Technical Field
The invention relates to an old-people assisting machine and a using method thereof, in particular to a walking aid vehicle which can be independently used by old people and is convenient for walking and resting.
Background
When the aging society comes, the number of empty nesters is more and more, and a plurality of old people are inconvenient in legs and feet, people need to help others to go out and walk, children are busy in work, the old people do not have time to take care of the old people, the cost is too high if the old people need to be protected, the old people who are inconvenient in legs and feet are worried about to walk alone if the old people send the old people to a welfare house, and the problem that the old people who are inconvenient in legs and feet need to walk alone is solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, it is a primary object of the present invention to provide a walker for the elderly who can be used alone, wherein the elderly can not only walk while sitting thereon for a rest, but also stand up from a sitting position to a standing position.
In order to achieve the technical features, the invention is realized as follows: a walking aid vehicle convenient for sitting and walking comprises an auxiliary rising part, a seat plate folding and unfolding part, a brake part and a walking aid vehicle frame; the auxiliary rising part is arranged above the frame of the walking aid vehicle and is used for assisting a user to rise and support the user to walk; the seat plate folding and unfolding component is arranged in the frame of the walking aid vehicle, and ensures that the two seat plates can be laid flat before a user sits down, and the two seat plates can be folded towards two sides after the user gets up; the brake components are arranged on two sides of the front lower part of the frame of the walking aid vehicle and are matched with the rear wheel components of the frame of the walking aid vehicle to control the brake of the whole walking aid vehicle.
The auxiliary rising part comprises a push rod hinge seat, an electric push rod, a driven double-connecting rod, an anti-falling barrier strip, a handle, an electric control button, an arm support, a rising part support frame and an arm support beam; the push rod hinge seat is connected to the driven double-connecting rod through a screw; the extension bar of the electric push rod is hinged to a push rod hinged seat, and the base of the electric push rod is hinged to a frame of the walking aid vehicle; two ends of the driven double-connecting rod are respectively hinged with the arm support beam and the rising part supporting frame; the anti-falling barrier strip is arranged between the arm support cross beams on the two sides and is used for preventing a user from leaning forward and falling down; the handles are arranged at two ends of the anti-falling barrier strip, and the electric control button is arranged at the top end of the handle; the arm support is arranged on the arm support beam and is used for supporting the forearm of a user.
The seat plate folding and unfolding component comprises a seat plate component frame, an upper synchronous belt wheel, a synchronous belt wheel bracket, a synchronous belt, a guide rail, a synchronous belt pressing plate, a lower synchronous belt wheel, a motor bracket, a direct current motor, a sliding block connecting piece, a seat plate supporting rod, a metal hinge and a seat plate; the upper synchronous belt pulley is arranged in the synchronous belt pulley bracket; the synchronous belt is arranged between the upper synchronous belt wheel and the lower synchronous belt wheel and jointly forms belt transmission; the sliding block is arranged on the guide rail, the sliding block and the guide rail form a guide rail pair, and two pairs of guide rail pairs which are arranged in front and back are respectively arranged on two sides of the frame of the base plate component; the sliding block connecting piece is arranged on the front sliding block and the rear sliding block, and the synchronous belt is clamped on the sliding block connecting piece by the synchronous belt pressing plate; the direct current motor is arranged on the motor bracket, an output shaft of the direct current motor is fixedly connected with a synchronous belt wheel below the direct current motor and drives the synchronous belt to run, and the running of the synchronous belt drives the sliding block connecting piece to move up and down along the guide rail; one end of the seat board supporting rod is hinged to the sliding block connecting piece, and the other end of the seat board supporting rod is hinged to the seat board; the bedplate has about two, and its inboard support is on the bedplate bracing piece, and its outside articulates on bedplate part frame through metal hinge, when slider connecting piece rebound, through bedplate bracing piece promote about two bedplate rotate to bedplate part frame inner wall both sides to metal hinge top.

The walking aid frame comprises an electric cabinet, a front wheel bracket, a front wheel component, a storage battery, a rear wheel component and an aluminum alloy frame; the front wheel component is arranged below the cross beams on two sides of the front part of the aluminum alloy frame through a front wheel bracket, and the front wheel of the front wheel component can rotate universally; the rear wheel components are arranged on vertical beams on two sides of the rear part of the aluminum alloy frame; the storage battery and the electric cabinet are respectively fixed on two sides of the aluminum alloy frame.
The use method of the walking aid vehicle for sitting and walking to relieve the bowels comprises the following steps:
step 1: when the walker is in the walking-assisting posture, the seat board is folded towards two sides, the user walks into the walker, holds the handle by hands and places the small arm in the arm support, and the user can walk by depending on the walker;
step 2: if a user wants to sit down for rest, the electric control button at the top end of the left handle is pressed down by a left thumb, the steering engine rotates to drive the protruding strips of the brake pad to be pressed tightly with the rear wheel of the rear wheel component to realize braking, then the direct current motor works, and the two seat boards are driven by the synchronous belt to rotate to the horizontal position;
step 3: after the two seat plates are laid flat, the electric push rod extends to retract, the driven double connecting rods are driven to rotate downwards, meanwhile, a user holds the handle, and the arm support is supported by the small arm of the user to slowly sit down;
step 4: if the user walks again, the user presses the right electric control button by using the thumb of the right hand, the electric push rod extends out of the rod to drive the driven double-connecting rod to rotate, the arm support is lifted obliquely upwards, meanwhile, the user slowly lifts up along with the arm support until the user stands up, then the direct current motor immediately works to pack up the two seat plates towards two sides, then the steering engine reversely rotates to enable the protruding strips of the brake pad to be separated from the rear wheel tires of the rear wheel component, and at the moment, the user is in a walking assisting posture, and the user can walk on the walking assistant vehicle again;
step 5: when the walker is in the walking-assist posture, the user can turn around to walk out of the walker.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the walking aid vehicle provided by the invention has the function of assisting a user to walk by using the walking aid device on the market, the user can sit on the seat plate for rest under the condition of not turning, and the user can stand up and sit on the seat plate by using the auxiliary standing part, so that the walking aid vehicle fully takes care of the walking requirement of the old with inconvenient legs and feet.
2. The walking aid vehicle provided by the invention has the advantages that the old can independently operate without assistance of other people, so that the auxiliary rising part, the seat plate folding and unfolding part and the brake part are all electrically controlled, and a user can automatically complete all actions of the three parts by driving the transmission mechanism through the motor only by pressing the electric control button at the top end of the handle with the thumb.
3. The seat board of the walking aid vehicle provided by the invention is divided into a left seat board and a right seat board, and the two seat boards are folded to two sides of the walking aid vehicle before a user walks, so that the seat board positioned behind thighs of the user is prevented from obstructing the walking of the user.
4. The assistant rising part of the walking aid vehicle adopts the parallel connecting rod mechanism as the driven double connecting rod, and the design ensures that the forearm of a user can move obliquely upwards in a horizontal posture, so that the user can rise by virtue of the assistance of force.
5. The invention provides a seat plate folding and unfolding component of a walking aid vehicle, which adopts a crank slide block mechanism, drives a slide block through a synchronous belt, and then drives a seat plate supporting rod to enable a left seat plate and a right seat plate to be folded and unfolded in a rotating way. When the seat board rotates to the flat position, the sliding block is limited by the stop dog below, and at the moment, the seat board supporting rod can support the seat board, so that the seat board can bear the pressure generated when a user sits down.

step 4: if the user wants to walk again, the user presses the right electric control button 106 with the thumb of the right hand, the electric push rod 102 extends out of the rod to drive the driven double-connecting rod 103 to rotate, the arm support 107 is lifted obliquely upwards, meanwhile, the user slowly lifts up along with the arm support until standing, then the direct current motor 209 works immediately to pack up the two seat plates towards two sides, then the steering engine 302 rotates reversely to enable the protruding strips of the brake pad 308 to be separated from the rear wheel tires of the rear wheel component 405, and at the moment, the walking assisting posture is achieved, and the user can walk on the walking assisting vehicle again;
step 5: when the walker is in the walking-assist posture, the user can turn around to walk out of the walker.
