The method for using a lead-containing garment-worn walking device as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the walking following mode comprises the step of wearing the device; sequentially setting the stretching frequency of the first electric push-pull rods of the left leg supporting part and the right leg supporting part according to the walking frequency of the human body and the stepping interval of the left leg and the right leg, and starting a first control button; moving the two legs forwards along with the stretching frequency of the first electric push-pull rod and mastering the direction.
