plate 5 and the support plate 6. The pinion 103 is close to the seat frame side plate 5, one side of the stop sleeve 104 close to the support plate 6 is fixed through a cylindrical pin 107, and the other end is axially limited by adopting a gasket 105 and two nuts 106. The gear adjusting structure is also arranged on the seat frame side plate 5 and the support plate 6, a retainer ring 206 close to one side of the support plate 6 is fixed through a cylindrical pin 207, the large gear 201 is close to the seat frame side plate 5, the position tolerance of the large gear 201 and the small gear 103 is guaranteed during assembly, and meshing is guaranteed to meet the use requirement. The leg support mechanism is arranged on the seat frame side plate 5 and the support plate 6 through triangular slide ways 304 on two sides, and the other ends of the two tension springs 305 are connected to the seat frame 4 in a hanging manner. One end of each tension spring 305 is hooked to pass through the connecting shaft 303, and the connecting shaft 303 is transversely supported between the two bent slide ways 302. The leg supporting mechanisms are provided with completely symmetrical components which are arranged on two sides of the seat frame and used for supporting the left leg and the right leg.
The working principle of the leg supporting mechanism is as follows:
The handle 101 is rotated to rotate around the center line of the short shaft 102, so that the short shaft 102 is driven to rotate, and the pinion 103 also rotates. The gear drive rotates the bull gear 201, adjusting the webbing 306 to achieve rolling and lengthening on the long axis 202. The adjusting braid 306 generates a pulling force on the connecting shaft 303, and the two tension springs 305 at the other end also generate a pulling force on the connecting shaft 303, and the resultant force of the two tension springs can drive the bent sliding rail 302 to slide on the triangular sliding rail 304, so that the relative positions of the supporting plate 301 and the seat frame are controlled to change, and the leg supporting mechanism is adjusted and self-adaptively supported. The connecting shaft 303 is slid in position, and the two curved slides 302 are fixedly connected with the connecting shaft 303, so that the positions change accordingly, and the functional adjustment of the leg rest mechanism is realized.

A leg support mechanism for an aircraft seat, comprising a hand wheel assembly (1), a gear adjusting mechanism (2) and a leg support mechanism (3), wherein the hand wheel assembly (1) comprises a handle (101), a short shaft (102) and a pinion (103), the handle (101) is positioned at one end of the short shaft (102), and the pinion (103) is arranged on the short shaft (102); the gear adjusting mechanism (2) comprises a large gear (201), a long shaft (202) and the large gear (201) which are arranged on the long shaft (202), wherein the short shaft (102) is arranged in parallel with the long shaft (202) so that the small gear (103) is meshed with the large gear (201); the leg support mechanism (3) is provided with a leg support plate (301), a bent slide rail (302), a connecting shaft (303) and an adjusting braid (306), wherein the leg support plate (301) is fixedly connected with the two bent slide rails (302), the connecting shaft (303) is transversely supported between the two bent slide rails (302), one end of the adjusting braid (306) is connected with the connecting shaft (303), the other end of the adjusting braid is connected to a long shaft (202), the handle (101) is rotated, and a pinion (103) drives a large gear (201) to rotate, so that the adjusting braid (306) is coiled and stretched on the long shaft (202), and the leg support mechanism (3) is pulled to a proper position; the leg support mechanism (3) is further provided with a tension spring (305), one end of the tension spring (305) is connected to the seat frame (4), the other end of the tension spring passes through the connecting shaft (303) to be connected with the leg support mechanism (3), and the position of the leg support mechanism (3) is adjusted; the leg support mechanism further comprises a clamping piece (203), a bolt (204) and a nut (205), wherein one end of the adjusting braid (306) is wound on the long shaft (202) and clamped by the two clamping pieces (203), and the adjusting braid is fixed by the bolt (204) and the nut (205).

5. A leg support mechanism for an aircraft seat according to claim 1, wherein the connecting shaft (303) is connected to the hole in the front end of the seat frame (4) by means of a tension spring (305).
6. A leg support mechanism for aircraft seats according to claim 2, wherein the number of triangular slide ways (304) is two, one fixed to the frame side plate (5) and the other fixed to the support plate (6).
7. A leg support mechanism for aircraft seats according to claim 6, wherein the curved slide rails (302) are two and are each slidable on two triangular slide rails (304).
