The chassis assembly, the first side frame 1 and the second side frame 2 are surrounded by cloth sleeves to form a riding space for riding children.
The first side frame 1 comprises two first side bars 11 respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the baby carrier, a first cross bar 12 connected between the two first side bars 11, and wheels 8 are connected at the bottom of the first side bars 11. The second side frame 2 includes two second side bars 21 located on the left and right sides of the child's vehicle, respectively, and a second cross bar 22 connected between the two second side bars 21, and the wheels 8 are connected to the bottoms of the second side bars 21.

When the baby carrier is in an open state, the first chassis 3 and the second chassis 4 are relatively unfolded and are in the same plane, and in the process of transition from the open state to the folded state, one end of the first chassis 3 and the second chassis 4, which are connected with each other, move upwards, the first chassis 3 and the second chassis 4 are relatively close to each other, so that the first side frame 1 and the second side frame 2 are close to each other, and after the first side frame 1 and the second side frame 2 are close to each other, the wheels 8 below the second side frame 2 are located inside the wheels 8 below the first side frame 1. The first chassis 3 has two first bottom bars 32 located on the left and right sides of the stroller, a first bottom link 33 is provided between the two first bottom bars 32, the first bottom link 33 is erected on the first cross member 5 of the connection assembly when the stroller is in the open state, the second chassis 4 has two second bottom bars 42 located on the left and right sides of the stroller, a second bottom link 43 is provided between the two second bottom bars 42, and the second bottom link 43 is erected on the second cross member 6 of the connection assembly when the stroller is in the open state. The first cross member 5 and the second cross member 6 will be described in detail below.
The connecting assembly comprises at least one cross member, the cross member comprises a rotating rod and a sliding rod which are connected in a rotating way, one end of the rotating rod is connected with the first side frame 1 or the second side frame 2 in a rotating way, one end of the sliding rod is connected with the first side frame 1 or the second side frame 2 in a sliding way, and the sliding direction of one end of the sliding rod is the left-right direction. When the baby carrier is in an open state, the rotating rod and the sliding rod are relatively unfolded, and when the baby carrier is in a folded state, the rotating rod and the sliding rod are relatively close.
In this embodiment, the cross members are two sets, including a first cross member 5 and a second cross member 6 connected to the first side frame 1 and the second side frame 2, respectively. The first cross member 5 includes a first rotating lever 51 and a first slide lever 52 rotatably connected to each other, one end of the first rotating lever 51 is rotatably connected to the first side frame 1, and one end of the first slide lever 52 is rotatably and slidably connected to the first side frame 1. Specifically, one end of the first rotating rod 51 is rotatably connected to the first cross rod 12, a first sliding sleeve 53 that is slidable is provided on the first cross rod 12, and one end of the first sliding rod 52 is rotatably connected to the first sliding sleeve 53. The second cross member 6 includes a second rotating lever 61 and a second slide lever 62 rotatably connected, one end of the second rotating lever 61 is rotatably connected to the second side frame 2, and one end of the second slide lever 62 is rotatably and slidably connected to the second side frame 2. Specifically, one end of the second rotating rod 61 is rotatably connected to the second cross rod 22, a second sliding sleeve 63 that is slidable is provided on the second cross rod 22, and one end of the second sliding rod 62 is rotatably connected to the second sliding sleeve 63.
In this embodiment, the middle parts of the first rotating rod 51, the first sliding rod 52, the second rotating rod 61 and the second sliding rod 62 of the connecting assembly are properly recessed downward to avoid the first bottom link 33 and the second bottom link 43, and the two end parts of the first rotating rod 51, the first sliding rod 52, the second rotating rod 61 and the second sliding rod 62 are in the same plane with the first chassis 3 and the second chassis 4.
In a more preferred embodiment, the connection assembly further comprises a cross bracket 7 connected between the first cross member 5 and the second cross member 6, the cross bracket 7 comprising a first link 71 and a second link 72 rotatably connected to each other, both ends of the first link 71 being rotatably connected to the other end of the first rotating lever 51 and the other end of the second sliding lever 62, respectively, and both ends of the second link 72 being rotatably connected to the other end of the second rotating lever 61 and the other end of the first sliding lever 52, respectively. The first link 71 and the second link 72 are relatively unfolded when the stroller is in the unfolded state, and the rotating lever and the sliding lever are relatively close to each other when the stroller is in the folded state. More preferably, the middle of the first link 71 and the middle of the second link 72 are recessed downward such that the cross brace 7 forms a receiving space below the chassis assembly for the child to place the feet and legs therein when seated on the chassis assembly.
The chassis assembly is provided with a limiting mechanism which can keep the rotating rod and the sliding rod in the cross member relatively unfolded when the baby carrier is in an open state. The limiting mechanism in this embodiment includes a first limiting top member 31 and a second limiting top member 41 provided on the first chassis 3 and the second chassis 4, respectively. When the child car is in the open state, the first limiting top member 31 and the second limiting top member 41 respectively abut against one end of the first sliding rod 51 and one end of the second sliding rod 52, specifically, the first limiting top member 31 abuts against the first sliding sleeve 53, and the second limiting top member 41 abuts against the second sliding sleeve 63, thereby limiting the relative sliding between the one end of the first sliding rod 51 and the first side frame 1 and the relative sliding between the one end of the second sliding rod 52 and the second side frame 2. In the process of transition of the child car from the open state to the folded state, the first limiting top piece 31 and the second limiting top piece 41 are separated from the first sliding sleeve 53 and the second sliding sleeve 63 along with rotation of the first chassis 3 and the second chassis 4, so that the first sliding rod 51 and the first side frame 1 can slide relatively, and the second sliding rod 52 and the second side frame 2 can slide relatively.
A pull rod 9 is rotatably connected to the second side frame 2. Specifically, the tie rod 9 includes a lower tie rod 91 having a lower portion rotatably connected to a lower portion of the second side frame 2, and an upper tie rod 92 telescopically connected to the lower tie rod 91.
Folding principle of children's vehicle:
When the baby carrier is folded, the joint of the first chassis 3 and the second chassis 4 is lifted upwards, the first chassis 3 and the second chassis 4 are rotated and drawn together, so that the first side frame 1 and the second side frame 2 are driven to be drawn together, meanwhile, due to the rotation of the first chassis 3 and the second chassis 4, the first limiting top piece 31 and the second limiting top piece 41 are separated from the first sliding sleeve 53 and the second sliding sleeve 63, so that one end of the first sliding rod 51 and the first side frame 1 and one end of the second sliding rod 52 and the second side frame 2 can slide relatively, and as the first side frame 1 and the second side frame 2 are drawn together, the rods in the first cross frame 5, the second cross frame 6 and the cross frame 7 are rotated and drawn together. The lower tension rod 91 and the upper tension rod 92 are retracted, and the tension rod 9 is rotated to be close to the second side frame 2. Until the whole vehicle is folded.
The folding baby carrier in the above-mentioned embodiment, through its structural design, when the open mode, the setting of coupling assembling makes the whole chassis of baby carrier have sufficient intensity, at baby carrier folding in-process, coupling assembling's cross framework design makes coupling assembling participate in whole car folding, and does not influence whole car after folding volume, and the whole flat of baby carrier after folding has greatly reduced occupation space, deposits and carries very conveniently.
