As shown in fig. 1 to 3, 7 and 8, the present invention provides a rotatable and lockable movable joint, which comprises a first connector 1 and a second connector 2, and further comprises a movable limiting device 3, wherein the movable limiting device 3 is connected between the first connector 1 and the second connector 2, and can be radially displaced during rotation so as to realize rotation and locking of the second connector 2.
When the space occupation needs to be reduced, the first connecting piece 1 and the second connecting piece 2 can rotate relatively so as to be convenient to store. When in a supporting state, the first connecting piece 1 and the second connecting piece 2 are locked by the movable limiting device 3; when the invention is retracted from the supporting state, unlocking can be realized by rotating the movable limiting device 3. According to the invention, unlocking is realized through rotation, and a button is not required to be pressed during unlocking, so that the force application of a user is facilitated, and the operation difficulty can be reduced; when the device is applied to the baby carriage, the torque force applied by an operator to the rotary button can not cause the side surface or front and back stress of the carriage, so that the side turning or front and back movement of the baby carriage in the unlocking process can be avoided.
In the present invention, the movable stopper 3 includes an outer shell 10 and an inner core; the housing 10 is fixedly connected to the first connecting member 1 and rotatably connected to the second connecting member 2. The inner core is located in the outer shell 10 and protrudes out of the outer shell 10, and can radially displace when rotating, so that the second connecting piece 2 is unlocked to rotate the second connecting piece 2 or the second connecting piece 2 is locked.
In the present invention, the movement of the core can be achieved in various forms. As shown in fig. 7, in one embodiment of the invention, this may be accomplished based on a rack and pinion mechanism. Specifically, the movable limiting device 3 further comprises a gear 19, a gear shaft and a rack 18; the second connector 2 is provided with a groove. A rack 18 is mounted on the core in engagement with a gear 19. The gear shaft is mounted in the housing 10 with its axis coincident with the axis of the housing 10, rotatably connected to the housing 10, and the gear 19 is mounted on the gear shaft and is meshed with the rack 18. Specifically, the movable limiting device 3 further comprises a worm 20, a worm wheel 21 and a screw 22. The worm 20 is mounted within the housing 10 in rotatable connection with the housing 10 (e.g., by mounting bearings between the worm 20 and the housing 10 to effect rotatable connection of the worm 20 to the housing 10), the axis of the worm 20 coinciding with the axis of the housing 10. The worm wheel 21 is positioned in the shell 10 and matched with the worm 20, the axis of the worm wheel 21 is vertical to the axis of the worm 20, the worm wheel 21 is hollow, threads matched with the screw rod 22 are machined on the hollow side wall, the screw rod 22 is inserted in the worm wheel 21 and matched with the threads of the worm wheel 21, and one end of the screw rod 22 is connected with the inner core. When the second connecting piece 2 needs to be locked, the worm 20 is rotated, the worm wheel 21 matched with the worm 20 synchronously rotates, and then the screw rod 22 is driven to linearly move, and the inner core is fixedly connected with the second connecting piece 2, so that the second connecting piece 2 is locked. When the second connecting piece 2 needs to be unlocked, the worm 20 is reversely rotated, and the inner core is retracted into the outer shell 10, so that the second connecting piece 2 is unlocked.
In all three embodiments of the present invention, the movable limiting device 3 may be configured to unlock the second connecting member 2 and lock the second connecting member 2 by means of rotation unlocking. Whichever of the above embodiments has more or less structural complexity, or is prone to failure in use. As an improvement of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 to 6, the present invention also provides the following improvement scheme:
