Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the anti-overturning transportation cart comprises a frame 10, an objective table 20 arranged at the top of the frame, an armrest 30 arranged above the rear side of the frame, a travelling wheel 40 arranged at the bottom of the frame, at least one swing rod 50, wherein the inner end of the swing rod 50 is movably connected with the lower part of the front side of the frame 10, and an auxiliary roller 60 is arranged below the outer end of the swing rod 50. The auxiliary roller 60 is slightly higher than the travelling wheel 40, and the auxiliary roller 60 is in a ground-leaving state when the cart is normally travelling. The swing link 50 may be integrally received in the frame 10, and the swing link 50 may be extended outwardly so that the outer end thereof moves forward of the frame 10 together with the auxiliary roller 60.
The swing rod 50 can be retracted into the frame 10 when the cabinet is in butt joint, the swing rod 50 can be adjusted to be in an extended state during normal transportation, and the auxiliary roller 60 is suspended during normal walking because the auxiliary roller 60 is slightly higher than the walking wheel 40, and if forward tilting occurs, the auxiliary roller 60 forms a front support in a landing manner. The auxiliary roller 60 is only slightly higher than the road wheel 40, for example, the auxiliary roller 60 is 1-5 cm above the ground.
Preferably, a groove 11 extending transversely is arranged at the lower part of the front side of the frame 10, and the inner end of the swing rod 50 is movably connected in the groove 11. Further preferably, the groove 11 has an upper top surface and a lower bottom surface, and the lower bottom surface of the groove 11 is provided with a yielding notch corresponding to the auxiliary roller 60. Thus, the upper side and the lower side of the groove 11 enclose the swing rod 50, and the stability is better.
Preferably, the inner end of the swing link 50 is pivotally connected to the frame 10, so that the folding is more convenient.
Preferably, the number of the swing rods 50 is two, and the swing rods are symmetrically arranged left and right. Therefore, the auxiliary rollers 60 are arranged on the two swing rods 50, the supporting points are more, the stress is more uniform during dumping, and the safety performance is better.
It may be appreciated that the device may further include a link, where the outer end of the link is pivotally connected to the outer end of the swing rod 50, and the inner end of the link and the inner end of the swing rod are rotatably and slidably disposed in the groove 11. That is, a link and a swing link, which enclose a triangle with the recess 11 of the frame, the auxiliary roller 60 is located at the front end of the triangle, and the link and the swing link 50 are received in the recess 11 when not in use. The structure is stable and convenient to operate.
Preferably, the bicycle frame further comprises an elastic member, the elastic member is tensioned between the bicycle frame 10 and the swing rod 50, and the elastic force of the elastic member drives the swing rod 50 to be in a unfolding position in a natural state. When the cabinet is placed in the butt joint mode, the elastic force of the elastic piece can be directly overcome, and the swing rod 50 is pressed into the groove 12 or the frame. After being separated from the centrally installed switchgear, the elastic piece can push the swing rod 50 away again, so that the swing rod 50 is in an open state when the trolley moves. Further preferably, the elastic member is a torsion spring, and is connected to a position where the swing rod is pivoted to the frame.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the frame 10 is provided with walking wheels 40 at four corners. In addition, the traveling wheel 40 is provided on a rotating seat which is connected to the frame 10 in a circumferential rotation manner so that the traveling direction can be easily adjusted when the cart travels. Similarly, the auxiliary roller 60 is disposed on a rotating seat, the rotating seat is connected with the swing rod 50 in a circumferential rotation manner, and the auxiliary roller 60 can rotate circumferentially relative to the swing rod 50, so that the flexibility is better.
Preferably, the objective table 20 includes a base 22, two limiting plates 24 respectively disposed on left and right sides of a top surface of the base, the top surface of the base 22 is provided with a transverse slide rail 26 corresponding to the limiting plates 24, and the limiting plates 24 are connected to the transverse slide rail 26 in a transversely movable manner; the objective table 20 further comprises two transversely arranged screw rods 28, the two screw rods 28 are respectively arranged corresponding to the two limiting plates 24, two ends of the screw rods 28 are rotatably supported on the base 22, connecting blocks are arranged at the bottoms of the limiting plates 24, the connecting blocks are spirally sleeved on the screw rods 28, and rotating handles are arranged at the outer ends of the screw rods 28. Thus, the rotation of the screw 28 is controlled by turning the handle, thereby driving the limiting plates 24 to move laterally, and the two limiting plates 24 can be separately controlled. Therefore, the distance between the two limiting plates 24 and the position between the two limiting plates 24 can be adjusted, and the method is suitable for circuit breakers of different widths and centrally installed switchgear with circuit breakers arranged at different positions.
Preferably, a hydraulic cylinder 70 is further included, and the hydraulic cylinder 70 is connected between the frame 10 and the base 22 and can drive the base 22 to horizontally lift. The height of the base 22 can be set so that the circuit breakers on the centrally installed switchgear of different heights can be received or transported, and the applicability is higher.
Preferably, guide wheels 29 are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides below the base 22, guide posts 12 are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the top surface of the frame 10, and the guide wheels 29 vertically and slidably lean against the inner sides of the guide posts 22; therefore, in the vertical lifting process, the guide column 2 constrains the guide wheel 29, so that the precision of the base 22 in the lifting process is ensured, and the base 22 is prevented from tilting or rotating. In particular, two guide wheels 29 are respectively arranged on the left and right sides below the base 22, and two guide posts 12 are respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the top surface of the frame 10, so that the positioning can be performed from four corners, and the structure is stable and reliable. In addition, the guide wheel 29 is a self-rotating guide wheel, and has the characteristics of small motion friction coefficient, high motion precision, no abnormal sound during motion and the like.
Preferably, the frame 10 includes a fixed frame 13 and a lifting frame 14, the lifting frame 14 is located above the fixed frame 13 and movably inserted together, the frame 10 further includes a fine adjustment screw 15 disposed vertically, and the fine adjustment screw 15 is threaded through the fixed frame 13 and abuts against the lifting frame 14. Thus, the height of the lifting frame 14 can be finely adjusted by manually rotating the fine adjustment screw 15, and the adjustment accuracy can be further improved. Of course, the number of the fine adjustment screws 15 is preferably two, and the fine adjustment screws are symmetrically arranged left and right. In this embodiment, the thread of the fine adjustment screw 15 is rectangular, so that the loosening of the thread can be prevented more effectively.
Preferably, the cross section of the limiting plate 24 is L-shaped, and includes a bottom plate and a baffle plate located at the outer edge of the bottom plate, so that the baffle plate can lean against the circuit breaker from the outside to prevent the circuit breaker from sliding laterally during transportation. Further, the rear end of the bottom plate is provided with a limiting column, and the limiting column can limit the time of the circuit breaker.
Preferably, the base 22 is a frame shaped like a Chinese character 'ri', and the two screws 28 respectively span two openings of the frame. The hollow design of the base 22 can test the circuit breaker more conveniently.
