Referring to fig. 1, the automatically foldable accompanying bed of the present embodiment is mainly composed of a bed frame 1, a rotating shaft 15, reversible bed boards 11 and 12, a rotation transmission unit 3 and a driving unit 2. The bed boards 11 and 12 are hinged on the bed frame 1 in a manner of rotating around a rotating shaft 15.
As shown in fig. 5, the driving unit 2 is provided on the bed frame 1, and the driving unit 2 mainly includes: the machine base 20, the motor 25, the worm wheel 22, the worm 24 and the driving rocker 23. As shown in fig. 9, the driving swing arm 23 is composed of a square rotating shaft 232 and two first swing arms 231. The first swing arms 231 are fixedly connected to the square rotating shaft 232, the two first swing arms 231 are arranged in parallel, and through holes are formed in the two first swing arms 231 at corresponding positions. The end of the transmission lever 15 corresponding to the driving rocker 23 is provided with a connection ring 311, see fig. 3. The transmission rod 31 is connected to the driving rocker arm 23 by passing a bolt assembly through the connecting ring 311 and the through hole.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the rotation transmission unit 3 mainly includes: the turning rocker 32 and the transmission rod 31. The turning rocker 32 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 15, one end of the transmission rod 31 is movably connected to the turning rocker 32, and the other end is movably connected to the driving rocker 23.
The roll-over rocker 32 consists of two second rocker arms. One end of the second rocker arm is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 15, and the two second rocker arms are arranged in parallel. At least one group of connecting holes are arranged at the corresponding positions on the two second rocker arms. One end of the transmission rod 31 corresponding to the overturning rocker arm 32 is provided with a through hole. The transmission rod 31 is movably connected with the turnover rocker arm through bolts penetrating through the penetrating holes and the connecting holes. In the present embodiment, the driving rod 31 and the second swing arm form an included angle in the horizontal direction through the gap between the through hole and the bolt.
The base 20 is provided with a mounting groove 201 for mounting a worm, and a wall of the mounting groove 201 is provided with a round hole for penetrating through an output shaft of the motor. The worm 24 realizes the end face positioning of the worm 24 in the mounting groove 201 through the penetration of the output shaft of the motor 25. End face bearings are arranged between the two end faces of the worm 24 and the groove walls of the mounting groove, and axial positioning of the worm 24 in the mounting groove 201 is achieved. The cross section of the through hole of the worm 24 and the output shaft of the motor 25 and the output shaft of the motor is a corresponding major arc arch.
In this embodiment, two ends of the rotating shaft 15 are respectively connected to the bed frame 1 through the triangular supporting plates 14.
