Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings so that the advantages and features of the present invention can be more easily understood by those skilled in the art.
The terms "front" and "rear" in the following embodiments are defined according to the normal usage habit of the child car safety seat, and after the base is installed, the direction toward the car head is "front", whereas the direction toward the car tail is "rear", and the directions toward the left and right sides of the car are respectively.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the child car safety seat of the present embodiment includes a base 1, a seat (not shown in the drawings) attached to the base 1 and used for seating a child. The base 1 is mounted on a car seat at least by means of a car seat belt 2. The child car seat further comprises a belt tightening device for tightening and fixing the car seat belt 2 and straightening it.
The safety belt compressing device comprises a compression bar 3 with one end rotatably connected to the base 1 and a locking mechanism capable of locking the other end of the compression bar 3 with the base 1. The pressure lever 3 is used for pressing the automobile safety belt 2, and the locking mechanism is used for locking the pressure lever 3 with the base 1 when the pressure lever 3 presses the automobile safety belt 2.
In the present embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 5, the pressing rod 3 has a U shape, so that the contact area between the pressing rod 3 and the automobile seat belt 2 can be increased, thereby better fixing the automobile seat belt 2. The rear end of the pressing rod 3 is rotatably connected with the rear part of the base 1 through a rotary shaft 31, the rotary axis between the pressing rod 3 and the base 1 extends in the left-right direction, and the length direction of the pressing rod 3 extends in the front-rear direction.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the locking mechanism includes a locking lever 4 slidably provided on the pressing lever 3, and a locking portion 5 provided on the base 1 and capable of being cooperatively connected with the locking lever 4, the locking lever 4 being connected with the locking portion 5 to lock the locking mechanism, and the locking lever 4 being disengaged from the locking portion 5 to unlock the locking mechanism.
The locking lever 4 is provided at the front of the pressing lever 3, and the axial direction of the locking lever 4 is perpendicular to the length direction of the pressing lever 3, and preferably, the locking lever 4 is provided between the left and right side portions of the U-shaped pressing lever 3. The direction of movement of the locking lever 4 is perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the compression lever 3.
The lock lever 4 has a first position and a second position by itself sliding relative to the plunger 3, and when the lock lever 4 is connected to the lock portion 5, the lock lever 4 is in the first position, and the lock lever 4 is switched to the second position by moving toward the front end of the plunger 3. The pressure lever 3 is provided with a first spring member 6 for directly or indirectly applying a force to the locking lever 4, which first spring member 6 is adapted to move the locking lever 4 from the second position to the first position or to hold the first spring member 6 in the first position. The pressing rod 3 is further provided with an unlocking member 7 in a sliding manner, and the unlocking member 7 is used for driving the locking rod 4 to slide from the first position to the second position against the force of the first elastic member 6. In this embodiment, the locking lever 4 is integrally provided with the unlocking member 7, and the first elastic member 6 directly applies a force to the unlocking member 7.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 8, the locking portion 5 is fixedly disposed on the base 1, in this embodiment, the locking portion 5 is hook-shaped, and the opening direction of the hook groove 52 is downward, and when the locking mechanism is locked, the locking portion 5 hooks the locking rod 4.
The safety belt compressing device has at least two working states, when the safety belt compressing device is in a first working state, the compression rod 3 is closed relative to the base 1, the locking rod 4 is connected with the locking part 5, the compression rod 3 compresses the automobile safety belt 2 on the base 1, when the safety belt compressing device is in a second working state, the locking rod 4 is separated from the locking part 5, and the compression rod 3 is opened relative to the base 1.
In a more preferred embodiment, the locking portion 5 has a slope 51 thereon, and when the belt pressing device is switched from the second operating state to the first operating state, the pressing lever 3 rotates downward until the locking lever 4 contacts the slope 51, continuing to rotate the pressing lever 3, and the locking lever 4 is in sliding contact with the slope 51, thereby pushing the locking lever 4 to move against the force of the first elastic member 6, and when the locking lever 4 passes over the slope 51, enters the hooking groove 52 of the locking portion 5 under the action of the first elastic member 6.
Since the opening direction of the hooking groove 52 of the hook-shaped locking portion 5 is downward and the moving direction of the locking lever 4 is forward and backward, when the seat belt compressing device is in the first operating state, the direct movement of the locking lever 4 is blocked by the groove wall of the hooking groove 52, because the position of the locking lever 4 cannot be directly switched. Thus, in a more preferred embodiment, the belt pressing device further has an unlocking transitional state, which is in the transition from the first operating state to the second operating state, when the belt pressing device is shifted from the first operating state to the unlocking transitional state, the locking lever 4 is kept in the first position, the pressing lever 3 is rotated toward the base 1 to compress the accommodating space and disengage the locking lever 4 from the hooking groove 52 of the locking portion 5, and when the belt pressing device is shifted from the unlocking transitional state to the second operating state, the unlocking piece 7 drives the locking lever 4 to slide to the second position, the pressing lever 3 is rotated in a direction away from the base 1, so that the locking lever 4 can avoid the unlocking fixing portion 5 when the pressing lever 3 is rotated.
When the belt pressing device is in the first operating state, a receiving space is provided between the pressure lever 3 and the base 1, which is capable of receiving the automobile seat belt 2 and pressing it to be fixed, and when the automobile seat belt 2 is located in the receiving space, the automobile seat belt 2 is pressed by the pressure lever 3 to tighten and exert a reaction force on the pressure lever 3, and due to the reaction force, even if the automobile is jolted during running, the pressure lever 3 does not rotate toward the base 1, and the lock lever 4 is kept connected with the lock portion 5 under the combined action of the reaction force and the force exerted by the first elastic member 6.
In a more preferred embodiment, the base 1 is provided with a window (not shown in the drawings), a slidable slider 8, a second elastic member 9 for applying a force to the slider 8 (the slider 8 and the second elastic member 9 are shown in fig. 2 and 4), the slider 8 has a first mark and a second mark (not shown in the drawings), the lock lever 4 abuts the slider 8 and urges the slider 8 to slide until the first mark is exposed from the window when the belt pressing device is in the first operating state, and the lock lever 4 is disengaged from the slider 8 when the belt pressing device is in the second operating state, and the second elastic member 9 urges the slider 8 to slide until the second mark is exposed from the window. The first mark and the second mark correspond to the first state and the second state of the safety belt pressing device respectively, so that an operator can more intuitively know the current state of the safety belt pressing device and accurately know whether the automobile safety belt 2 is pressed and fixed.
Working principle:
When the child car safety seat is installed, the car safety belt 2 is firstly wound around a specific position on the base 1 (the specific position is positioned below the compression bar 3), and the inserting sheet on the car safety belt 2 is clamped with the buckle on the car seat. Then, the pressing rod 3 is rotated downward to press and straighten the automobile safety belt 2, and the locking rod 4 is connected with the locking part 5 to lock the current position of the pressing rod 3. When the child car safety seat is disassembled, the pressure lever 3 is firstly rotated downwards to enable the locking rod 4 to be separated from the locking part 5, then the unlocking piece 7 is pressed to enable the locking rod 4 to be driven to move towards the front end of the pressure lever 3, so that the locking rod 4 avoids the locking part 5, the pressure lever 3 is then rotated upwards to release the car safety belt 2, and then the inserting piece on the car safety belt 2 and the buckle on the car seat can be opened to remove the car safety belt 2 from the base 1.
The child car safety seat in the embodiment compresses the car safety belt through the safety belt compressing device and enables the car safety belt to be more straight, so that the child car safety seat can be installed more stably and reliably, and shaking cannot occur. The safety belt compressing device has simple structure and convenient operation.
