According to the upper limb training device provided by the invention, the training force can be adjusted according to the recovery condition of a patient, so that the upper limb strength can be better trained by the patient, and meanwhile, the movement range, the amplitude and the training strength of the patient are standardized by designing the annular track, so that the patient can be reasonably trained, and the upper limb training device is simple in overall structure and convenient to use.
