Claims (8)

1. A5G wearable auxiliary training device comprises a bottom plate (1) and is characterized in that, a sliding plate (4) is connected inside the bottom plate (1) in a sliding manner, the left end of the sliding plate (4) is connected with a spring (3), a pedal (5) is welded at the top of the right side of the sliding plate (4), a supporting plate (6) is fixedly connected at the left side of the top of the bottom plate (1), a wearing component is arranged on the right side of the supporting plate (6), the wearing component comprises two chest protecting plates (12) which are hinged, two hanging rods (20) are arranged on the sides, far away from each other, of the two chest protecting plates (12), two clamping rollers (21) are arranged on the sides, close to each other, of the two hanging rods (20), the right side of wearing the subassembly is equipped with clamping mechanism, the front and the back of wearing the subassembly are equipped with adjustment mechanism, the top of wearing the subassembly is equipped with and carries and draw mechanism.

A 5G wearable training aid according to claim 1, wherein a top plate (24) is welded on the top of the support plate (6), two wire guiding wheels are fixedly connected to the bottom of the top plate (24), one wire guiding wheel is arranged on the left side of the top of the bottom plate (1), and the second connecting rope (23) is wound around the wire guiding wheels.

A5G wearable training aid according to claim 3, wherein a rotating rod (8) is connected to the right side of the supporting plate (6) through a hinge, the right end of the rotating rod (8) is welded to the fixing plate (10), and a seat plate (7) welded to the supporting plate (6) is arranged below the rotating rod (8).
