a stroller frame (100) and a seat assembly (200), the stroller frame (100) comprising a front foot assembly (110), a rear foot assembly (120) and a handle assembly (130) pivotally connected in sequence by a first pivot (101); the seat assembly (200) includes: a seat plate (210), a backrest (220) and armrest tubes (230);
the seat board (210) is movably connected between the front foot assembly (110) and the handle assembly (130) through a connecting rod assembly (250) and can be folded near the front foot assembly (110);
the seat board (210) is provided with a seat board joint (211), and the seat board joint (211) is provided with a second pivot (201);
the backrest (220) is provided with a backrest joint (221), and the backrest joint (221) is rotatably arranged on the seat plate joint (211) through the second pivot (201);
the first clutch piece (202) is movably arranged on the second pivot (201), is positioned between the seat plate joint (211) and the backrest joint (221) and is used for connecting or separating the backrest joint (221) and the seat plate joint (211);
the first elastic piece is connected with the first clutch piece (202) and used for driving the first clutch piece (202) to connect the backrest joint (221) with the seat plate joint (211);
the backrest unlocking mechanism is movably arranged on the second pivot (201) and can drive the first clutch piece (202) to be separated from the seat plate joint (211) or the first clutch piece (202) to be separated from the backrest joint (221) so that the backrest (220) can rotate relative to the seat plate (210);
the armrest tube (230) is provided with an armrest tube joint (231), and the armrest tube joint (231) is rotatably arranged on the second pivot (201) and is positioned at one side of the backrest joint (221);
the second clutch piece (203) is movably arranged on the second pivot (201) and is used for connecting or separating the handrail pipe joint (231) with or from the seat plate joint (211);
the second elastic piece is connected with the second clutch piece (203) and used for driving the second clutch piece (203) to connect the handrail tube joint (231) with the seat plate joint (211);
and the linkage unlocking mechanism is arranged between the second clutch piece (203) and the backrest joint (221), and can drive the second clutch piece (203) to be separated from the seat plate joint (211) so that the armrest tube (230) can rotate relative to the seat plate (210).
2. A stroller according to claim 1, wherein:
the backrest unlocking mechanism comprises a backrest unlocking piece (204) and a rotation driving mechanism, the backrest unlocking piece (204) is rotatably arranged on the second pivot (201), the rotation driving mechanism is connected with the backrest unlocking piece (204), the rotation driving mechanism is used for driving the backrest unlocking piece (204) to rotate around the second pivot (201), the backrest unlocking piece (204) is located between the first clutch piece (202) and the backrest joint (221), the end face, facing the first clutch piece (202), of the backrest unlocking piece (204) is abutted against the first clutch piece (202), and a first wedge-shaped mechanism capable of driving the first clutch piece (202) to be close to or far away from the seat plate joint (211) is arranged between the end face, facing the backrest joint (221), of the backrest unlocking piece (204) and the backrest joint (221).
3. A stroller according to claim 2, wherein:
the first wedge-shaped mechanism comprises at least one first arc-shaped groove (205) which is arranged on the end surface of the backrest unlocking piece (204) facing to the backrest joint (221), one end of the first arc-shaped groove (205) is provided with a first stop plane (2051), the other end of the first arc-shaped groove (205) is provided with a first inclined plane (2052), a first driving block (206) matched with the first arc-shaped groove (205) is arranged on the end surface of the backrest joint (221) facing the first clutch piece (202), two ends of the first driving block (206) are respectively provided with a second stop plane (2061) matched with the first stop plane (2051) and a second inclined plane (2062) matched with the first inclined plane (2052), the rotary driving mechanism is used for driving the first stop plane (2051) to abut against the second stop plane (2061) or driving the first inclined plane (2052) and the second inclined plane (2062) to move relatively.
4. A stroller according to claim 1, wherein:
the front foot assembly (110) is provided with two front foot joints (102) which are respectively rotatably arranged at two ends of the first pivot (101), the rear foot assembly (120) is provided with two rear foot joints (103) which are respectively rotatably arranged at two ends of the first pivot (101), a first clutch block (104) is movably arranged between the front foot joint (102) and the rear foot joint (103) on the same side, and the first clutch block (104) can be clamped on the front foot joints (102) and/or the rear foot joints (103);
the third elastic piece (107) is connected with the first clutch block (104) and used for driving the first clutch block (104) to be simultaneously clamped on the front foot joint (102) and the rear foot joint (103) adjacent to the first clutch block;
a carrying handle (105) which is rotatably arranged on the first pivot (101);
the two linkage rods (106) are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the two first clutch blocks (104), one end of each linkage rod (106) is pressed against the adjacent first clutch block (104), and the other end of each linkage rod (106) is movably abutted against the lifting handle (105);
and the rotating pushing mechanism (108) is coupled between the lifting handle (105) and the linkage rod (106), when the lifting handle (105) rotates upwards, the rotating pushing mechanism (108) can drive the linkage rod (106) to push the first clutch block (104) so as to separate the first clutch block (104) from the front foot joint (102) or the rear foot joint (103), and further fold the front foot assembly (110) and the rear foot assembly (120) which are positioned on two sides of the first pivot (101).
5. A stroller according to claim 4, wherein:
the front foot joint (102) is provided with a guide hole (1021) for the linkage rod (106) to stretch and retract towards the first clutch block (104), the rotating pushing mechanism (108) comprises a pushing inclined plane (1081) arranged on the lifting handle (105) and a fourth elastic piece (1082) connected with the linkage rod (106), the pushing inclined plane (1081) can rotate along with the lifting handle (105) and push the linkage rod (106) to move towards the first clutch block (104), and the fourth elastic piece (1082) is used for driving one end, far away from the first clutch block (104), of the linkage rod (106) to abut against the pushing inclined plane (1081).
6. A stroller according to claim 5, wherein:
an accommodating groove (1051) is formed in the lifting handle (105), one end, far away from the first clutch block (104), of the linkage rod (106) can move in the accommodating groove (1051), the pushing inclined plane (1081) is arranged in the accommodating groove (1051), and the pushing inclined plane (1081) winds the axis of the first pivot (101) and spirals upwards to form a spiral arc surface.
7. A stroller according to claim 1, wherein:
a handle joint (131) is arranged on the handle component (130), a second clutch block (132) is movably arranged between the handle joint (131) and the hind foot joint (103), the second clutch block (132) can be clamped on the handle joint (131) and/or the hind foot joint (103), a pushing piece (133) used for driving the second clutch block (132) to be separated from the handle joint (131) is movably arranged on the handle joint (131), the pushing element (133) is connected with a fifth elastic element (134) for driving the pushing element to reset, a pushing locking mechanism (135) is arranged between the first pivot (101) and the pushing piece (133), when the pushing piece (133) moves axially relative to the first pivot (101) to push the second clutch piece (132), the push lock mechanism (135) is capable of locking a push piece (133) on the first pivot (101); when the pushing piece (133) rotates relative to the first pivot (101), the pushing locking mechanism (135) can unlock and separate the pushing piece (133) and the first pivot (101), so that the handle joint (131) and the rear foot joint (103) can rotate relative to each other.
8. A stroller according to claim 7, wherein:
the push locking mechanism (135) comprises an elastic movable piece (1351) and a clamping part (1352) matched with the elastic movable piece (1351), one of the elastic movable piece (1351) and the clamping part (1352) is arranged on the first pivot shaft (101), and the other one of the elastic movable piece (1351) and the clamping part (1352) is arranged on the push piece (133).
9. A stroller according to claim 8, wherein:
the elastic movable piece (1351) comprises a movable sheet (13511) telescopically arranged on the circumferential side face of the first pivot (101) and a compression spring (13512) which is arranged inside the first pivot (101) and connected with the movable sheet (13511), the clamping portion (1352) comprises a protruding portion arranged on the pushing piece (133), a fifth guide inclined plane (13521) is arranged on the front side of the protruding portion, and a stop surface (13522) is arranged on the rear side of the protruding portion.
10. A stroller according to claim 1, wherein:
the seat assembly (200) further comprises a pedal pipe (240), the pedal pipe (240) is rotatably arranged on the seat plate (210) through a rotating arm (241), and a plurality of fourth meshing teeth (242) distributed around the circumference of the rotating shaft of the rotating arm (241) are arranged on the rotating arm (241); the third clutch member (243) is movably arranged on the seat plate (210) and is provided with a plurality of fifth meshing teeth (244) which can be meshed with the fourth meshing teeth (242), and the third clutch member (243) can move telescopically along the rotating shaft direction of the rotating arm (241) so that the fifth meshing teeth (244) are combined with or separated from the fourth meshing teeth (242); a sixth elastic member connected to the third clutch member 243 or the rotating arm 241 for urging the fourth engaging tooth 242 to be engaged with the fifth engaging tooth 244; the third clutch member (243) is provided with an upper limit part (245) for limiting the swing-up angle of the rotating arm (241) and a lower limit part (246) for limiting the swing-down angle of the rotating arm (241); a rotating clutch mechanism movably coupled between the third clutch member (243) and the rotating arm (241) and contactable with the upper positioning portion (245) to separate and lock the fourth engaging tooth (242) and the fifth engaging tooth (244) in a direction of a rotation shaft of the rotating arm (241); or the rotating clutch mechanism is contacted with the lower limit part (246) to unlock the separated state of the fourth meshing teeth (242) and the fifth meshing teeth (244) so as to enable the fourth meshing teeth (242) and the fifth meshing teeth (244) to be combined.
