Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described below with reference to the attached drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the stroller in this embodiment includes a frame having an unfolded and folded state, a plurality of front wheels 1 provided at the front of the bottom of the frame, a plurality of rear wheel assemblies provided at the rear of the bottom of the frame, a seat 3 provided on the frame, and a locking device (not shown in the drawings) locking the frame in the unfolded state.
In this embodiment, there are two front wheels 1 and two rear wheel assemblies, specifically, the rear wheel assemblies are universal wheels, and the rear wheel assemblies include a rear wheel joint 2a and a rear wheel 2 rotatably connected with the rear wheel joint 2a.
The frame includes front bracket assembly and main frame.
The front bracket component comprises a steering rod 4a, a handlebar rod 4b fixedly connected with the upper end part of the steering rod 4a, a front wheel component fixedly connected with the lower end part of the steering rod 4a, a crank component extending in the left-right direction in the unfolded state of the frame, and pedals 5c arranged on the crank component, wherein the front wheel component specifically comprises a supporting rod 4c fixedly connected with the lower end part of the steering rod 4a and a U-shaped rod 4d fixedly connected with the supporting rod 4 c.
The crank assembly comprises a crank 5a and one-way bearings 5b arranged at the left end and the right end of the crank 5a, the two ends of the U-shaped rod 4d which are opened are respectively fixedly connected with the one-way bearings 5b, the lower end of the front wheel assembly is provided with a front wheel 1 driven by the crank assembly to rotate, due to the arrangement of the one-way bearings 5b, the front wheel 1 at the inner side of a turn and the front wheel 1 at the outer side of the turn have a differential speed, the rear wheel 2 at the outer side of the turn is tilted outwards and upwards due to the action of centrifugal force during the turn, so that the height difference is generated by the rear wheels 2 at the left side and the right side of the turn, the effect of bassinet drifting is formed, and the driving experience of the bassinet is enriched.
The main frame comprises a front connecting piece 6a rotatably sleeved on a steering rod, a first connecting piece 6b, a second connecting piece 6c, a rear connecting piece 6d and a limiting block 6e fixedly arranged on the rear end part of the first connecting piece 6b, wherein the first connecting piece 6b and the second connecting piece 6c are respectively extended in the front-rear direction under the unfolding state of the frame, the front end part of the first connecting piece 6b and the front end part of the second connecting piece 6c are respectively rotatably connected with the front connecting piece 6a, the rear end part of the first connecting piece 6b and the rear end part of the second connecting piece 6c are respectively rotatably connected with the rear connecting piece 6d under the unfolding state of the frame, the first connecting piece 6b, the front connecting piece 6a, the second connecting piece 6c and the rear connecting piece 6d are sequentially rotatably connected to form a four-connecting-rod structure, the saddle 3 and the limiting block 6e are fixedly connected, and when the frame is in the unfolding state, the limiting block 6e abuts against the rear connecting piece 6d, so that the rear connecting piece 6d is limited to rotate further anticlockwise relative to the first connecting piece 6b, the rear connecting piece 6b is arranged above the second connecting piece 6c, the rear connecting piece 6b, the rear connecting piece is arranged below the rear connecting piece 6c, and the rear connecting piece is rotatably connected with the rear wheel assembly 2.
In this embodiment, in the unfolded state of the frame, the steering rod 4a is inclined with respect to the ground, the rear wheel joint 2a is inclined with respect to the ground with respect to the rotational axis of the rear connecting member 6d, both are inclined with respect to the ground, the main frame rotates with respect to the steering rod 4a and can be automatically aligned in the turning process, and the rear wheel 2 can also be automatically aligned with respect to the main frame, so that the stroller can be automatically aligned with the main frame and the rear wheel assembly after turning, thereby being consistent with the traveling direction of the front wheel 1.
Folding principle:
As shown in fig. 1-2 and 5, when the stroller in the unfolded state is converted from the unfolded state to the folded state, as shown in fig. 6, the locking device is first unlocked, in this embodiment, the locking device may be configured to lock the front connecting piece 6a and the first connecting rod body 6b relatively, lock the front connecting piece 6a and the second connecting rod 6c relatively, lock the rear connecting piece 6d and the first connecting rod body 6b relatively, lock the rear connecting piece 6d and the second connecting rod 6c relatively, then rotate the first connecting rod body 6b and the second connecting rod 6c upwards and anticlockwise respectively relative to the front connecting piece 6a, rotate the rear connecting piece 6d downwards and clockwise relative to the first connecting rod body 6b and the second connecting rod 6c, so as to drive the rear wheel assembly to fold over the front wheel 1, finally, as shown in fig. 7, support the front wheel 1 on the ground, and fold the main frame between the front wheel 1 and the rear wheel 2 in the unfolded state of the stroller.
