The invention aims to provide a bracket for a baby carriage frame and the baby carriage frame provided with the bracket, and the baby carriage frame is small in volume after being folded and convenient to carry and store.

A bracket for a baby carriage frame comprises a front foot, a rear foot, a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece, a front wheel connected to the front lower part of the front foot and a rear wheel connected to the rear lower part of the first connecting piece, wherein the rear foot comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part, the front side of the second connecting part is pivoted to the lower side of the first connecting part, the first connecting piece comprises a first connecting section and a second connecting section, the upper side of the second connecting part is pivoted to the rear lower part of the second connecting section, the first connecting section and the second connecting piece are arranged in a crossing manner, the rear side of the second connecting piece is pivoted to the rear foot, the front side of the first connecting section and the front side of the first connecting section are pivoted to the front foot, the rear side of the second connecting part is pivoted to the second connecting section, and the first connecting part, the second connecting section and the second connecting section are formed into a four-bar structure.
The front side of the first connecting section is pivoted to the upper side of the front foot.
The rear side of the second connecting piece is pivoted to the upper side of the rear foot.
The baby carriage frame comprises the bracket, a handle and a third connecting piece, wherein the lower side of the handle is pivoted with the upper side of the first connecting part, the rear side of the third connecting piece is pivoted with the handle, the front side of the third connecting piece is pivoted with the front side of the first connecting section, and therefore the handle, the third connecting piece, the first connecting part and the first connecting section are formed into a four-bar mechanism, or the handle is pivoted with the upper side of the first connecting part and the rear side of the second connecting piece, or the lower side of the handle is pivoted with the rear side of the second connecting piece, or the front side of the third connecting piece is connected with the upper side of the front foot, or the front side of the third connecting piece, the upper side of the front foot and the front side of the first connecting section are pivoted.
The baby carriage frame also comprises a push handle rod, wherein the lower side of the push handle rod is pivoted on the upper side of the rider or can be connected with the rider in a relatively up-and-down movable manner.
The baby carriage frame further comprises a transverse pivoting rod, and the lower side of the baby carriage hand, the upper side of the rear foot and the rear side of the second connecting piece are all pivoted to the pivoting rod.

The rear foot comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part, the front side of the second connecting part is pivoted to the lower side of the first connecting part, the first connecting part comprises a first connecting section and a second connecting section, the upper side of the second connecting section is pivoted to the rear side of the first connecting section, and therefore the rear foot is equivalent to a two-section type rear foot and two-section type first connecting part, the second connecting section and the second connecting section are connected to form a four-bar structure, and the front foot is combined with the second connecting part to be connected, so that the overall length and the height of the folded bracket and the infant frame are greatly reduced, namely the overall volume of the folded bracket and the infant frame is reduced, and the folded bracket and the infant frame are convenient to carry and store.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the bracket for a baby carriage frame of the present invention comprises a front foot 1, a rear foot 2, a first connecting piece 3, a second connecting piece 4, a front wheel 5 connected to the front lower part of the front foot 1, and a rear wheel 6 connected to the rear lower part of the first connecting piece 3, wherein the rear foot 2 comprises a first connecting part 21 and a second connecting part 22 with the front side pivoted to the lower side of the first connecting part 21, the first connecting piece 3 comprises a first connecting section 31 and a second connecting section 32 with the upper side pivoted to the rear side of the first connecting section 31, the rear wheel is connected to the rear lower part of the second connecting section 32, the first connecting section 31 and the second connecting piece 4 are arranged in a crossing manner, the rear side of the second connecting piece 4 is pivoted to the rear foot 2, the front side and the front side of the first connecting section 31 are pivoted to the front foot, the first connecting part 21 and the second connecting section 22 are pivoted to the first connecting section 31 in a crossing manner, and the second connecting section 22 and the rear side of the second connecting section 31 and the first connecting section 32 are pivoted to the first connecting section 32 and the fourth connecting section 32.
Preferably, the front side of the first connecting member 3 is pivotally connected to the upper side of the front foot 1, i.e. the front side of the first connecting section 31 is pivotally connected to the upper side of the front foot 1.
Preferably, the rear side of the second connecting member 4 is pivotally connected to the upper side of the rear leg 2.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, when the bracket is folded, the upper side of the rear leg 2 is rotated and moved relatively backward and downward, namely, the upper side of the first connecting part 21 is rotated and moved relatively forward, so that the lower side of the first connecting part 21 rotates and moves the second connecting part 22 forward, thereby pulling the second connecting section 32 of the second connecting part 3 to rotate forward, the rear wheel 6 moves forward along with the second connecting part, and when the upper side of the first connecting part 21 rotates and moves backward, the front leg 1 is pulled to rotate backward by the second connecting part 4, the front wheel 5 also moves backward along with the first connecting part 31 of the first connecting part 3 is also driven to rotate forward and downward, until the front leg 11, the first connecting part 21 of the rear leg 22, the second connecting part 22, the first connecting section 31 of the first connecting part 3, the second connecting section 32 of the second connecting part 4 are rotated and are close, and the frame is completely folded (as shown in fig. 7 and 8). The baby carriage comprises the bracket, a handle 7 and a third connecting piece 8, wherein the lower side of the handle 7 is pivoted with the upper side of the first connecting part 21, the rear side of the third connecting piece 8 is pivoted with the handle 7, and the front side of the third connecting piece 8 is pivoted with the first connecting section 31, so that the handle 7, the third connecting piece 8, the first connecting part 21 and the first connecting section 31 form a four-bar mechanism.
In other embodiments, the underside of the rider 7 may also be pivoted together with the upper side of the first connecting part 21 and the rear side of the second connecting part 4, so that the rider 7, the third connecting part 8, the first connecting part 21, the first connecting section 31 are formed as a four-bar mechanism, and the rider 7, the third connecting part 8, the front foot 1, the second connecting part are also formed as a four-bar mechanism. The underside of the rider 7 may also be pivotally connected to the rear side of the second connector 4.
The front side of the third connecting piece 8 may also be connected to the upper side of the front foot 1, or the front side of the third connecting piece 8, the upper side of the front foot 1, and the front side of the first connecting section 31 may be pivoted together.
When the baby carriage frame is folded, the lower side of the rider 7 is rotated downwards forwards, the lower side of the rider 7 is rotated downwards and is driven to lean against the first connecting section 31 of the first connecting piece 3, the rear side of the second connecting piece 2 is also driven to rotate downwards backwards, the lower side of the front foot 1 is pulled to rotate backwards, the upper side of the rear foot 2, namely the upper side of the first connecting part 21, is driven to relatively rotate downwards, the second connecting part 22 is driven to move forwards and drive the second connecting section 32 to move forwards until the front foot 11, the first connecting part 21 of the rear foot 22, the second connecting part 22, the first connecting section 31 of the first connecting piece 3, the second connecting section 32, the second connecting piece 4, the rider 7 and the third connecting piece 8 are all rotated close, and the baby carriage frame is completely folded.
The baby carriage also comprises a push handle rod 9, wherein the lower side of the push handle rod 9 is pivoted on the upper side of the handle 7, or can be connected with the handle 7 in a relatively up-and-down movable manner. When the push handle bar 9 can not rotate or move downwards relative to the rider 7, the push handle bar 9 extends upwards corresponding to the rider 7, so that a caretaker can push the frame conveniently without bending down, and the push handle bar 9 is rotated to be close to the rider 7 or move downwards to enable the upper side of the push handle bar 9 and the upper side of the rider 7 to be approximately at the same height, namely, the push handle bar 9 is in a folded state, so that the situation that the push handle bar 7 affects the folded height of the whole frame to affect the folded volume of the whole frame is avoided.
The stroller frame further comprises a transverse pivot rod 10, and the lower side of the rider 7, the upper side of the rear leg 2 and the rear side of the second connecting piece 4 are all pivoted to the pivot rod 10.
Preferably, the second connecting member 4 includes a rear connecting portion 41 extending forward and backward and a front connecting portion 42 extending outward and forward from the front end of the rear connecting portion 41, the rear side of the rear connecting portion 41 is pivotally connected to the pivot rod 10, and the front side of the front connecting portion 42 is pivotally connected to the front foot.
In this embodiment, the stroller frame includes left and right side brackets 100, each side bracket 100 includes the front leg 11, the rear leg 22, the first connecting member 3, the second connecting member 4, the rider 7, and the third connecting member 8, and the underside of the rider 7, the upside of the rear leg 2, and the backside of the second connecting member 4 of each side bracket 100 are pivotally connected by the pivot rod 10. The pivot rod 10 thus not only serves to connect the rider 7, the rear foot 2 and the second connector 4, making the connection more convenient, but also makes the frame more stable in the unfolded state because the left and right side brackets 100 are connected.
The stroller frame further comprises a connecting rod 43 with left and right ends respectively connected to the front ends of the rear connecting parts 41 of the second connecting parts of the left and right brackets 100, and preferably, the rear connecting parts 41, the front connecting parts 42 and the connecting rod 43 of the two second connecting parts are integrally formed.
In other embodiments, the second link 43 may be made into other possible shapes, that is, the specific shape is not limited, and the above-mentioned connection function may be achieved.
The baby carriage frame further comprises a front foot cross rod 11, the left end and the right end of which are respectively connected with the front feet of the left bracket 100 and the right bracket 100, and a second cross rod 12, the left end and the right end of which are respectively connected with the front sides of the first connecting parts of the left bracket 100 and the right bracket 100, and the front foot cross rod 11 and the second cross rod 12 can further ensure the stability of the carriage frame in an unfolding state.
The baby carriage frame can also be made into a tricycle style according to the requirements, namely, one front foot is provided with two rear feet or one rear foot is provided with two front feet, and other components can be arranged according to the requirements. For example, in the tricycle style with a rear foot and two front feet, the front side of the front foot is pivoted to the middle part of the pivoting rod.
The stroller frame further comprises a backrest 13, and the underside of the backrest 13 is pivotally connected to the pivot rod 10.
