As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the stored state, the lower end of the front bracket 10, the upper end of the side rail 30, and the upper end of the stay 40 are folded toward the lower end of the rear bracket 20, and the upper end of the push rod 60 is folded toward the upper end of the rear bracket 20.
It will be understood herein that the rear bracket 20 and the strut 40 are constituent members of two four-bar linkages, and thus the two four-bar linkages are in a linked relationship.
As can be seen from fig. 1, when the foldable stroller 100 is in the unfolded state, the first four-bar linkage is located below the second four-bar linkage, and the two form an opposite double-triangle structure.
The upper ends of the front and rear brackets 10 and 20 are connected to each other obliquely to form the apex angle of a triangle when the foldable stroller 100 is in the unfolded state. By the limitation of the first limiting mechanism a, when the maximum deployment angle between the front bracket 10 and the rear bracket 20 is reached, the front bracket 10 and the rear bracket 20 cannot be opened more, and at the same time, the link 50 and the lower support bar 45 are connected between the front bracket 10 and the rear bracket 20, so that the front bracket 10, the rear bracket 20, the link 50 and the lower support bar 45 form a stable upright triangle structure.
In the second four-bar linkage mechanism, when the foldable stroller 100 is in the unfolded state, the lower end of the rear bracket 20 and the lower end of the upper stay 44 are connected to each other obliquely to form the apex angle of the triangle. The sixth hinge point 41 is restrained on the side rail 30 by the second restraining mechanism B, and thus the rear bracket 20, the upper support rod 44, and the side rail 30 form a stable inverted triangle structure.
The front support 10, the rear support 20, the side arm rests 30, the support rods 40, the connecting rods 50 and the push rods 60 form an integral framework of the foldable stroller 100, the foldable stroller 100 is in a stable state in an unfolded state, the seat 70 installed in the stable state is also in a stable state, and a user can sit on the seat 70 stably.
Moreover, due to the connection of the two sets of four-bar linkage mechanisms, the overall height of the foldable stroller 100 can be designed to be very high, and the seat 70 can be positioned at a high place when being unfolded, so that the view at the high place can be conveniently seen.
As shown in fig. 3, when the foldable stroller 100 needs to be stored, one of the four-bar linkages is actuated to drive the other four-bar linkage to move. In a folded state, the lower ends of the front support 10 and the rear support 20 are gathered together, and meanwhile, the upper ends of the front support 10, the rear support 20 and the push rod 60 are gathered together, so that the whole portable bicycle is convenient to carry.
According to the foldable stroller 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the front frame 10, the rear frame 20, the connecting rods 50 and the lower supporting rods 45 form a first four-bar linkage, the rear frame 20, the side arm rests 30, the pushing rods 60 and the upper supporting rods 44 form a second four-bar linkage, the first limiting mechanism a is disposed between the front frame 10 and the rear frame 20 of the first four-bar linkage, the second limiting mechanism B is disposed in the hinge area between the side arm rests 30 and the upper supporting rods 44 of the second four-bar linkage, and the first limiting mechanism a is linked with the second limiting mechanism B, so that when the foldable stroller 100 is in the unfolded state, the first limiting mechanism a and the second limiting four-bar linkage function to stabilize the structure of the foldable stroller 100, and when the foldable stroller 100 is in the folded state, the first limiting mechanism and the second limiting mechanism are retracted and the pushing rods 60 are upward, the foldable stroller 100 occupies a small space, and push rod 60 is upwardly directed for portability.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the foldable stroller 100 further comprises: a seat 70, the front end of the seat 70 being connected to the side arm rests 30 or the rear bracket 20, and the rear end of the seat 70 being connected to the upper support bar 44. So that the seat 70 is generally horizontal and ready for seating when the foldable stroller 100 is in the unfolded position.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the seat 70 is connected to the rear frame 20 at the front end, the upper support bar 44 is connected to the rear end of the seat 70, and the seat 70 is pivotally connected to the rear frame 20 and the upper support bar 44, so that the seat 70 is installed in the space defined by the upper support bar 44 and the side arm rests 30, and thus, not only is the space occupied by the seat 70 when the foldable stroller 100 is unfolded large, but also the seat 70 can move along with the support bar 40, thereby facilitating the storage operation of the foldable stroller 100.
It should be noted that the first four-bar linkage and the second four-bar linkage of the foldable stroller 100 of the present invention are disposed opposite to each other in the vertical direction. Thus, the foldable stroller 100 is suitable for high-landscape strollers, and the higher seat 70 effectively prevents the child from inhaling heavy metal contaminants such as lead and mercury, which may be deposited in areas below one meter from the ground when the child is seated on the stroller.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the seat 70 comprises: a seat plate 71 and a sliding rod 72, wherein the front end of the seat plate 71 is rotatably connected to the third hinge point 21, the seat plate 71 is provided with a sliding slot (not shown), the sliding rod 72 is telescopically fitted in the sliding slot, and the rear end of the sliding rod 72 is connected with the upper support rod 44.
Specifically, the seat plate 71 has a slide groove, the slide rod 72 is fitted to the slide groove in an insertion manner, and a front end of the slide rod 72 is movable in the front-rear direction with respect to the front end of the slide groove. Thus, when the foldable stroller 100 is unfolded, the front end of the slide rod 72 moves forward relative to the front end of the seat plate 71 until the front end of the slide rod 72 abuts against the front end surface of the seat plate 71, the foldable stroller 100 is completely unfolded, and when the front end of the slide rod 72 abuts against the rear end of the seat plate 71, the foldable stroller 100 is in the storage state. Therefore, the seat 70 is more stable in the unfolded state of the foldable stroller 100, and the seat 70 does not need to be detached when the foldable stroller 100 is stored or unfolded due to the cooperation of the sliding grooves and the sliding rods 72, thereby facilitating the storage and unfolding operations of the foldable stroller 100.
Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the seat 70 may be pivotally connected to the rear frame 20 at one end, and the other end of the seat 70 may be engaged with the upper stay 44. The other end of the seat 70 can be removed from the upper support bar 44 when the foldable stroller 100 is stowed; conversely, the other end of the seat 70 can be snapped onto the upper support bar 44 when the foldable stroller 100 is unfolded.
For another example, the seat 70 may have one end pivotally connected to the upper support rod 44 and the other end of the seat 70 snap-fit to the rear frame 20. The other end of the seat 70 can be removed from the rear support 20 when the foldable stroller 100 is stowed; conversely, the other end of the seat 70 can be snapped onto the rear bracket 20 when the foldable stroller 100 is unfolded.
Also for example, the seat 70 is a flexible piece of cloth that expands when the foldable stroller 100 is unfolded and contracts when the foldable stroller 100 is stowed.
In short, the seat 70 is not unique in terms of how the stroller 100 is mounted, but rather how the stroller 100 is secured to facilitate the storage and deployment operations of the stroller 100 is an alternative to the embodiments of the present invention.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the foldable stroller 100 further comprises an unlocking belt 80 disposed on the seat 70, wherein the unlocking belt 80 is connected to the connecting rod 50 or the supporting rod 40, and the eighth hinge point 43 is moved upward when the unlocking belt 80 is pulled upward. As a result, the stable triangular structure of the first four-bar link mechanism in the unfolded state of the foldable stroller 100 is broken, and the foldable stroller 100 can be stored.
Specifically, when the foldable stroller 100 is in the unfolded state, the foldable stroller 100 is a stable structure, the first four-bar linkage and the second four-bar linkage are both formed in a triangular structure, the structure is very stable, and at this time, the connecting end of the link 50 and the stay 40 is moved upward by pulling the unlocking belt 80 upward, so that the front bracket 10 and the rear bracket 20 in the first four-bar linkage are drawn together, and at the same time, the rear end of the stay 40 is moved downward, so that the upper end of the side rail 30 is driven to move downward, and the foldable stroller 100 is stored.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the rear bracket 20 is provided with a matching rotary rod 13, the upper end of the front bracket 10 is provided with a matching rotary groove (not shown), the matching rotary rod 13 is arranged in the matching rotary groove and connected by a rotary pin 14, and when the front bracket 10 rotates to the maximum unfolding angle relative to the rear bracket 20, the upper end of the front bracket 10 stops against the front side of the fourth hinge point 22 to form a first limiting mechanism a.
That is, the front bracket 10 and the rear bracket 20 can rotate relatively, and in a connection region where the front bracket 10 and the rear bracket 20 rotate relatively, a right angle connection is formed between the top wall and the front side wall of the front bracket 10, and an arc-shaped transition connection is formed between the top wall and the rear side wall of the front bracket 10, so that after the maximum angle is reached between the front bracket 10 and the rear bracket 20, the top wall of the front bracket 10 vertically abuts against the rear bracket 20, and further, after the maximum angle is reached between the front bracket 10 and the rear bracket 20, the front bracket 10 cannot continue to rotate forward. This stabilizes the structure of the foldable stroller 100 in the unfolded state.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 2, the second limiting mechanism B comprises: the catch 31 provided on the side rail 30 and the catch 441 provided on the upper stay 44 catch the catch 441 on the catch 31 in the expanded state.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the catch platform 31 of the side armrest 30 is engaged with the catch tongue 441 of the upper stay 44, wherein the catch tongue 441 forms a step surface on one side engaged with the catch platform 31, and is provided with an escape recess 442 on the other side. Therefore, not only the engagement between the tenon 441 and the abutment 31 in the expanded state improves the connection tightness between the side rail 30 and the upper stay 44, but also the provision of the escape recess 442 in the stored state effectively avoids interference when the side rail 30 and the upper stay 44 move relative to each other.
Further, the tenon 441 is disposed on the top of the upper supporting rod 44 and above the sixth hinge point 41, the bottom of the push rod 60 is disposed with a first engaging groove for engaging with the clamping platform 31, and the side rail 30 is disposed with a second engaging groove for engaging with the tenon 441. The first and second fitting grooves improve the connection tightness between the tenon 441 and the clamping platform 31, and the first and second fitting grooves prevent interference during relative movement between the side rail 30, the stay bar 40 and the push rod 60.
Referring to fig. 1, the unlocking strap 80 includes: an elastic band 81 provided on the seat 70 and a stay 82 provided in the stay 40. The end of the unlocking strap 80 extends from the lower end of the stay 40 into the stay 40 and is connected to the upper end of the stay 40. Thus, when the unlocking belt 80 is pulled, the unlocking belt 80 can drive the whole first four-bar linkage mechanism to move towards the rear support 20, and can also drive the second four-bar linkage mechanism to approach the rear support 20, so that the whole foldable stroller 100 finishes the storage action. In other words, the provision of the unlocking strap 80 facilitates the stowing operation of the foldable stroller 100.
Here, the unlocking strap 80 is provided in a combined structure of an elastic band 81 and a pulling string 82, the wide elastic band 81 facilitates the user to lift the foldable stroller 100, and the narrow pulling string 82 not only ensures the connection reliability but also facilitates the insertion into the stay 40.
A trolley according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the invention comprises: a foldable stroller 100, a front wheel 200 and a rear wheel 300, wherein the front wheel 200 is arranged at the bottom of the front frame 10 of the foldable stroller 100, and the rear wheel 300 is arranged at the bottom of the rear frame 20 of the foldable stroller 100.
Specifically, the foldable stroller 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention has a front wheel 200 mounted on the lower end of the front frame 10 and a rear wheel 300 mounted on the lower end of the rear frame 20, wherein at least one of the pair of front wheels 200 and the pair of rear wheels 300 is a universal wheel. Therefore, the trolley can conveniently move on the road.
In the stroller of the embodiment of the present invention, the push rod 60 may further include a sunshade supported forward, the seat 70 may further include a child armrest, the side armrest 30 may include a protrusion protruding upward, the protrusion protruding upward and the sunshade of the side armrest 30 may improve the comfort of the stroller, and the child armrest disposed on the seat 70 may improve the safety of the stroller. Thus, the comfort and safety of the trolley are improved.
The switching operation of the cart between the deployed state and the stowed state is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
When the cart is switched from the unfolded state to the storage state, the unlocking belt 80 is pulled upward, the unlocking belt 80 moves upward to drive the connecting end of the connecting rod 50 and the lower stay 45 to move, and meanwhile, the unlocking belt 80 moves downward through one end connected with the second limiting mechanism B, so that the upper end of the stay 40 moves downward.
When the connecting end of the link 50 and the lower stay 45 moves upward, the lower end of the front bracket 10 is driven to move toward the rear bracket 20, so that the first four-bar link mechanism is folded.
Meanwhile, as the lower end of the stay 40 moves upward, the upper end of the stay 40 moves downward, which drives the upper end of the side rail 30 and the lower end of the push rod 60 to move downward, the upper end of the push rod 60 moves toward the upper end of the rear bracket 20, and the second limiting mechanism B is unlocked, so that the second four-bar link mechanism is folded.
As shown in fig. 2, in the storage state, the lower end of the front frame 10, the upper end of the side rail 30, and the upper end of the stay 40 are folded toward the lower end of the rear frame 20, and the upper end of the push rod 60 is folded toward the upper end of the rear frame 20, thereby completing the storage operation of the cart, and the cart in the storage state is as shown in fig. 3. The operation process of switching the cart from the storage state to the unfolding state is opposite to the above process, and a person skilled in the art can know the operation process according to the above operation, so the description is omitted here.
