Background
Vomitus suffocation is a common accidental risk. The stomach contents of a patient can be accidentally refluxed and inhaled into a respiratory tract to cause asphyxia under the conditions of fighting, rapid running, drunkenness, drowning and the like. Under the condition of lack of effective monitoring, the asphyxia state can not be relieved in time, and the sufferer can die due to asphyxia.
Chinese patent CN107432802A discloses a multifunctional device for preventing asphyxia by adjusting vomitus at the head of a patient, which is provided with a rectangular inflation device to incline the head of the patient, thereby effectively avoiding the problem that the vomitus blocks the trachea due to the upward posture of the head of the patient, and finally causing unexpected dangerous situations such as asphyxia. Clinical experience shows that the rectangular inflating device cannot completely fit the head of a patient, and is often separated from the head of the patient due to unconscious movement of a user, so that the head returns to an easily suffocated posture to cause danger. In other words, the conventional rectangular inflatable anti-asphyxia device depends on professional literacy of nursing staff, and cannot effectively reduce accompanying time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an anti-suffocation device with a head posture detection alarm.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
an anti-suffocation device with a head posture detection alarm function comprises a neck airbag and a head airbag, wherein the neck airbag presents an arc surface attached to the neck of a human body after being inflated, the head airbag is positioned above the middle part of the neck airbag, and the head of the human body is lifted up after the neck airbag is inflated;
the neck airbag and the head airbag are correspondingly internally provided with isolating sheets which divide the neck airbag and the head airbag into two airbag cavities respectively, the neck airbag forms a left neck airbag cavity and a right neck airbag cavity which are symmetrical, the head airbag forms a left head airbag cavity and a right head airbag cavity which are symmetrical, and the four airbag cavities are connected to the inflation and exhaust assembly;
the neck air bag and the head air bag are internally provided with a head posture detection sensing assembly, and the head posture detection sensing assembly is connected to an alarm assembly.
The inflation and exhaust assembly comprises a rotary inflation and exhaust valve, the rotary inflation and exhaust valve is provided with four gas channels and a rotary shifting block, the four gas channels are communicated to four airbag cavities respectively, the rotary shifting block is provided with a first gas port and a second gas port which are communicated with each other, the first gas port is used for connecting an external pressurizing ball, and when any one airbag cavity needs to be inflated, the rotary shifting block rotates to enable the second gas port to be aligned to the gas channel communicated with the airbag cavity to be inflated. When wearing, at first use the pressurization balloon to connect and fill the exhaust subassembly and aerify the gasbag chamber, select the gasbag chamber that needs to aerify through stirring rotatory shifting block, four gasbag chambers all need proper amount to aerify, but should ensure that unilateral gasbag chamber inflation volume is greater than the opposite side to ensure head gesture slope.
The head posture detection sensing assembly comprises a pressure sensor arranged in a head air bag area and a neck level gauge arranged in a neck air bag area, and the pressure sensor and the neck level gauge are both connected to the alarm assembly.
The two pressure sensors are symmetrically distributed in the left head air bag cavity and the right head air bag cavity respectively and are connected to the alarm assembly.
The neck level meter is arranged at the symmetrical center of the middle part of the neck air bag.
The alarm assembly comprises a processor, an alarm and a power supply, wherein the pressure sensor and the neck level gauge are connected to the input end of the processor, the output end of the processor is connected with the alarm, and the power supply is connected to the processor and the alarm respectively.
The power source comprises a button cell.
The alarm comprises an audible and visual alarm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the air bag cavity with the symmetrical structure is arranged, the head posture inclination is realized through different inflation volumes, the suffocation is prevented, meanwhile, the neck air bag and the head air bag are designed to be separated, the neck air bag forms an enclosing structure for the neck after inflation, the neck air bag is not easy to slip when in use, the head air bag can cushion the head, the air passage is further unobstructed, and the safety is ensured;
(2) the head posture detection sensing assembly is arranged, unattended automatic posture detection and alarm are achieved, accompanying time required by a patient can be greatly shortened, and accompanying manpower required by the patient is released;
(3) according to the invention, the head posture detection is carried out double detection, firstly, two pressure sensors in the head airbag area detect the head pressure, secondly, a neck level meter in the neck airbag area detects the inclination angle, and an abnormal alarm can be given when the head of a person under guardianship moves, so that a nursing staff is reminded to adjust the posture of the patient in time, and the safety is ensured;
(4) the invention has low price and low single medical expense, can be repeatedly used, and relatively reduces the medical expense paid by patients;
(5) the invention is easy to popularize: the device is convenient and easy to wear, and the family members of the patient can correctly wear the device after simple training, and can be daily used as a prevention means in families after being popularized in a large number of people suffering from high incidence of drunkenness and sleep apnea, so that the occurrence of accidental dangers such as drunkenness, vomiting, sleep apnea and the like can be greatly reduced.

Examples
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an anti-asphyxia device with a head posture detection alarm comprises a neck airbag and a head airbag, wherein the neck airbag presents a cambered surface attached to the neck of a human body after being inflated, the head airbag is positioned above the middle part of the neck airbag, and the neck airbag is used for heightening the head of the human body after being inflated;
the neck airbag and the head airbag are correspondingly internally provided with isolating sheets which divide the neck airbag and the head airbag into two airbag cavities respectively, the neck airbag forms a left neck airbag cavity 1 and a right neck airbag cavity 2 which are symmetrical, the head airbag forms a left head airbag cavity 3 and a right head airbag cavity 4 which are symmetrical, and the four airbag cavities are all connected to the inflation and exhaust assembly;
head posture detection sensing components are arranged in the neck air bag and the head air bag, and the head posture detection sensing components are connected to the alarm component 8.
As shown in fig. 4, the inflation and exhaust assembly includes a rotary inflation and exhaust valve 5, the rotary inflation and exhaust valve 5 is provided with four gas channels 51 and a rotary shifting block 52, the four gas channels 51 are respectively communicated with four airbag cavities, the rotary shifting block 52 is provided with a first gas port 53 and a second gas port 54 which are communicated with each other, the first gas port 53 is used for connecting an external pressurization ball 9, and when any one of the airbag cavities needs to be inflated, the rotary shifting block 52 is shifted to make the second gas port 54 align with the gas channel 51 communicated with the airbag cavity to be inflated. The pressurizing ball 9 used in this embodiment is shown in fig. 5.
The head posture detection sensing assembly comprises a pressure sensor 6 arranged in the head air bag area and a neck level gauge 7 arranged in the neck air bag area, and the pressure sensor 6 and the neck level gauge 7 are both connected to an alarm assembly 8. The two pressure sensors 6 are symmetrically distributed in the left head airbag cavity 3 and the right head airbag cavity 4 respectively, and the two pressure sensors 6 are connected to the alarm assembly 8. The neck level 7 is arranged at the symmetrical center of the middle part of the neck air bag.
Alarm assembly 8 includes treater, alarm and power, and pressure sensor 6 and neck spirit level 7 all are connected to the treater input, and the alarm is connected to the treater output, and the power is connected to treater and alarm respectively. The power supply adopts a button cell, the alarm adopts an audible and visual alarm, the audible and visual alarm comprises a buzzer and an LED indicating lamp, the buzzer and the LED indicating lamp are both connected to the processor, and the processor adopts a single chip microcomputer chip in the embodiment.
The working principle of the anti-suffocation device with the head posture detection alarm is as follows:
(1) wearing process
When the head-mounted air bag is worn, the pressurizing balloon is firstly used for connecting the air inflation and exhaust assembly to inflate the air bag cavities, the air bag cavities needing inflation are selected by poking the rotary shifting block 52, the four air bag cavities all need proper inflation, and the inflation quantity of the air bag cavities on one side is ensured to be larger than that on the other side so as to ensure the inclination of the head posture. After the use, the nursing staff can take off the device after the exhaust assembly deflates the device.
(2) Attitude detection alarm start and stop
When the inflation is completed and the patient is correctly worn, the nursing staff puts the patient on the monitoring bed in the correct posture that the head is inclined to one side and slightly lifted, and the central switch of the device is manually turned on.
After the detection system is started, a built-in program is initialized, and the blue light of the LED indicator light flickers. The initialization will record the pressure of the patient's head against the air bag at this time (correct posture placed by the caregiver), the angle between the neck level 7 and the earth's gravity, and the system will detect the battery level and whether the buzzer is working properly.
When all the detection is finished, the blue lamp of the LED indicating lamp is normally on, and the system works normally. When the pressure of the head to the head air bag is reduced or the included angle between the neck level gauge 7 and the earth gravity is reduced and exceeds a set threshold value, the pressure sensor 6 and the neck level gauge 7 detect corresponding change information and transmit the change information to the processor, the processor judges that the posture of the head of a patient is abnormal, the buzzer works, and the LED red indicator lamp flickers. Reminding nursing staff to adjust the posture of the patient in time. And after the posture is normal, the detection system stops alarming.
The invention is provided with the air bag cavities with symmetrical structures, realizes the inclination of the head posture through the different sizes of the inflation quantity, prevents suffocation, simultaneously designs the separation form of the neck air bag and the head air bag, the neck air bag forms an enclosing structure for the neck after inflation, the neck air bag is not easy to slip when in use, the head air bag can heighten the head, further smoothens the air passage, and ensures the safety. Set up head gesture and detect sensing component, realize that unmanned on duty automatic gesture detects the warning, can shorten the required time of accompanying and attending to of patient by a wide margin, release the required manpower of accompanying and attending to of patient.
