The basic working principle of the invention is that when the front plate 22 and the rear plate 23 of the adjusting bed are tilted up, a user can sit on the bed board 2, at the moment, the turnover block 31 can be tilted down to put feet on the turnover board 82, when the front plate 22 and the rear plate 23 of the adjusting bed are flat, the user can lie flat or sit on the bed board 2, when sitting on the bed board 2, the backrest 83 is turned outwards to be positioned above the adjusting bed, the feet can be put on the leg rest step 81 and lean against the backrest 83, the supporting block 92 is turned upwards, after the supporting block 92 is abutted against the lower surface of the turnover board 82, the turnover board 82 is in a horizontal state to form a table board, and the invention can be used for writing, reading and the like by the user.
