Abstract
The invention provides a baby stroller, which comprises a stroller frame, a seat part, two folding devices, a first folding part and a second folding part, wherein the two folding devices are arranged on two sides of the stroller frame, the folding devices are unlocked to fold the stroller frame, the seat part is provided with a first through hole and a second through hole, one end of the first folding part is connected with one of the folding devices, the other end of the first folding part penetrates through the first through hole and is exposed to form a first exposed end, one end of the second folding part is connected with the other folding device, the other end of the second folding part penetrates through the second through hole and is exposed to form a second exposed end, and the first exposed end and the second exposed end are pulled to drive the corresponding folding devices to unlock. The baby stroller can not cause the two folding devices to be unlocked by only pulling one folding part, thereby avoiding the occurrence of misoperation for folding the frame of the baby stroller and improving the safety of the baby stroller in riding.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of baby strollers.
Background
The baby stroller is a simple vehicle that provides a baby, a child, to sit on and be pushed by an adult to provide a parent to push a baby. In the prior art, in order to satisfy the needs of consumers for practicability and portability, the stroller is generally designed to be foldable so that the stroller can be unfolded to be a stroller when in use, and can be folded to be a smaller size when not in use so as to be convenient for storage or carrying. Generally, a folding device is disposed on each of two sides of a frame of the stroller, and the folding device is controlled to be locked and unlocked to achieve an opening and closing state. At present, two ends of a webbing are usually passed through the seat portion of the stroller respectively, and then connected to two folding devices respectively, so that the folding device can be unlocked by operating the webbing above the seat portion. Because the webbing above the seat part is often pulled due to the mobility of the infant, the folding devices are often folded due to misoperation in the using process, so that the baby stroller is folded, and the infant in the baby stroller is unsafe.

Disclosure of Invention

Compared with the prior art, the seat part of the baby stroller is provided with the first through hole and the second through hole, the first folding part and the second folding part respectively pass through the first through hole and the second through hole, the first folding part and the second folding part are respectively connected with the two folding devices, an operator needs to pull the first folding part and the second folding part through the first exposed end and the second exposed end to drive the two folding devices to release the lock, so that the frame of the baby stroller can be folded, the situation that the two folding devices release the lock due to pulling of one folding part is avoided, the situation that the frame of the baby stroller is folded due to misoperation is avoided, and the riding safety of the baby stroller is improved.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the stroller 100 of the present invention includes a frame 10, a seat portion 20, two folding devices 30 mounted on two sides of the frame 10, a first folding device 40 and a second folding device 50, wherein the folding devices 30 are locked to fold the frame 10, the seat portion 20 has a first through hole 211 and a second through hole 213, one end of the first folding device 40 is connected to one of the folding devices 30, the other end of the first folding device 40 passes through the first through hole 211 and is exposed to form a first exposed end 43, one end of the second folding device 50 is connected to the other folding device 30, the other end of the second folding device 50 passes through the second through hole 213 and is exposed to form a second exposed end 53, and the first exposed end 43 and the second exposed end 53 are pulled to drive the corresponding folding device 30 to be unlocked. In this embodiment, the first and second receiving members 40 and 50 are both webbing. Further, the first exposed end 43 and/or the second exposed end 53 form a hook and loop structure, which facilitates the operation when the first exposed end 43 of the first engaging member 40 and the second exposed end 53 of the second engaging member 50 form a hook and loop structure. In this embodiment, the seat plate 21 is a PP corrugated plate, and the PP corrugated plate is provided with a first through hole 211 and a second through hole 213 for the first receiving member 40 and the second receiving member 50 to pass through. Further, the first through hole 211 and the second through hole 213 are penetratingly disposed at the middle portions of the seat plate 21 and the cushion cloth 23, so that the manufacturing materials of the first receiving member 40 and the second receiving member 50 can be saved to save the cost. The seat cloth 23 includes a seat cloth 231 located above the seat plate 21 and a seat cloth 233 located below the seat plate 21, and the second exposed end 53 of the second receiving member 50 is disposed around the seat plate 21 and the seat cloth 231 between the first through hole 211 and the second through hole 213 and forms a hook ring, so as to improve the safety of the operation of the second receiving member 50 and to be more favorable for avoiding the erroneous operation. In this embodiment, the second exposed end 53 of the second receiving member 50 defines a loop having a greater dimension than the loop defined by the first exposed end 43 of the first receiving member 40. In some embodiments, the small size of the shackle is used for the thumb to pass through, and the large size of the shackle is used for the remaining four fingers of the same hand to pass through, which is more beneficial for single-hand operation, but the invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments, a small size shackle is passed by the feeding finger, and a large size shackle is passed by the remaining three fingers (middle, ring, and little) of the same hand. Further, the first foldable member 40 includes a first upper foldable member 41 and a first lower foldable member 42 detachably connected to the first upper foldable member 41, and the second foldable member 50 includes a second upper foldable member 51 and a second lower foldable member 52 detachably connected to the second upper foldable member 51. Therefore, the first upper folding member 41 and the first lower folding member 42 can be disassembled, and the second upper folding member 51 and the second lower folding member 52 can be disassembled at the same time, so as to achieve the effect of quickly disassembling and assembling the seat cushion cloth 23, the first upper folding member 41 and the second upper folding member 51 from the frame 10. In this embodiment, the detachable connection is realized by using the r-shaped buckle 60, but the invention is not limited thereto, and any structure capable of realizing the detachable connection may be used. Specifically, one end of the buckle 60 has a notch 61 (as shown in fig. 3), one end of the first lower closing member 42 is connected to one of the folding devices 30, and the other end of the first lower closing member 42 is fixedly connected to one of the buckles 60; one end of the first upper folding member 41 is provided with a shackle and is sleeved at one end of the Chinese character ri buckle 60 positioned at the notch 61, and the other end of the first upper folding member 41 sequentially passes through the cushion base cloth 233, the seat plate 21 and the cushion surface cloth 231 and then is exposed to form a first exposed end 43; one end of the second lower folding member 52 is connected to the other folding device 30, and the other end of the second lower folding member 52 is fixedly connected to the other buckle 60; one end of the second upper folding member 51 has a hook ring and is sleeved on one end of the toggle 60 located in the notch 61, and the other end of the second upper folding member 51 is disposed around the seat plate 21 and the seat cushion surface cloth 231 between the first through hole 211 and the second through hole 213 to form a second exposed end 53 and a hook ring structure. The user can detach the second upper receiving member 51 from the notch 61 to separate from the second lower receiving member 52, and can also detach the first upper receiving member 41 from the notch 61 to separate from the first lower receiving member 42. So that the seat cloth 23 together with the first upper receiving member 41 and the second upper receiving member 51 can be quickly detached from the frame 10.
The working principle of the present application is further explained in conjunction with fig. 1-5 below:
when the stroller 100 needs to be folded and folded, an operator pulls the two hooks above the seat cushion surface cloth 231, so that the first folding member 40 and the second folding member 50 drive the corresponding folding devices 30 to unlock, and the stroller frame 10 of the stroller 100 is folded after unlocking, which is convenient and fast, and can achieve the purpose of avoiding misoperation and improving the safety of taking a baby.
When the seat cloth 23 needs to be cleaned, the seat cloth 23 of the stroller 100 needs to be removed, and at this time, the first upper folding member 41 is removed from the notch 61 of one of the two japanese-character buckles 60, so that the first upper folding member 41 is separated from the first lower folding member 42, and the second upper folding member 51 is removed from the notch 61 of the other japanese-character buckle 60, so that the second upper folding member 51 is separated from the second lower folding member 52, so that the seat cloth 23, the first upper folding member 41, and the second upper folding member 51 can be quickly removed from the frame 10.
Compared with the prior art, the seat portion 20 of the present application is provided with the first through hole 211 and the second through hole 213 for the first folding member 40 and the second folding member 50 to pass through, and the first folding member 40 and the second folding member 50 are respectively connected to the two folding devices 30, so that an operator needs to pull the first folding member 40 and the second folding member 50 through the exposed portions of the first folding member 40 and the second folding member 50 to drive the two folding devices 30 to unlock, so as to fold the frame 10 of the stroller 100, and the process will not cause the two folding devices 30 to unlock by pulling only one of the folding members, thereby preventing the frame 10 of the stroller 100 from being folded by misoperation, and improving the safety of riding.

The stroller of claim 4, wherein the first receiving member comprises a first upper receiving member and a first lower receiving member removably coupled to the first upper receiving member, and the second receiving member comprises a second upper receiving member and a second lower receiving member removably coupled to the second upper receiving member.
