Claims (9)

1. An interesting training method based on weight lifting equipment is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
acquiring the weight lifting weight of the weight lifting equipment and user information corresponding to a user;
determining the weight lifting level of the user according to the user information;
when the weight lifting weight is not in the weight interval corresponding to the weight lifting grade, generating prompt information for recommending weight lifting training in the weight interval corresponding to the weight lifting grade;
when the weight lifting weight is in a weight interval corresponding to the weight lifting grade, acquiring warm-up record information of the user;
and generating prompt information for advising the user to perform weight lifting training when the time period corresponding to the warm-up record information is the current time period and the warm-up time corresponding to the warm-up record information reaches the preset time period.
2. The interesting training method based on the weight lifting appliance as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight lifting appliance is suspended and vertically connected with one end of a safety rope with elasticity, the other end of the safety rope is fixed on a building, the safety rope is provided with a tension sensor, and the step of obtaining the weight lifting weight of the weight lifting appliance comprises the following steps:
acquiring the tension of the safety rope acquired by the tension sensor;
and determining the weight of the weight lifting equipment according to the tension.

The method of claim 1, wherein the weight lifting device is suspended and vertically connected to one end of a safety rope having elasticity, the other end of the safety rope is fixed to a building, the safety rope is provided with a tension sensor, and after the step of generating a prompt for advising a user to perform weight lifting training, the method further comprises:
acquiring the tension of the safety rope acquired by the tension sensor;
determining the accumulated time length of the tension force smaller than the preset tension force as the accumulated training time length corresponding to the weight lifting grade;
and when the accumulated training time reaches the training time corresponding to the weight lifting grade, outputting prompt information of weight lifting grade promotion, updating the weight lifting grade of the user in the user information, and resetting the accumulated training time.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the weight lifting device is suspended and vertically connected to one end of a safety rope having elasticity, the other end of the safety rope is fixed to a building, the safety rope is provided with a tension sensor, and after the step of generating a prompt for advising a user to perform weight lifting training, the method further comprises: acquiring the tension of the safety rope acquired by the tension sensor;
acquiring the duration of the pulling force smaller than the preset pulling force;
and when the duration is less than the preset duration, generating prompt information for suggesting reduction of the weight lifting frequency.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining the weight scale at which the user is positioned based on the user information comprises:
judging whether the user information contains a weight lifting record or not;
and when the user information does not contain the weight lifting record, determining the user as a primary weight lifting training person, and determining the weight lifting grade corresponding to the primary weight lifting training person as the weight lifting grade of the user.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the step of determining whether the user information includes a weight lifting record further comprises:
and when the user information contains a weight lifting record, determining the weight lifting grade of the user according to the weight lifting record.
7. The weight-lifting equipment-based interesting training method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein after the step of generating a prompt message suggesting weight lifting in a weight interval corresponding to a weight lifting level, the method further comprises:
determining the operation parameters of preset equipment according to the prompt information, wherein the preset equipment comprises a terminal provided with a display screen, a terminal provided with a sound playing device and a lamp;
and sending the operation parameters to the preset equipment so as to output the prompt information when the preset equipment operates according to the operation parameters.

A weight-lifting training system is characterized by comprising weight lifting equipment, a training terminal and a safety rope with elasticity, wherein the weight lifting equipment is connected with one end of the safety rope in a suspended mode, one end of the safety rope is fixed to a building, a tension sensor is arranged on the safety rope and is in communication connection with the training terminal, the training terminal comprises a memory, a processor and a weight-lifting training program which is stored in the memory and can run on the processor, and the weight-lifting training program is executed by the processor to realize all steps of the weight-lifting-equipment-based interesting training method according to any one of claims 1-7.

A training terminal comprising a memory, a processor, and a weight-lifting training program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, the weight-lifting training program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the weight-lifting apparatus-based interesting training method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
