The above embodiments provide a method of use of an apparatus, comprising the steps of:

s3: after relieving pain, the positive patch 24 and the negative patch 25 in the foot placing box I22 and the foot placing box II 23 are attached to the affected part of the foot of the patient, the power supply is turned on to carry out pulse fusion treatment, the vibration massage base 27 can be turned on in the treatment process to carry out vibration auxiliary treatment on the foot, and the power supply can be turned off by the patient through the emergency switch 11 on the bed body 1 at any time;
s4: after the treatment, the power is turned off, the foot treatment box 2 is lowered to be level with the bed body 1 through the hydraulic pump 421, the patient is guided and helped to take out the feet, the foot treatment box 2 is stored in the storage box 41, as shown in fig. 4, the sliding plate 411 is closed, the treatment course is completed, the photoreceptor 431 on the ozone generator 43 monitors that the sliding plate 411 is closed, a signal is sent to the controller of the ozone generator 43, the ozone generator 43 starts to work to generate ozone to sterilize the whole foot treatment box 2, the ozone is closed after 30min of sterilization, and the ventilating fan 432 is turned on to decompose the ozone in the storage box 41 through the ozone decomposition tank 433 and then discharge the ozone.
Experimental example: the internal medicine of a certain hospital in Suzhou city is selected as a test point of the treatment device, 30 foot tophus patients are collected in volunteers, 30 patients are randomly selected to be treated by using the treatment device provided by the embodiment, the remaining 30 patients are treated by taking treatment medicines, and the feeling of 60 patients is investigated after 24 hours.
The investigation result shows that 29 patients in 30 patients using the treatment device of the embodiment show rapid pain relief, no secondary pain exists in the treatment process, only 1 patient shows slow pain relief, and the investigator finds that the patient mistakenly touches the emergency switch in the treatment process to stop the operation of the treatment device when checking the treatment record;
of the 30 patients treated with the therapeutic drugs, 28 showed longer duration of pain, slower pain relief and pain intolerance during the treatment.
And (4) conclusion: the treatment device provided by the embodiment has the advantages of quick treatment effect and good treatment effect, and can quickly relieve the pain of the gout patient.

Claims (8)

1. the foot treatment box (2) comprises a first foot placing box (22) and a second foot placing box (23) which are separated by a partition plate (21), a plurality of positive pole patches (24) connected with the positive pole of a power supply are respectively arranged on two sides of the partition plate (21), a plurality of negative pole patches (25) connected with the negative pole of the power supply are respectively arranged on the opposite side faces of the first foot placing box (22), the second foot placing box (23) and the partition plate (21), an air cooling device (26) used for releasing cold air into the first foot placing box (22) and the second foot placing box (23) is further arranged above the foot treatment box (2), a vibration massage base (27) used for massaging the foot in a vibration mode is arranged at the bottom of the first foot placing box (22) and the second foot placing box (23), two leg placing frames (28) capable of being pulled and used for placing and supporting the lower leg of a patient are arranged at the bottom of the foot treatment box (2), and a rotating shaft (29) movably connected with the top end of the lifting frame (3), used for adjusting the angle of the foot treatment box (2),
the lifting frame (3) comprises two groups of support frames (31) which are arranged in a crossed way and a plurality of articulated shafts (32) which are connected between the two groups of support frames (31),
the lifting containing box (4) comprises a containing box (41) used for containing the foot treatment box (2) and a lifting box (42) used for lifting the foot treatment box (2), the containing box (41) is hollow inside, a hydraulic pump (421) is arranged inside the lifting box (42), and the hydraulic lifting pump (421) is fixedly connected with the middle of the rotating shaft (29) through an expansion rod (422).

The dissolution therapy device for the tophus of the gout patient according to claim 1, characterized in that two curtains (221) for covering the first foot placing box (22) and the second foot placing box (23) are arranged on the foot treatment box (2) above the first foot placing box (22) and the second foot placing box (23).
