The installation method of the second technical scheme comprises the following steps:
the first step is to erect the running platform (108) to expose the space for installing and fixing the left rear upright post (2) on the left underframe (101) and the right rear upright post (3) on the right underframe (102),
secondly, inserting the left rear upright post (2) into the left underframe vertical hole (K11) in a state that the left connecting support countersunk head screw through hole (K15) is aligned with the left transverse handrail vertical screw hole (K13) and is inserted to the bottom, then a corresponding bolt (L11) passes through the left underframe horizontal screw through hole (K12) and the left rear upright post horizontal screw through hole (K14) from left to right, and a nut corresponding to the bolt (L11) is used for fixing the left rear upright post (2) and the left underframe (101) with each other, then aligning the left connecting support countersunk head screw through hole (K15) with the left transverse handrail vertical screw hole (K13), penetrating the left connecting support countersunk head screw through hole (K15) from top to bottom by using a corresponding countersunk head screw (L12), screwing the countersunk head screw (L12) into the left transverse handrail vertical screw hole (K13), and fixing the left rear upright post (2) and the left transverse handrail (105) with each other; the right rear upright post (3) is inserted into the right underframe vertical hole (K21) in a state that the right connecting bracket countersunk head screw through hole (K25) is aligned with the right transverse handrail vertical screw hole (K23) and is inserted to the bottom, then the right rear upright post (3) and the right underframe (102) are mutually fixed by a corresponding bolt (L21) from right to left through the right underframe horizontal screw through hole (K22) and the right rear upright post horizontal screw through hole (K24) and a nut corresponding to the bolt (L21), then the right connecting bracket countersunk head screw through hole (K25) is aligned with the right transverse handrail vertical screw hole (K23), and a corresponding countersunk head screw (L22) penetrates through the right connecting bracket countersunk head screw through hole (K25) from top to bottom, and then the countersunk head screw (L22) is screwed into the right transverse handrail vertical screw hole (K23) so as to mutually fix the right rear upright post (3) and the right transverse handrail (106),
third, the running platform (108) is placed back to a level suitable for running or walking or a slightly sloping state,
fourthly, fixing the base of the left elastic locking mechanism (10) at the top end of the left rear upright post (2), fixing the base of the right elastic locking mechanism (11) at the top end of the right rear upright post (3),
fifthly, the top end of the left vertical handrail (7) is screwed and fixed at the left end of the high handrail (9) by screws, the top end of the right vertical handrail (8) is symmetrically screwed and fixed at the right end of the high handrail (9) by screws,
sixthly, after the lower section of the left vertical handrail (7) in the assembled left vertical handrail (7), right vertical handrail (8) and high handrail (9) is aligned with the inner hole of the left elastic locking mechanism (10) and the lower section of the right vertical handrail (8) is aligned with the inner hole of the right elastic locking mechanism (11), the left vertical handrail (7) and the right vertical handrail (8) are respectively sleeved in the left rear upright post (2) and the right rear upright post (3) at the same time,
seventhly, fixing the left vertical handrail (7) on the left rear upright post (2) by using a left elastic locking mechanism (10), fixing the right vertical handrail (8) on the right rear upright post (3) by using a right elastic locking mechanism (11),
eighthly, the safety switch lock (1111) is placed in the left side of the safety switch lock placing area (11),
ninth, the installer stands on the left side of the electric treadmill (1), faces the left transverse handrail (105) (where the installer stands below), picks up the loop (62) of the third safety rope (17), passes the loop (62) of the third safety rope (17) from the front to back direction (relative to the installer) through the space B between the pulley groove of the second fixed pulley (13) and the top of the pulley bracket,
tenth, a rope ring (62) of the third safety rope (17) passes through a space A between a pulley groove of the third fixed pulley (14) and the bottom of the pulley bracket from left to right (relative to an installer),
the tenth step, the rope ring (62) of the third safety rope (17) passes through the space A between the pulley groove of the fourth fixed pulley (15) and the bottom of the pulley bracket from the back to the front direction (relative to an installer),
step ten, sleeving a rope ring (62) of a third safety rope (17) on the bottom of the second safety hook (16),
step thirteen, the installer holds the third safety rope (17) between the fourth fixed pulley (15) and the third fixed pulley (14) with the right hand, puts the third safety rope (17) in the pulley groove of the fourth fixed pulley (15), then uses the right hand to straighten the third safety rope (17) between the pulley groove of the fourth fixed pulley (15) and the second safety hook (16) slightly leftwards and then continues to hold,
fourteenth, the installer holds the third safety rope (17) between the third fixed pulley (14) and the second fixed pulley (13) with the left hand, places the third safety rope (17) in the pulley groove of the third fixed pulley (14), then pulls the third safety rope (17) between the third fixed pulley (14) and the second safety hook (16) straight with a slight upward force with the left hand, continues to pull the third safety rope with the right hand,
fifteenth, the installer pinches the third safety rope (17) between the second fixed pulley (13) and the safety switch lock (1111) with the right hand, places the third safety rope (17) in the pulley groove of the second fixed pulley (13), slightly applies force to the direction of the safety switch seat (1112) to straighten the third safety rope (17) between the second fixed pulley (13) and the second safety hook (16) and then continuously pulls the third safety rope after loosening the left hand,
sixthly, the installer holds the safety switch lock (1111) preset on the safety switch lock placement area (12) with the left hand, places the safety switch lock (1111) on the safety switch seat (1112), releases both hands (the length of the third safety rope (17) is set to be in a straightening state after the actions are finished when the third safety rope leaves the factory), and finishes the installation.
The invention is also provided with safety pants (18) similar to suspender shorts, the safety pants (18) are worn by a person walking backwards, the uppermost ends of two braces of the safety pants (18) are respectively provided with a square metal button,
two detachable safety belts (19) with the distance of 30-50 cm are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the high handrail (9),
the two safety belts (19) respectively and correspondingly penetrate through the square metal buckles on the two braces of the safety pants (18) and then are folded back upwards at the proper length and fixed by buckles or magic buckles,
the combination of the safety pants (18) and the safety belt (19) is used for preventing the sport exerciser from falling down or even being injured during the exercise,
the length of the waist, hip and back belt of the safety trousers (18) can be adjusted to adapt to different body heights, waist and hip.
The electric treadmill (1) can be independently arranged as a combination of a left rear upright post (2), a right rear upright post (3), a fixed pulley (4), a safety hook (5), a second safety rope (6), a left vertical handrail (7), a right vertical handrail (8), a high handrail (9), a left elastic locking mechanism (10), a right elastic locking mechanism (11) and a safety switch locking and placing area (12) in the first claim; or is separately arranged as a combination of a left rear upright post (2), a right rear upright post (3), a left vertical handrail (7), a right vertical handrail (8), a high handrail (9), a left elastic locking mechanism (10), a right elastic locking mechanism (11), a safety switch locking rest area (12), a second fixed pulley (13), a third fixed pulley (14), a fourth fixed pulley (15), a second safety hook (16) and a third safety rope (17) in the third claim; or both the combination of the first claim and the combination of the third claim can be provided on the same treadmill (1).
The safety switch (111) is a magnetic control switch, and a magnet is arranged in the safety switch lock (1111).
The using method of the invention comprises the following steps:
firstly, the electric running machine (1) is started up,
and secondly, selecting which of two exercise methods of a forward walking forward running method and a backward walking backward running method is adopted for exercise, and if the forward walking forward running method is adopted for exercise, performing the following operations:
A. confirming the absence of the safety belt (19) on the high arm-rest (9), if any, removing the safety belt (19),
B. confirming that the second safety rope (6) and the third safety rope (17) are not arranged on the running platform (108), if the second safety rope (6) and the third safety rope (17) are arranged on the running platform, removing the rope ring (62) of the second safety rope (6) from the safety hook (5) and winding the second safety rope (6) on the outer side of the left cross handrail (105) which does not influence the exercise of the sport exerciser, removing the rope ring (62) of the third safety rope (17) from the second safety hook (16) and winding the third safety rope (17) on the left side of the left cross handrail (105) or the left side of the short cross bar (202) which does not influence the exercise of the sport exerciser,
C. the height of the high handrail (9) is adjusted by a method of simultaneously adjusting the heights of the left vertical handrail (7) and the right vertical handrail (8) and then locking the left elastic locking mechanism (10) and the right elastic locking mechanism (11) after loosening the left elastic locking mechanism (10) and the right elastic locking mechanism (11), so that the head of a sporter does not touch the high handrail (9) when the sporter exercises;
D. the forward running key is pressed down,
if the back-walking and back-running method is adopted for exercise, the following operations are carried out:
A. confirming that the high armrest (9) has a safety belt (19), if not, installing back,
B. -confirming that the running board (108) is provided with the second safety line (6) and/or the third safety line (17), if not already provided in a related way as claimed in claim 2 and/or claim 4,
C. the height of the high handrail (9) is adjusted by a method of simultaneously adjusting the heights of the left vertical handrail (7) and the right vertical handrail (8) and then locking the left elastic locking mechanism (10) and the right elastic locking mechanism (11) after loosening the left elastic locking mechanism (10) and the right elastic locking mechanism (11), so that the head of a sporter does not touch the high handrail (9) during exercise or the two hands of the sporter can be lifted to correspondingly grasp the two sides of the high handrail (9) during exercise;
D. the exerciser stands on the middle part of the running belt (109) after wearing the safety pants (18), and respectively and correspondingly penetrates the two safety belts (19) through the two square metal buttons on the safety pants (18) to respectively adjust the lengths to proper lengths and respectively fix the lengths (the old and the weak are advised to also perform the operations of the steps A to D in the backward running and backward running method when adopting the forward running and forward running method),
E. the reverse-walking reverse-running key is pressed,
thirdly, clamping the safety clamp (113) on the front side of the clothes or trousers of the sports exerciser;
a fourth step of selecting a movement mode and/or a selected movement speed and/or a selected movement time,
fifthly, pressing a start button, starting the running belt (109) to run, and performing exercise by a sport exerciser (when the exerciser steps on feet, both hands can do the motion of the front and back swing arms or grasp the left vertical handrail (7), the right vertical handrail (8) and/or the high handrail (9));
and sixthly, pressing a stop button or finishing the exercise when the preset time is up.
Compared with the prior art, the bidirectional electric treadmill based on the same safety switch and the installation and use method thereof have the beneficial effects that:
the safety factor of forward running and backward running is increased by only using the same safety switch.

Because the pulley groove of the fixed pulley (4) can bear certain oblique angle force, the invention can achieve the purpose of increasing the safety factor of forward running and backward running by only using the same safety switch, but the fixed pulley must be arranged at the relatively high position of the left rear upright post (2), once the fixed pulley is arranged at the slightly lower position of the left rear upright post (2), when the angle between the tension direction of the second safety rope (6) and the radial surface of the fixed pulley is overlarge, the second safety rope (6) can be separated from the pulley area of the fixed pulley and further lose the function, and once the position of the fixed pulley is overlarge, the swing arm action of an exerciser can be influenced, therefore, the invention provides another solution.
Example 2: as shown in fig. 16 to 19, the bidirectional safety treadmill based on the same safety switch comprises: the electric running machine (1) is provided with a left underframe (101), a right underframe (102), a left front upright post (103), a right front upright post (104), a left transverse handrail (105), a right transverse handrail (106), a cover plate, a lower control plate and a motor (107) below the cover plate, a running platform (108), a running belt (109), a control panel (110), a safety switch (111), a safety rope (112) and a safety clamp (113), wherein the motor below the cover plate is in power connection with the running belt (109), and the motor can drive the running belt (109) to circularly revolve; the control panel (110) and the lower control panel form a control unit of the electric treadmill (1); the control unit is electrically connected with the motor and the safety switch (111) respectively, and can control the motor to drive the running belt (109) to move forwards or backwards in a preset direction and circularly rotate at a specified rotating speed; Example 3: as shown in figure 20, on the basis of embodiment 1 and/or embodiment 2, the invention is also provided with a pair of safety pants (18) similar to suspender shorts, wherein the safety pants (18) are used for being worn by a person walking backwards, the uppermost ends of two braces of the safety pants (18) are respectively provided with a square metal button,

the combination of the safety pants (18) and the safety belt (19) is used for preventing the sport exerciser from falling down or even being injured during the exercise,
the length of the waist, hip and back belt of the safety trousers (18) can be adjusted to adapt to different body heights, waist and hip.
In addition, the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2 can be used independently or simultaneously, and the upper safety rope and the lower safety rope can increase the sensitivity of the safety switch (111) when used simultaneously, so that the safety coefficient is increased.
The safety switch (111) is a magnetic control switch, and a magnet is arranged in the safety switch lock (1111).
The using method of the invention is as follows:
firstly, the electric running machine (1) is started up,
and secondly, selecting which of two exercise methods of a forward walking forward running method and a backward walking backward running method is adopted for exercise, and if the forward walking forward running method is adopted for exercise, performing the following operations:
A. confirming the absence of the safety belt (19) on the high arm-rest (9), if any, removing the safety belt (19),
B. confirming that the second safety rope (6) and the third safety rope (17) are not arranged on the running platform (108), if the second safety rope (6) and the third safety rope (17) are arranged on the running platform, removing the rope ring (62) of the second safety rope (6) from the safety hook (5) and winding the second safety rope (6) on the outer side of the left cross handrail (105) which does not influence the exercise of the sport exerciser, removing the rope ring (62) of the third safety rope (17) from the second safety hook (16) and winding the third safety rope (17) on the left side of the left cross handrail (105) or the left side of the short cross bar (202) which does not influence the exercise of the sport exerciser,
C. the height of the high handrail (9) is adjusted by a method of simultaneously adjusting the heights of the left vertical handrail (7) and the right vertical handrail (8) and then locking the left elastic locking mechanism (10) and the right elastic locking mechanism (11) after loosening the left elastic locking mechanism (10) and the right elastic locking mechanism (11), so that the head of a sporter does not touch the high handrail (9) when the sporter exercises;
E. the forward running key is pressed down,
if the back-walking and back-running method is adopted for exercise, the following operations are carried out:
A. confirming that the high armrest (9) has a safety belt (19), if not, installing back,
B. -confirming that the running board (108) is provided with the second safety line (6) and/or the third safety line (17), if not already provided in a related way as claimed in claim 2 and/or claim 4,
E. the height of the high handrail (9) is adjusted by a method of simultaneously adjusting the heights of the left vertical handrail (7) and the right vertical handrail (8) and then locking the left elastic locking mechanism (10) and the right elastic locking mechanism (11) after loosening the left elastic locking mechanism (10) and the right elastic locking mechanism (11), so that the head of a sporter does not touch the high handrail (9) during exercise or the two hands of the sporter can be lifted to correspondingly grasp the two sides of the high handrail (9) during exercise;
F. the exerciser stands on the middle part of the running belt (109) after wearing the safety pants (18), and respectively and correspondingly penetrates the two safety belts (19) through the two square metal buttons on the safety pants (18) to respectively adjust the lengths to proper lengths and respectively fix the lengths (the old and the weak are advised to also perform the operations of the steps A to D in the backward running and backward running method when adopting the forward running and forward running method),
E. the reverse-walking reverse-running key is pressed,
thirdly, clamping the safety clamp (113) on the front side of the clothes or trousers of the sports exerciser;
a fourth step of selecting a movement mode and/or a selected movement speed and/or a selected movement time,
fifthly, pressing a start button, starting the running belt (109) to run, and performing exercise by a sport exerciser (when the exerciser steps on feet, both hands can do the motion of the front and back swing arms or grasp the left vertical handrail (7), the right vertical handrail (8) and/or the high handrail (9));
and sixthly, pressing a stop button or finishing the exercise when the preset time is up.
In addition, it should be noted that: the left elastic locking mechanism (10) and the right elastic locking mechanism (11) are disclosed in an invention application with the application number of 201910793257.X of the inventor (in the invention, the attached drawings 18, 19, 20 and the like are various exploded views of the locking mechanism, and the locking thread head (2901) marked in the attached drawings is the locking mechanism base in the invention), and belong to the common knowledge; the safety trousers (18), the safety belt (19), the length adjustment thereof, the waist and hip circumference size and the fixing method thereof (comprising the metal buttons shaped like a Chinese character 'kou' on the two braces of the safety trousers (18) -not shown in the attached drawings) belong to the common knowledge, and the details are not repeated.

7. The bi-directional safety treadmill based on the same safety switch as in claims 1, 3, 6, wherein: the safety switch (111) is a magnetic control switch, and a magnet is arranged in the safety switch lock (1111).
8. The bi-directional safety treadmill based on the same safety switch as in claims 1-7, wherein:
the using method comprises the following steps:
firstly, the electric running machine (1) is started up,
and secondly, selecting which of two exercise methods of a forward walking forward running method and a backward walking backward running method is adopted for exercise, and if the forward walking forward running method is adopted for exercise, performing the following operations:
A. confirming the absence of the safety belt (19) on the high arm-rest (9), if any, removing the safety belt (19),
B. confirming that the second safety rope (6) and the third safety rope (17) are not arranged on the running platform (108), if the second safety rope (6) and the third safety rope (17) are arranged on the running platform, removing the rope ring (62) of the second safety rope (6) from the safety hook (5) and winding the second safety rope (6) on the outer side of the left cross handrail (105) which does not influence the exercise of the sport exerciser, removing the rope ring (62) of the third safety rope (17) from the second safety hook (16) and winding the third safety rope (17) on the left side of the left cross handrail (105) or the left side of the short cross bar (202) which does not influence the exercise of the sport exerciser,
C. the height of the high handrail (9) is adjusted by a method of simultaneously adjusting the heights of the left vertical handrail (7) and the right vertical handrail (8) and then locking the left elastic locking mechanism (10) and the right elastic locking mechanism (11) after loosening the left elastic locking mechanism (10) and the right elastic locking mechanism (11), so that the head of a sporter does not touch the high handrail (9) when the sporter exercises;
D. the forward running key is pressed down,
if the back-walking and back-running method is adopted for exercise, the following operations are carried out:
A. confirming that the high armrest (9) has a safety belt (19), if not, installing back,
B. -confirming that the running board (108) is provided with the second safety line (6) and/or the third safety line (17), if not already provided in a related way as claimed in claim 2 and/or claim 4,
C. the height of the high handrail (9) is adjusted by a method of simultaneously adjusting the heights of the left vertical handrail (7) and the right vertical handrail (8) and then locking the left elastic locking mechanism (10) and the right elastic locking mechanism (11) after loosening the left elastic locking mechanism (10) and the right elastic locking mechanism (11), so that the head of a sporter does not touch the high handrail (9) during exercise or the two hands of the sporter can be lifted to correspondingly grasp the two sides of the high handrail (9) during exercise;
D. the exerciser stands on the middle part of the running belt (109) after wearing the safety pants (18), and respectively and correspondingly penetrates the two safety belts (19) through the two square metal buttons on the safety pants (18) to respectively adjust the lengths to proper lengths and respectively fix the lengths (the old and the weak are advised to also perform the operations of the steps A to D in the backward running and backward running method when adopting the forward running and forward running method),
E. the reverse-walking reverse-running key is pressed,
thirdly, clamping the safety clamp (113) on the front side of the clothes or trousers of the sports exerciser;
a fourth step of selecting a movement mode and/or a selected movement speed and/or a selected movement time,

and sixthly, pressing a stop button or finishing the exercise when the preset time is up.
