The invention aims to overcome the defects that the backrest angle of an automobile seat in the prior art is single and different customer demands cannot be met, and provides the automobile seat and an adjusting mechanism thereof.

The adjusting mechanism of the automobile seat is characterized by comprising a base and an unlocking component, wherein the base is arc-shaped and long, and the front end surface of the base is provided with a chute;
a plurality of limiting parts which are uniformly distributed are arranged on the upper and lower inner wall surfaces in the sliding groove, and one end of the unlocking component is provided with a limiting part;

According to one embodiment of the invention, the front end face of the sliding rod main body is provided with a groove, the upper end face and the lower end face of the sliding rod main body are provided with symmetrical limiting holes, the first end part of the unlocking connecting rod is in a wedge-shaped structure, the limiting piece is clamped between the first end part of the unlocking connecting rod and the groove of the sliding rod main body, and the limiting piece is pushed by the first end part of the unlocking connecting rod to penetrate through the corresponding limiting hole and is embedded into the limiting part.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the second end of the unlocking link is connected to the mounting plate of the sliding rod by means of a rotary crank.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the rotary crank comprises a crank body, a first connecting part and a second connecting part, wherein the first connecting part and the second connecting part extend outwards along the crank body, the crank body is connected to the mounting plate through a fixed pin shaft, the first connecting part is connected with a pull belt, and the second connecting part is connected with the other end of the unlocking connecting rod.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the limiting part in the sliding groove is a semicircular groove, the limiting part is two steel balls, and the steel balls are respectively clamped between the first end part of the unlocking connecting rod and the upper inner wall surface and the lower inner wall surface of the groove of the sliding rod main body.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the corresponding included angle of the circular arcs between two adjacent limiting portions is 5 °.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the adjustment mechanism further comprises an end cap mounted on the exterior of the mounting plate and a base cap mounted on the exterior of the base and the unlocking assembly.
The invention also provides a car seat which is characterized in that the car seat adopts the adjusting mechanism of the car seat, and the adjusting mechanism is connected between the backrest and the car body of the car seat.

In order to make the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention more comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.

Fig. 1 is a schematic view of the structure of the car seat of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention discloses a car seat, which adopts an adjusting mechanism 10 of the car seat, and the adjusting mechanism 10 is installed between a backrest 100 and a car body 200 of the car seat. When the angle of the backrest 100 of the car seat needs to be adjusted, the backrest 100 is adjusted forward to a comfortable angle by pulling the adjusting mechanism 10.

Fig. 3 is an exploded schematic view of the adjustment mechanism of the car seat of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2 to 6, in particular, the adjusting mechanism 10 of the car seat as described above includes a base 11 and an unlocking assembly, the base 11 is in an arc-shaped long strip shape, and a chute 111 is formed in a front end surface of the base 11. One end of the unlocking component is installed in the sliding groove 111, the other end of the unlocking component is located outside the base 11, and the unlocking component is pulled to move left and right along the sliding groove 111. Meanwhile, a plurality of limiting parts 112 which are uniformly distributed are arranged on the upper and lower inner wall surfaces in the sliding groove 111, and one end of the unlocking component is provided with a limiting part.
Thus, when one end of the unlocking component moves to a position corresponding to the limiting part 112, the limiting part and the limiting part 112 are in a locking state. When one end of the unlocking component moves away from the position corresponding to the limiting part 112, the limiting part and the limiting part 112 are in an unlocking state.
Preferably, the unlocking assembly comprises a sliding rod 12 and an unlocking link 13, the sliding rod 12 is installed in a sliding groove 111 of the base 11, the unlocking link 13 is installed in the sliding rod 12, a first end 131 of the unlocking link 13 is elastically connected with the end of the sliding rod 12 located in the sliding groove 111, for example, through a spring 14, and the adjusting mechanism 10 is pulled back to the locked state by the resilience force of the spring 14 in the unlocked state. The second end of the unlocking link 13 is connected to the end of the slide bar 12 located outside the slide groove 111.
Further, the slide bar 12 includes a slide bar body 121 and a mounting plate 122 integrally connected, the slide bar body 121 is mounted in the slide groove 111, and the mounting plate 122 is located outside the slide groove 111. The front end surface of the sliding rod main body 121 is provided with a groove 123, and the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the sliding rod main body 121 are provided with symmetrical limiting holes 124, wherein the limiting holes 124 are preferably in a circular hole structure.
Specifically, the first end 131 of the unlocking link 13 has a wedge structure, the limiting member is clamped between the first end 131 of the unlocking link 13 and the groove of the sliding rod main body 121, and pushed by the first end 131 of the unlocking link 13 to pass through the corresponding limiting hole 124 and be embedded into the corresponding limiting portion 112. The retainer is preferably a steel ball 20, and the steel ball 20 slides in the retainer hole 124, thereby unlocking and locking.
In addition, the second end 132 of the unlocking link 13 is connected to the mounting plate 122 of the slide bar 12 by a rotary crank 30.
Preferably, the rotary crank 30 herein includes a crank body 31, a first connecting portion 311 and a second connecting portion 312 extending outwardly along the crank body 31, the crank body 31 being connected to the mounting plate 122 by the fixing pin 40, the first connecting portion 311 being connected to a pull strap 50, the second connecting portion 312 being connected to the other end of the unlocking link 13. The adjusting mechanism 10 changes the actuating force direction by rotating the crank 30 to drive the unlocking connecting rod 13 to slide.
The mounting plate 122 is provided with a hollow mounting boss 125, the crank body 31 is connected to the mounting boss 125 through the fixing pin 40, and a bushing 60 is provided between the crank body 31 and the mounting boss 125 to reduce wear between the crank body 31 and the mounting boss 125.
Both the first end 131 and the second end 132 of the unlocking link 13 may here preferably be provided as a U-shaped hook structure. The unlocking connecting rod 13 is internally provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs 133, so that the strength of the unlocking connecting rod 13 can be enhanced. The unlocking link 13 is provided as a long bar-shaped link, and the rotary crank 30 is rotatably connected to the U-shaped groove structure above the unlocking link 13, thereby realizing the sliding of the unlocking link 13.
In addition, the limiting portion 112 in the slide groove 111 is provided as a semicircular groove, and the two steel balls 20 are respectively sandwiched between the first end 131 of the unlocking link 13 and the groove upper and lower inner wall surfaces of the slide bar main body 121.
In this embodiment, the base 11, the sliding rod 12, and the unlocking connecting rod 13 are all set to be arc-shaped strips with matched shapes, the corresponding included angle of the arc between two adjacent limiting parts 112 in the chute 111 of the base 11 is 5 °, that is, each time the unlocking connecting rod 13 moves outwards, the corresponding included angle reaches a locking position by 5 °, so that the adjustment of different angles of the seat back according to different requirements of passengers can be realized.
To enhance the overall aesthetics, the adjustment mechanism 10 further includes an end cap 15 and a base cap 16, the end cap 15 being mounted on the exterior of the mounting plate 122 and the base cap 16 being mounted on the exterior of the base 11 and the unlocking assembly. The end cap 15 is concave and has an open structure for the ingress and egress of the drawstring 50. The end cap 15 is preferably threadably secured to the mounting plate 122 and the base cap 16 is preferably threadably secured to the base 11.
In particular, in the present embodiment, the limiting portion 112 is preferably an arc-shaped groove structure, the steel ball 20 slides in the limiting portion 112 (arc-shaped groove structure) of the base 11, the base 11 is in a long-strip-shaped U-shaped structure, and the sliding rod 12 slides in the U-shaped groove of the base 11.
According to the above description, when the backrest of the car seat is adjusted, the pull belt 50 is pulled, the rotary crank 30 is rotated, and the second end 132 of the unlocking link 13 is driven to move outwards, the wedge structure of the first end 131 of the unlocking link 13 releases the steel ball 20, so that the steel ball falls back into the groove of the slide rod body 121, and the adjusting mechanism 10 is in the unlocked state. When the backrest of the car seat is adjusted in place, the first end 131 of the unlocking link 13 presses the steel ball 20 by the wedge-shaped structure of the first end 131 of the unlocking link 13 due to the resilience force of the spring 14, so that the steel ball 20 slides in the groove of the sliding rod 12, the steel ball 20 is pushed up into the limit hole 124 of the corresponding sliding rod body 121 and is embedded into the limit part 112, and the steel ball 20 is clamped between the sliding rod 12 and the sliding groove 111 of the base 11, so that the adjusting mechanism 10 is in a locking state.
Therefore, the backrest of the automobile seat can adjust part parameters according to different rotation angle radiuses and adjustment angle ranges, so that the backrest is suitable for different seats and automobile body environments.
In summary, the automobile seat and the adjusting mechanism thereof can be used for individually adjusting the angle of the backrest of the automobile seat according to different requirements of customers, and the automobile seat has the advantages of simple structure, convenient adjustment, safety and reliability, and can effectively improve the riding comfort and humanization requirements of the users.
