The embodiment also comprises a storage bin arranged on the bedstead 1, wherein the storage bin is arranged below the auxiliary rod and is positioned outside the bedspread 5. Through setting up the storing storehouse, conveniently place wherein the quilt, the quilt mechanism is automatic to be covered the quilt by the quilt of being convenient for on one's body the patient, reduces nursing staff work load.

Meanwhile, the idler wheels of the two clamps can be respectively connected with the two limiting parts in a rolling mode, so that the clamps can be loosened, and a quilt can be put down.
The embodiment further comprises a sixth motor, and the controller controls the sixth motor to rotate, so that the fourth lead screw is driven to rotate forwards or backwards.
The two fourth screw rods are connected through a chain transmission mechanism, and the sixth motor drives one fourth screw rod to rotate, so that the two fourth screw rods rotate simultaneously, and the clamping piece can move stably along the length direction of the bedstead 1.
Example two
This embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that:
the sliding structure 64 comprises third moving blocks arranged at two ends of the collecting funnel 61, a third lead screw is inserted into the third moving blocks, the third lead screw is connected with the third moving blocks in a sliding mode, and a handle is arranged on the collecting funnel 61, so that the collecting funnel 61 can be pulled out or pushed into a bed by a nursing staff.
The working process of the automatic defecation nursing device provided by the invention is as follows:
(1) the patient is discharged at the drain hole 22 or beside the drain hole 22, and the excrement falls directly or falls from between the bed plates 2 and flows to the drain hole 22. The falling excreta falls onto the gravity sensor 63, and when the gravity sensor 63 monitors that the weight of the falling excreta exceeds a preset value, the gravity sensor 63 sends a signal to the controller.

By setting a preset time, the patient can be conveniently nursed after the excretion. After the bedspread 5 is unfolded, the nursing staff takes the quilt away.
(3) The controller controls the second motor and the fourth motor to rotate, the spray head 42 moves to the upper part of the bed board 2 of the area around the lower body of the patient, the bed board 2 slides downwards along the bed frame 1, and a gap is formed between the bed board 2 and the patient. The controller controls the spray head 42 to start spraying water. The water sprayed from the water spray holes washes the front, side and back of the patient and also washes the bed plate 2. The controller controls the third motor to rotate, and the bed plate 2 which slides downwards slides upwards. The second motor and the fourth motor continue to work, the spray head 42 moves to another bed plate 2, the bed plate 2 slides downwards, and the controller controls the spray head 42 to wash the front, the side and the back of the patient and the bed plate 2. Repeating the above steps, the spray head 42 is continuously moved to wash the area around the lower body of the patient.
(4) The controller controls the second motor to rotate and the third motor to rotate, so as to ensure that at least one bed board 2 on the bed frame 1 is descended, and a gap is formed between the bed board 2 and the patient. The controller controls the gas spraying head to start gas spraying. The air ejected from the air ejection holes blows the front, the side and the back of the patient and also blows the bed board 2. Repeating the steps, and blowing the whole body of the patient and the bed board 2 by the air injection holes.
(5) The nursing staff presss from both sides the one end of the quilt in storing storehouse on the holder outside bedspread 5, and controller control sixth motor is rotatory, and the holder pulls the quilt and removes to the head of a bed from the tailstock, and when removing patient shoulder position, the gyro wheel rolls along the inclined plane, and the clip is loosened, and the quilt falls on one's body on the patient. This arrangement prevents the quilt from covering the head of the patient and causing discomfort to the patient. The controller controls the sixth motor to rotate reversely, and the clamping piece moves to the bed tail. The quilt cover can automatically cover the quilt for the patient, the individual privacy of the patient is protected, the embarrassment of nursing staff is avoided, and meanwhile the workload of the nursing staff is reduced.
(6) The controller controls the spray head 42 to return to the home position, and the controller controls the bed cover 5 to fold and return to the home position.
(7) The first motor of controller control is rotatory, collects funnel 61 from the bed automatic sliding to the bed outside, and the nursing staff is packed the bag of accomodating on with collecting funnel 61 and is lost the garbage bin, has the bag of accomodating on the collecting funnel 61, and the first motor counter-rotation of controller control is collected funnel 61 from the bed automatic sliding to the bed below. The collection funnel 61 has no storage bag, and the nursing staff lays a plurality of storage bags on the storage bag and fixes the storage bags, and then the collection funnel 61 is controlled by the controller to return to the position under the bed.
The invention has simple structure, can monitor the excretion of the patient in time after the patient excretes, automatically unfold and use the bedspread 5, automatically clean the lower body and the bed board 2 of the patient, automatically dry the body and the bed board 2 of the patient, automatically cover the quilt on the patient, uniformly collect dirty water and dirt, and does not pollute the environment. Whole flow automation degree is high, and the patient can in time be washd and settle, has improved nursing effect, has protected patient's individual privacy simultaneously, and secondly, the disposable use of accomodating the bag has saved the nursing time. The invention reduces the workload of nursing staff and the nursing cost on the whole.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic defecation nursing device is characterized by comprising a bed frame, wherein a plurality of bed boards are distributed on the bed frame in an array manner, the bed boards are connected with the bed frame in a sliding manner, two height adjusting assemblies are arranged below each bed board and are respectively arranged at two ends of each bed board, two first rolling wheels are arranged at the bottom of each bed board, the height adjusting assemblies are connected with the bed boards in a rolling manner through the first rolling wheels and respectively control each bed board to slide upwards and downwards; the flushing mechanism also comprises a water spraying assembly and a bedspread, wherein the water spraying assembly and the bedspread stretch across two sides of the bed frame, the water spraying assembly and the bedspread are both positioned above the bed plate, and the water spraying assembly is arranged between the bed plate and the bedspread; a feces and urine collecting component is arranged below the bed plate;
the automatic defecation nursing device further comprises a controller, and the controller is connected with the height adjusting assembly, the water spraying assembly, the bedspread and the defecation collecting assembly respectively.

The automatic defecation and urination device according to claim 1, wherein the bed plate in the middle section of the bed frame is provided with a groove on the upper surface thereof so that the excrement of the patient can flow from the two ends of the bed plate to the middle, and the bottom of the groove is provided with a drainage hole.

The automatic defecation and urination device according to claim 2, wherein the defecation collecting assembly comprises a collecting funnel arranged below the bed board, a receiving barrel is arranged at the lower outlet of the collecting funnel, a gravity sensor is arranged above the lower outlet of the collecting funnel, and the gravity sensor is fixed on the receiving barrel; the collecting funnel upper berth is equipped with a plurality of bags of accomodating, accomodate the bag and still lay in gravity sensor's upper surface and storage bucket, the both ends of collecting the funnel are equipped with sliding construction, gravity sensor is connected with the controller electricity, the position of the lower part export of collecting the funnel is corresponding with the position of escape orifice.

The automatic defecation nursing device according to claim 3, wherein the sliding structure comprises first moving blocks arranged at two ends of the collecting hopper, a first lead screw is inserted into the first moving blocks, and the first lead screw is in threaded connection with the first moving blocks.

The automatic defecation and urination device according to claim 4, wherein the height adjustment assembly comprises a plurality of first sloping blocks, on which sliding rods are inserted and which slide along the sliding rods so as to slide the bed board up and down along the bed frame; the height adjusting assembly further comprises a descending structure and an ascending structure, and the second roller and the third roller are respectively in rolling connection with the descending structure and the ascending structure.

The automatic defecation and urination device according to claim 5, wherein the descending structure comprises a descending screw, a second inclined block is arranged on the descending screw and is in threaded connection with the second inclined block, a first guide rod is inserted on the second inclined block, the second inclined block slides along the first guide rod, and the second inclined block is in rolling connection with a second roller so as to enable the first inclined block to slide along the slide rod, thereby enabling the bed board to slide downwards.

The automatic defecation and urination device according to claim 6, wherein the ascending structure comprises an ascending screw, a third inclined block is arranged on the ascending screw and is in threaded connection with the third inclined block, a second guide rod is inserted on the third inclined block, the third inclined block slides along the second guide rod, and the third inclined block is in rolling connection with a third roller so as to enable the first inclined block to slide along the slide rod, thereby enabling the bed board to slide upwards.

The automatic defecation and urination device according to claim 7, wherein the water spraying assembly comprises two water spraying screws respectively disposed at both sides of the bed frame, a spraying head is disposed between the two water spraying screws and spans both sides of the bed frame, the spraying head is in threaded connection with the two water spraying screws, and a plurality of water spraying holes are disposed at one side of the spraying head facing the bed plate.
9. The automated bowel and stool care apparatus as set forth in claim 8 wherein said spray head is of arcuate configuration.

The automatic defecation and urination device according to claim 9, wherein the bedspread comprises rails mounted on both sides of the bed frame, the upper end of the rail is provided with a telescopic cover body which crosses the bed frame, the telescopic cover body is in rolling connection with the rail, the telescopic cover body is positioned at one end of the bed frame, the bottom of the rail is provided with a driving mechanism for drawing the telescopic cover body to expand towards the other end of the bed frame, so that the bedspread is covered on the bed frame.
