Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fitness, in particular to a wearable auxiliary part, a fitness suit and application thereof.
Background
During the exercise process, people usually need to complete some actions with professional exercise equipment to achieve the effect of exercising a specific part. The associated exercise equipment is typically of a large volume and mass, requiring a person to visit a particular location, such as an exercise room, to be able to use the associated equipment to perform an exercise.
Obviously, this is very inconvenient for people who are far from the gym or who are time-critical.
At present, some miniaturized devices are available on the market, and can be placed in offices or homes for use, such as exercise equipment like small dumbbells and tension belts, but the devices have single functions and are difficult to compare favorably with the types of complete devices in exercise rooms.
This may not be practical if the professional equipment in the gym is moved to the office or home, because it is difficult for the general home to provide such a large space for the equipment, and the cost of purchasing the professional equipment is high.
In addition, one advantage of exercising in a gym is that the surrounding exercising person may be very professional and, in the event of an inappropriate dangerous operation in using the apparatus, the fitness trainer or surrounding person may quickly alert to avoid the danger. Once exercising in a private space, the safety of the exercise apparatus is important to avoid injury to the user when the exercise apparatus is not operated properly.
The problem of how to provide a portable fitness device which can meet various fitness requirements of users on the premise of ensuring safety performance is worthy of exploration.
