The invention provides a welfare vehicle loading device, which is shown in figure 1, and comprises a fixed seat 1 used for being fixed with a carriage bottom plate, wherein a group of mutually symmetrical swing arm supporting seats 1-1 used for being connected with a swing arm mechanism 3 are arranged on the fixed seat 1, the tail end of the swing arm mechanism 3 is connected with a walking plate mechanism 2 used for bearing a wheelchair, the walking plate mechanism 2 is driven by a translation driving mechanism 4 to do horizontal telescopic motion and is driven by the swing arm mechanism 3 to do non-vertical lifting motion, and the swing arm mechanism 3 and the translation driving mechanism 4 are controlled by a central control system 6. Specifically, a plurality of people and wheelchairs which are loaded in the carriage by the device can be arranged in the carriage according to the space and the requirement of the carrying capacity.
