Abstract
A surgical dressing counting device comprises a storage unit, a communication unit, a weighing unit and a data management unit, wherein the storage unit is used for storing surgical dressings provided with RFID electronic tags; the communication unit comprises a plurality of communication sensing units, and the communication sensing units are arranged in different areas of the storage unit, so that in the process that the surgical dressing enters the storage unit, the communication unit can communicate with the surgical dressing to obtain sensing information. The weighing unit is used for weighing the surgical dressing in the storage unit to obtain corresponding weight information. The data management unit is used for performing data management on the surgical dressing according to the sensing information and/or the weight information read by the plurality of communication sensing units, and finishing counting of the surgical dressing. Through setting up the data reading of a plurality of communication induction units to the surgical dressing that is equipped with RFID electronic tags, can prevent to miss reading, increased the reliability that the device was checked to surgical dressing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a surgical dressing counting device.
Background
Surgical dressings are the most widely used dressing in surgery, as a hemostatic and swabbing device during surgery. The surgical dressings can be checked before the operation, and the surgical dressings can be checked again after the operation, so that the medical accidents caused by the fact that the surgical dressings are lost in the body of a patient are avoided.
In the prior art, gauze with X-ray development lines is mainly used as surgical dressing, and the surgical dressing is prevented from being lost in a patient body by manually counting the quantity of the gauze and combining an X-ray development technology. Whether the number of surgical dressings is consistent before and after an operation is counted manually, according to the specification of a surgical article counting system, all surgical articles need to be counted five times by two persons, counting time is long, and errors caused by manual counting are difficult to avoid.

The invention mainly solves the technical problems of preventing reading omission and increasing the reliability of the surgical dressing counting device.
According to a first aspect, there is provided in one embodiment a surgical dressing inventory apparatus comprising:
the storage unit is used for storing the surgical dressing provided with the RFID electronic tag;
the communication unit comprises a plurality of communication sensing units, and the plurality of communication sensing units are arranged in different areas of the storage unit, so that the communication unit can communicate with the surgical dressing to obtain sensing information in the process that the surgical dressing enters the storage unit;
the weighing unit is used for weighing the surgical dressing in the storage unit to obtain corresponding weight information;
and the data management unit is used for performing data management on the surgical dressing according to the sensing information and/or the weight information read by the plurality of communication sensing units to finish counting the surgical dressing.
In one possible implementation manner, the data management unit is further configured to:
receiving sensing information transmitted by a plurality of communication sensing units provided in a storage unit for storing surgical dressings;
and determining the number of the surgical dressings according to the sensing information, and finishing the management of the surgical dressings.
In one possible implementation, the receiving sensing information transmitted by a plurality of communicating sensing units disposed on a storage unit for storing surgical dressings includes:
and receiving the sensing information of each communication sensing unit in a polling mode.
In one possible implementation manner, the determining the number of the surgical dressings according to the sensing information and performing management on the surgical dressings includes:
determining the area labels of different communication sensing units according to the sensing information;
determining the movement track of the surgical dressing entering the storage unit according to the determined different zone labels;
and determining the final position of the surgical dressings and the number of the surgical dressings according to the motion trail, and finishing the management of the surgical dressings.
In one possible implementation manner, the data management unit is further configured to:
if the weight information is not received within a preset time threshold after the induction information is received, determining that the weighing unit has a fault;
and if the sensing information is not received within a preset time threshold after the weight information is received, determining that the communication unit is in fault.
In one possible implementation manner, the data management unit is further configured to:
controlling the plurality of communication induction units to work in sequence in a polling mode;
or when the device is detected to start to work, controlling the plurality of communication sensing units to work simultaneously.
In one possible implementation manner, the data management unit is further configured to:
after receiving the induction information read by the communication unit, acquiring an RFID electronic tag of the surgical dressing corresponding to the induction information;
and correspondingly counting and/or rewriting the data corresponding to the RFID electronic tag.

Wherein like elements in different embodiments have been given like element numbers associated therewith. In the following description, numerous details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application. Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, a surgical dressing counting apparatus is provided, which includes a storage unit 01, a communication unit 02, a weighing unit 03 and a data management unit 04, which are described in detail below.
And the storage unit 01 is used for storing the surgical dressing provided with the RFID electronic tag.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the storage unit 01 may be stored in a barrel shape, which is not particularly limited in the present invention.
And the communication unit 02 comprises a plurality of communication sensing units 021, wherein the plurality of communication sensing units 021 are arranged in different areas of the storage unit 01, so that the communication unit 02 can communicate with the surgical dressing to obtain sensing information when the surgical dressing enters the storage unit 01.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the communication unit 02 may be disposed on the storage unit 01, the plurality of communication sensing units 021 are disposed on the outer wall of the storage unit 01 in a covering manner or uniformly, and the communication sensing units 021 may be RFID tag antennas, so that one or more communication sensing units 021 can communicate with the RFID tags in the surgical dressing when the surgical dressing enters the storage unit 01. As shown in fig. 1, the RFID tag antenna can be uniformly arranged around the storage unit 01 in the vertical direction, the communication sensing unit 021A, the communication sensing unit 021B, the communication sensing unit 021C, the communication sensing unit 021D and the communication sensing unit 021E in fig. 1 can be uniformly arranged around the storage unit 01, or as shown in fig. 2, the communication sensing unit 021 is uniformly arranged in the horizontal direction on the basis of being uniformly arranged in the vertical direction in fig. 1, such as the communication sensing unit 021F, the communication sensing unit 021G and the communication sensing unit 021H in fig. 2, so that the RFID tag antenna can be distributed around the storage unit 01 in a cross-covering manner.
And the weighing unit 03 is used for weighing the surgical dressing in the storage unit 01 to obtain corresponding weight information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a weighing instrument with high precision may be preferred, so that each time a surgical dressing is stored in the storage unit 01, a change in the weight of the surgical dressing in the storage unit 01 can be recognized, and the actual weight of the stored surgical dressing can be accurately calculated.
And the data management unit 04 is used for performing data management on the surgical dressing according to the sensing information and/or the weight information read by the plurality of communication sensing units 021, and finishing counting of the surgical dressing.
In one possible implementation manner, the data management unit 04 is further configured to perform the following operations, including step S10 to step S20, which are described in detail below.
Step S10: sensing information transmitted by a plurality of communicating sensing units 021 provided in the storage unit 01 for storing surgical dressings is received.
Step S20: and determining the number of the surgical dressings according to the sensing information, and finishing the management of the surgical dressings.
In one possible implementation, step S10 includes:
and receiving the sensing information of each communication sensing unit 021 in a polling mode.
The data management unit 04 receives the sensing information of each communication sensing unit 021 in a polling manner, and continues to receive the sensing information of the next communication sensing unit 021B after receiving the sensing information of the communication sensing unit 021A.
In one possible implementation, step S20 includes steps S201 to S203, which are described in detail below.
Step S201: and determining the area labels of different communication sensing units 021 according to the sensing information.
Step S202: and determining the motion track of the surgical dressing entering the storage unit 01 according to the determined different area labels.
Step S203: and determining the final position of the surgical dressings and the number of the surgical dressings according to the motion trail, and finishing the management of the surgical dressings.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, after each communication sensing unit 021 is set, a corresponding area tag may be matched with each set communication sensing unit 021, for example, the area tag of the communication sensing unit 021A in fig. 1 is a, after receiving sensing information of the communication sensing unit 021A, the position of the communication sensing unit 021A set in the storage unit 01 may be known according to the area tag of the communication sensing unit 021A, and in a process of falling of the surgical dressing, a region of the communication sensing unit 021 through which the surgical dressing passes in a falling process may be known according to the received sensing information of each communication sensing unit 021, so that a motion trajectory of the surgical dressing may be determined. Referring to fig. 2, the final position of the surgical dressing can be determined according to the horizontally disposed communication sensing unit 021 and the vertically disposed communication sensing unit 021, such as the final position of the surgical dressing can be determined according to the communication sensing unit 021B and the communication sensing unit 021F in fig. 2. Through the condition that different RFID label antennas read, can roughly judge the position of dressing, and then do the dressing quantity of performing the operation and abandonment collecting vessel capacity monitoring for the follow-up and prepare.
In one possible implementation manner, the data management unit 04 is further configured to perform the following operations, including step S30 to step S40, which are described in detail below.
Step S30: if the weight information is not received within a preset time threshold after the induction information is received, determining that the weighing unit 03 fails;
step S40: if the sensing information is not received within a preset time threshold after the weight information is received, it is determined that the communication unit 02 is failed.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the weighing unit 03 may be disposed below the storage unit 01, so that the corresponding weight of the surgical dressing can be detected after the surgical dressing enters the storage unit 01. Whether a component fault exists is judged by reading data of the communication sensing unit 021 and the weighing unit 03. Determining a unit failure of the device based on whether the sensed information and the weight information are received within a preset time threshold. If the weight information is not received within the preset time threshold after the sensing information is received, it is determined that the weighing unit 03 fails, and if the sensing information is not received within the preset time threshold after the weight information is received, it is determined that the communication unit 02 fails. And if the weight information is received within a preset time threshold after the induction information is received or the induction information is received within a preset time threshold after the weight information is received, determining that the surgical dressing counting device has no fault.
In one possible implementation manner, the data management unit 04 is further configured to:
controlling the plurality of communication induction units 021 to work in sequence in a polling mode;
or, when the device is detected to start working, the plurality of communication sensing units 021 are controlled to work simultaneously.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of communication sensing units 021 can be controlled to sequentially operate in a polling manner, and in the control based on the polling manner, the time interval is very fast, so that the data reading of the communication sensing units 021 to the RFID electronic tag can be ensured. Or when the device is detected to start working, the plurality of communication sensing units 021 can be controlled to work simultaneously, and corresponding data can be read by the communication sensing units 021 in the process that the surgical dressing enters the storage unit 01.
In one possible implementation manner, the data management unit 04 is further configured to perform the following operations, including step S60 to step S70, which are described in detail below.
Step S60: after receiving the sensing information read by the communication unit 02, acquiring the RFID electronic tag of the surgical dressing corresponding to the sensing information;
step S70: and correspondingly counting and/or rewriting data corresponding to the RFID electronic tag.
In the embodiment of the present invention, based on the improvement of only reading the label in the surgical dressing, by reading and writing the label in the surgical dressing, the written information includes but is not limited to (information of patient, date of use, blood absorption amount, etc.): the hospital can conveniently collect information, and the whole process management of consumable materials is perfected. The data reading and writing of the RFID electronic tag in the surgical dressing can be performed by the communication sensing unit 021, that is, the communication sensing unit 021 can write information to the tag information in addition to reading the tag information. The data management unit 04 may rewrite the data in the database. So that after the surgical dressing is used, the surgical dressing is put into the storage unit 01, and after the surgical dressing is read, a group of data is written into the surgical dressing, so that medical waste management and use are performed for hospitals. These data flags may also help us determine if the gauze has been read, prevent secondary use or be miscalculated.

Through setting up the data reading of a plurality of communication induction element 021 to the surgical dressing that is equipped with RFID electronic tags, can prevent to miss reading, increased the reliability that the device was checked to surgical dressing.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the functions of the methods in the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a computer program. Claims (6)
1. A surgical dressing counting device, comprising:
the storage unit is used for storing the surgical dressing provided with the RFID electronic tag;
the communication unit comprises a plurality of communication sensing units, and the communication sensing units are arranged in different areas of the storage unit, so that the communication unit can communicate with the surgical dressing to obtain sensing information in the process that the surgical dressing enters the storage unit;
the weighing unit is used for weighing the surgical dressing in the storage unit to obtain corresponding weight information;
the data management unit is used for performing data management on the surgical dressing according to the sensing information and/or the weight information read by the plurality of communication sensing units to finish counting the surgical dressing; the data management unit is further configured to perform the following operations: if the weight information is not received within a preset time threshold after the induction information is received, determining that the weighing unit has a fault; if no sensing information is received within a preset time threshold after the weight information is received, determining that the communication unit is in fault; and if the weight information is received within a preset time threshold after the induction information is received or the induction information is received within a preset time threshold after the weight information is received, determining that the surgical dressing counting device has no fault.
2. The apparatus of claim 1,
the data management unit is further configured to perform the following operations:
receiving sensing information transmitted by a plurality of communication sensing units provided in a storage unit for storing surgical dressings;
and determining the number of the surgical dressings according to the sensing information, and finishing the management of the surgical dressings.
3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein receiving the sensing information transmitted by the plurality of communicating sensing units disposed in the storage unit for storing the surgical dressing comprises:
and receiving the sensing information of each communication sensing unit in a polling mode.
4. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the determining the number of surgical dressings based on the sensed information, and wherein performing the management of the surgical dressings comprises:
determining the area labels of different communication sensing units according to the sensing information;
determining the movement track of the surgical dressing entering the storage unit according to the determined labels of the different areas;
and determining the final position of the surgical dressings and the number of the surgical dressings according to the motion trail, and finishing the management of the surgical dressings.
5. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the data management unit is further configured to:
controlling the plurality of communication induction units to work in sequence in a polling mode;
or when the device is detected to start to work, controlling the plurality of communication sensing units to work simultaneously.
6. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the data management unit is further configured to:
after receiving the induction information read by the communication unit, acquiring the RFID electronic tag of the surgical dressing corresponding to the induction information;
and correspondingly counting and/or rewriting the data corresponding to the RFID electronic tag.
