The clamping part forms a certain angle with the ground, making the use process of the elderly easier and faster.

The horizontal pushing assembly comprises a pushing button, a rocker, a roller, a screw and a return pressure spring, wherein two sides of the pushing button are respectively correspondingly provided with a short connecting rod, the outer ends of the short connecting rods penetrate through corresponding sliding grooves of the mounting frame and are fixedly connected with the lower ends of connecting rods on the same side, grooves are formed in the surfaces of the pushing button, the front ends of the grooves are positioned at the front ends of the mounting frame, and the rear ends of the grooves sink inwards to form locking positions; the first end of the rocker is hinged to the front end plate of the mounting frame, the second end of the rocker is provided with a roller which can be inserted into the groove, so that the roller can slide along the contour of the groove under the pulling of the rocker, and when the roller slides into the top end or the locking position of the groove, the relative fixation between the push button and the mounting frame is realized; the screw rod is inserted in a through hole of the front end plate of the mounting frame, the screw rod is kept to be arranged along the vertical track direction, the inner end of the screw rod is fixedly connected with the front end of the push button, and the outer end of the screw rod penetrates out of the mounting frame and then extends forwards to form a force application end for being matched with the pedal mechanism; the return pressure spring is sleeved on a screw rod positioned between the front end face of the installation frame and the push button, the front end of the return pressure spring is propped against the inner end face of the front end part of the installation frame, and the rear end of the return pressure spring is propped against the front end face of the push button and is used for realizing the return of the push button.
