The front wheel bracket assembly 1 is rotationally pinned with the rear wheel bracket assembly 2 and the push rod 3, and the pin-jointed shaft of the front wheel bracket assembly 1 and the rear wheel bracket assembly 2 is not coaxial with the pin-jointed shaft of the front wheel bracket assembly 1 and the push rod 3. The front wheel assembly 21 is rotatably mounted to the front wheel bracket assembly 1, and the rear wheel assembly 22 is rotatably mounted to the rear wheel bracket assembly 2.
The middle part of the front wheel support assembly 1 is rotationally connected with a front wheel support connecting rod 4, the other end of the front wheel support connecting rod 4 is rotationally connected with a rear wheel support connecting rod 6, the rear wheel support connecting rod 6 is rotationally connected with the rear wheel support assembly 2, and the front wheel support assembly 1 and the rear wheel support assembly 2 can be connected and supported through the front wheel support connecting rod 4 and the rear wheel support connecting rod 6.
The front wheel bracket assembly 1 is also rotatably connected with a seat bar connecting rod 5, and the seat bar connecting rod 5 is rotatably connected with the middle position of a seat bar 8. Preferably, the pin joint shaft of the front wheel bracket assembly 1 and the seat bar link 5 is coaxial with the pin joint shaft of the front wheel bracket assembly 1 and the front wheel bracket link 4. And the linkage between the seat post 8 and the front wheel bracket assembly 1 can be smoother.
One end of the seat rod 8 is rotatably connected with a seat rod front connecting rod 9, the other end is rotatably connected with a backrest rod 10, wherein the seat rod front connecting rod 9 and the backrest rod 10 are both perpendicular to the seat rod 8, the other end of the seat rod front connecting rod 9 is rotatably connected with a grab rail 11, and the other end of the grab rail 11 is rotatably connected with the middle position of the backrest rod 10. The seat can be folded by providing the seat bar 8, the seat bar front link 9, the backrest bar 10, and the grab bar 11. In this embodiment, the backrest rod 10 is rotatably connected to the front wheel bracket assembly 1, and the front wheel bracket assembly 1 is coupled with the rear wheel bracket assembly 2 and the backrest rod 10 via a hinge pin.
The push rod 3 is rotatably connected with a push rod connecting rod 7, and the push rod connecting rod 7 is coaxially pin-connected with the front wheel support connecting rod 4 and the rear wheel support connecting rod 6, so that linkage of the push rod 3, the front wheel support assembly 1 and the rear wheel support assembly 2 can be realized.
In this embodiment, the push handle 12 is telescopically disposed in the push rod 3, and a push handle pressing member 13 and a push handle unlocking member 14 are disposed between the push handle 12 and the push rod 3, the push handle pressing member 13 is rotatably connected to the top end of the push rod 3, and the push handle pressing member 13 can lock the push handle 12 and the push rod 3, so as to prevent the push handle 12 from moving and expanding when the infant push rod is used. The push handle unlocking member 14 is rotatably connected to the tip end portion of the push rod 3, and the push handle unlocking member 14 is used for unlocking the push handle 12 from the push rod 3.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the stroller further includes a backrest locking mechanism, where the backrest locking mechanism includes a button 16 slidably disposed at a bottom end of the push rod 3, and a second locking pin 17 driven by the button 16 to move, where the button 16 is disposed through an end of the push rod 3, and the button 16 can be elastically reset by an elastic member such as a spring. A pin hole 101 is formed at one end of the backrest rod 10, and the second locking pin 17 can be inserted into the pin hole 101 to lock the backrest rod 10 and the push rod 3. Specifically, when the button 16 is pressed, the button 16 drives the second locking pin 17 to move toward the central axis of the push rod 3, at this time, the second locking pin 17 is not inserted into the pin hole 101, and when the button 16 is not pressed any more, the button 16 elastically resets and drives the second locking pin 17 to be inserted into the pin hole 101, so as to realize locking of the backrest rod 10 and the push rod 3.
In this embodiment, the above-mentioned head assembly includes a canopy base 18 fixedly mounted on the upper end of the backrest pole 10, a front canopy pole 19 and a rear canopy pole 20 rotatably connected to the canopy base 18, wherein the canopy base 18, the front canopy pole 19 and the rear canopy pole 20 are coaxially pinned.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the stroller of the present embodiment further includes a whole car locking mechanism including a first locking pin 15 slidably disposed at one end of the push rod 3, and the first locking pin 15 can be elastically restored by an elastic member such as a spring. The push rod connecting rod 7 is provided with a chute 71, and the first locking pin 15 can be clamped in the chute 71 to lock the stroller, so that the stroller can be normally used at this time. When the stroller needs to be folded, the push rod 3 can be pressed down, the push rod 3 drives the push rod connecting rod 7 to rotate, the sliding groove 71 and the first locking pin 15 slide relatively, the first locking pin 15 is separated from the sliding groove 71, and the locking of the stroller is released.
When the infant stroller of the invention is used, the infant stroller is in a fully opened state (shown in fig. 1), the whole infant stroller is locked by the whole infant stroller locking mechanism, the backrest rod 10 and the push rod 3 are locked by the backrest locking mechanism, the push rod 12 and the push rod 3 are locked by the push rod pressing piece 13, and the infant stroller can be normally used by a user.
When the stroller is no longer in use and is folded, the canopy assembly is first folded, at which point the front canopy bar 19 and the rear canopy bar 20 are directly rotated to the state shown in fig. 3.
Then the lock between the backrest rod 10 and the push rod 3 is released, that is, the button 16 is pressed, and the button 16 drives the second locking pin 17 to move toward the central axis of the push rod 3 and out of the pin hole 101, and then rotates forward to the backrest rod 10, the state of which is shown in fig. 4. The rotation of the backrest rod 10 is continued until the seat rod 8 is fitted to the front wheel bracket assembly 1, i.e., the state shown in fig. 5.
Then the locking of the push handle 12 and the push rod 3 is released, namely, the push handle pressing piece 13 is firstly rotated upwards, then the lower end of the push handle unlocking piece 14 is pressed, so that the locking relation between the push handle 12 and the push rod 3 can be released, and then the push handle 12 is pressed downwards, so that the push handle 12 can be contracted into the push rod 3, namely, the folded state shown in fig. 6.
And then the pushing handle 12 is pressed downwards continuously, the first locking pin 15 can slide out of the opening groove of the push rod connecting rod 7, so that the locking of the whole infant stroller is released, the pushing handle 12 is pressed downwards, the whole stroller frame can be folded to the state shown in fig. 7, the pushing handle 12 is folded continuously to the state shown in fig. 9, and the folding of the whole stroller is completed.
The infant stroller of the embodiment is connected through the rotation of the components, the folding operation difficulty is small, the whole stroller is simple and uncomplicated in structure, and after being folded, the whole stroller is small in size and suitable for various narrow storage spaces.
It is to be understood that the above examples of the present invention are provided for clarity of illustration only and are not limiting of the embodiments of the present invention.
