As a further preferred aspect, the shift cart of the present invention further includes a micro switch 97 for detecting the position of the terminal connector body, the micro switch being disposed between the first transmission roller chain and the second transmission roller chain and being located at a side of the moving bed plate mechanism away from the receiving side. Before the movable bed board mechanism is transversely retracted to the original state from the use state, the end connector base body moves to one side of the bed frame far away from the receiving side and touches the micro switch, so that the movable bed board mechanism is transversely retracted to the original state without continuous movement, and the movable board motor is controlled to stop operating.
As a further preferred aspect, the displacement cart of the present invention further includes a micro switch 97 for detecting the position of the guardrail, the micro switch being disposed at the bottom of the cart frame and located at the pick-up side of the moving bed plate mechanism.
As a further preferable scheme, the fixing piece comprises a front piece and a rear piece, and the cloth rolling shaft driving sprocket and the idler wheel are arranged between the front piece and the rear piece; the rear piece is fixed on the terminal head seat body.
As a further preferable scheme, a rubber tube 12 is tightly sleeved outside the cloth rolling shaft, and the upper moving cloth is wrapped on the periphery of the upper moving plate and the rubber tube.
The shifting vehicle of the invention, wherein, the two longitudinal edges of the longitudinal opening of the cloth rolling shaft frame are provided with longitudinal guiding roll shafts 13, and the guiding roll shafts are provided with small rollers 14, as shown in fig. 10. The design of the guide roll shaft and the small roller can reduce the resistance of the cloth rolling shaft frame under the condition of relative movement on the bedstead, so that the transverse movement of the whole flat movable bed board is smoother.
In the displacement cart of the present invention, the front and rear longitudinal edges of the upper moving plate and the front and rear longitudinal edges of the lower moving plate are respectively provided with a longitudinal guiding roll shaft 15, and small rollers 14 are mounted on the guiding roll shafts, as shown in fig. 7. The design of the guide roll shaft and the small roller can reduce the resistance under the condition that the movable cloth and the movable plate do relative movement, so that the transverse movement of the whole flat movable bed plate is smoother.
The working process of the shift vehicle in the preferred embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 13-14, the initial state of the shifting cart before receiving a patient is that the shifting bed board mechanism is stopped on the frame of the cart body, and the right side of the shifting cart is an operating bed or a sickbed;
(1) The process of extending the upper and lower moving plates when receiving a patient: starting the ratchet wheel assembly through the handheld controller, so that the pawl is clamped with the ratchet wheel, namely, the pawl is in a meshed state with the ratchet wheel, the first connecting shaft stops rotating, and the first outer main chain wheel does not rotate; then, the movable plate motor of the movable plate driving mechanism is started to rotate in the forward direction through the handheld controller, and the movable plate motor sequentially passes through the second power output chain wheel, the second main chain wheel, the second connecting shaft, the second outside main chain wheel, the second auxiliary chain wheel and the second transmission roller chain belt to drive the end joint seat body to move forward, the end joint seat body drives the whole movable bed plate mechanism to move forward, meanwhile, the connecting assembly fixedly connected with the end joint seat body moves forward simultaneously, the first auxiliary chain wheel on the first chain wheel assembly, the cloth winding shaft driving chain wheel and the idler wheel synchronously rotate, at the moment, the cloth winding shaft drives the cloth winding shaft to synchronously rotate, and the moving speed of the side, which is in contact with the patient body, of the upper moving cloth is exactly the same as the moving speed of the upper moving plate but opposite to the moving direction of the upper moving plate, so that the contact part of the upper moving cloth and the patient body is kept relatively static in reality. At the same time, the lower moving plate moves forward, and the lower moving cloth moves forward under the driving of the lower moving plate, but since the lower moving cloth is fixed on the panel 11 of the frame 2 (the fixing mode of the lower moving cloth can refer to the "cloth pressing device 27" disclosed in the patent number 200610052776.3, and the fixing device is not limited to various structures and modes capable of realizing fixing in the prior art), the "X" in fig. 13-14 is denoted as the "cloth pressing device 27", and therefore, the surface of the lower moving cloth, which is contacted with the bed surface of the sickbed, is always kept relatively stationary with the bed surface. In this process, the contact surface between the upper moving cloth and the lower moving cloth is kept relatively still. Thus, the motor of the movable plate can be stopped by the handheld controller, so that the movable bed plate mechanism stops moving forwards.
(2) And (3) the process of retracting the upper and lower moving plates when the patient is received: after the upper moving plate loads a patient, a moving plate motor of a moving plate driving mechanism is started by a handheld controller to rotate in the reverse direction, and the moving plate motor sequentially passes through a second power output chain wheel, a second main chain wheel, a second connecting shaft, a second outer main chain wheel, a second auxiliary chain wheel and a second transmission roller chain to drive an end joint seat body to move backwards, and the end joint seat body drives the whole moving bed plate mechanism to move backwards; the ratchet wheel assembly is started through the handheld controller, so that the pawl and the ratchet wheel are separated, namely, the pawl and the ratchet wheel are in a non-meshing state, the first sprocket motor drives the first connecting shaft to rotate, the first outer main sprocket wheel rotates, the first auxiliary sprocket wheel and the first transmission roller chain rotate in sequence, at the moment, the cloth rolling shaft on the first sprocket wheel assembly does not rotate to drive the sprocket wheel, the cloth rolling shaft does not rotate, and the upper moving cloth on the cloth rolling shaft does not rotate, so that the upper moving cloth still keeps relative static relative to a patient body, and meanwhile, the upper moving cloth still relatively static relative to the upper moving plate. The lower moving cloth is recovered under the action of the lower moving plate, so that the contact surface of the upper moving cloth and the lower moving cloth relatively moves, but the surface of the lower moving cloth, which is in contact with the surface of the sickbed, still keeps relatively static with the surface. Eventually, the patient is completely transferred to the cart. And can be after the movable plate is retrieved and is accomplished, the patient position is adjusted alone in order to guarantee that the side guardrail of delivering is normally closed.
(3) The process of extending the upper and lower moving plates when delivering the patient: the patient is transferred to the shifting vehicle, namely the upper shifting plate still loads the patient, and the moving bed driving mechanism drives the upper shifting plate and the lower shifting plate to transversely extend forwards; at the moment, the pawl of the ratchet wheel assembly and the ratchet wheel are in a non-meshing state, the first sprocket motor drives the first connecting shaft to rotate, the first outer main sprocket rotates, the first auxiliary sprocket and the first transmission roller chain rotate in sequence, at the moment, the cloth winding shaft on the first sprocket assembly does not drive the sprocket to rotate, the cloth winding shaft does not rotate, and the upper moving cloth on the cloth winding shaft does not rotate; at this time, the upper moving cloth, the upper moving plate, the lower moving plate and the patient are all relatively static, the lower moving cloth moves relatively to the lower moving plate and the upper moving cloth, but the part of the lower moving cloth contacted with the sickbed/operating table is still relatively static with the sickbed/operating table;
(4) The process of retracting the upper and lower moving plates when the patient is sent: starting the ratchet wheel assembly through the handheld controller, so that the pawl is clamped with the ratchet wheel, namely, the pawl is in a meshed state with the ratchet wheel, the first connecting shaft stops rotating, and the first outer main chain wheel does not rotate; then, the movable plate motor of the movable plate driving mechanism is started to rotate in the reverse direction through the handheld controller, the movable plate motor sequentially passes through the second power output chain wheel, the second main chain wheel, the second connecting shaft, the second outside main chain wheel, the second auxiliary chain wheel and the second transmission roller chain belt to drive the end joint seat body to move backwards, the end joint seat body drives the whole movable bed plate mechanism to move backwards, meanwhile, the connecting assembly fixedly connected with the end joint seat body moves backwards at the same time, the first auxiliary chain wheel on the first chain wheel assembly, the cloth winding shaft driving chain wheel and the idler pulley are synchronously rotated, at the moment, the cloth winding shaft driving chain wheel drives the cloth winding shaft to synchronously rotate, and the moving speed of the side of the upper moving cloth, which is contacted with the body of the patient, is exactly the same as the moving speed of the upper moving plate forwards but in the opposite direction, so that the upper moving cloth is kept relatively static with the body of the patient in fact. The upper moving cloth and patient contacting portion remains substantially stationary relative to the patient's body; the lower moving cloth moves relative to the lower moving plate, the contact part between the lower moving cloth and the sickbed/operating bed and the bed surface are kept relatively static, and the joint surface between the upper moving cloth and the lower moving cloth is also kept relatively static, so that in the whole moving process of the upper moving plate and the lower moving plate, no other relative movement exists except the relative movement exists between the moving cloth and the corresponding moving plate, and one-time transfer is completed.

Claims (10)
1. A shifting vehicle comprises a vehicle body with a lifting mechanism and universal casters, and a movable bed board mechanism for transversely moving and taking over patients; the moving bed plate mechanism is arranged on a frame of the vehicle body; the movable bed board mechanism is characterized by comprising a cloth rolling shaft frame, a cloth rolling shaft, a terminal head seat body, an upper moving board, upper moving cloth, a lower moving board, lower moving cloth, a first sprocket assembly and a ratchet wheel assembly;
The cloth rolling shaft frame is longitudinally arranged, and the cloth rolling shaft is arranged in the cloth rolling shaft frame;
the end connector bodies are respectively and fixedly arranged at two ends of the cloth rolling shaft frame, two ends of the cloth rolling shaft are rotatably supported in the end connector bodies through bearings, and the end parts of the cloth rolling shaft extend out of the end connector bodies respectively;
one side of the upper moving plate is hinged on the end joint seat body, and the upper moving cloth is wound around the peripheries of the upper moving plate and the cloth winding shaft;

The ratchet assembly comprises a ratchet, a pawl, a spring, a cam block and a ratchet motor, wherein the ratchet is sleeved on the first connecting shaft, the connecting end of the pawl is hinged to one side of the ratchet, and the clamping end of the pawl is matched with ratchet teeth of the ratchet; the spring is arranged on the outer side of the pawl; the cam block is fixed on the power output shaft of the ratchet motor and is positioned on the inner side of the pawl.

The displacement cart of claim 1, wherein the ratchet assembly further comprises a limit trigger and a micro switch; the two pawls are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the cam block respectively; the two limit triggers are sleeved on a power output shaft of the ratchet motor and synchronously rotate with the cam block; the two microswitches are respectively and correspondingly arranged on the outer sides of the two pawls.

The shift cart of claim 1, wherein the upper and lower moving plates are driven by a moving plate driving mechanism to synchronously move forward or backward and transversely, the moving plate driving mechanism comprises a second connecting shaft longitudinally arranged at the bottom of a cart frame of the cart body, a second main chain wheel arranged at the middle part of the second connecting shaft, a second power output chain wheel in transmission connection with the second main chain wheel through a second roller chain, and a moving plate motor sleeved on the second power output chain wheel; a second chain wheel assembly is arranged at both ends of the second connecting shaft; each set of second sprocket assemblies includes a second outboard master sprocket, a second slave sprocket, a second drive roller chain; the second outside main sprocket is sleeved on the second connecting shaft, the second auxiliary sprocket is respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the frame, a second transmission roller chain is adapted to the second outside main sprocket and the second auxiliary sprocket, and two ends of the upper moving plate and the lower moving plate are respectively and correspondingly fixed on the second transmission roller chain through end joint bases.

The shift cart of claim 5, further comprising a microswitch for detecting the position of the termination header body, the microswitch being disposed between the first drive roller chain and the second drive roller chain and on a side of the moving bed plate mechanism remote from the pick-up side.
7. The displacement cart of claim 1, further comprising a microswitch for detecting the position of the guard rail, the microswitch being disposed at the bottom of the frame and on the pick-up side of the moving bed mechanism.
8. The shift cart of any one of claims 1-7, wherein a rubber tube is tightly sleeved outside the cloth roller, and the upper moving cloth is wrapped around the upper moving plate and the rubber tube.
9. The shift cart of any one of claims 1-7, wherein longitudinal guide rollers are mounted to both longitudinal edges of the longitudinal opening of the cloth roller frame, and small rollers are mounted to the guide rollers.
10. The shift cart of any one of claims 1-7, wherein the front and rear longitudinal edges of the upper moving plate and the front and rear longitudinal edges of the lower moving plate are provided with longitudinal guide rollers on which small rollers are mounted.
