Quick expansion seat
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of buildings, in particular to a quick expansion seat.
Background
The safety problem in the disaster period is always a problem that all times are unchanged, and after a disaster occurs, for example, after an earthquake fire, some people always lose their own residence temporarily, so that the people are uncertain. Although there are some materials such as tents, not all tents are in place in a timely manner. This creates a gap in use. In order to relieve the stress when this happens, the present invention proposes a new solution.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem that people lose residences and are in no place after a disaster occurs, the invention provides a quick expansion seat.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following scheme:
a quick expansion seat, characterized in that: the first main rod, the second main rod, the third main rod, the fourth main rod and the fifth main rod are included; the fourth main rod and the fifth main rod are both telescopic structures, and the telescopic structures in the fourth main rod and the fifth main rod are a fourth branch rod and a fifth branch rod respectively;
one end of each first main rod is vertically fixed with one end of the fourth main rod, and the other end of each first main rod is fixed with one end of the second main rod in a 75-degree angle;
the other end of the second main rod is hinged with one end of the third main rod; the other end of the third main rod is hinged with a fourth branch rod in the fourth main rod through a fifth main rod;
each two first main rods and each two third main rods are connected through an X-shaped contraction structure;
the length of the fourth branch rod is the same as that of the fourth main rod, and the length of the fifth branch rod is the same as that of the fifth main rod; the length of the third main rod is 2 times that of the second main rod; the length of the first main rod is equal to 0.78 times that of the second main rod plus 1.73 times that of the fifth main rod; the length of fifth master rod equals the length of 2.9 times second master rod and subtracts the length of 2 times fifth master rod.
Wherein, divide the pole and be in under the contraction state at the fourth, when the fourth divides the pole and the fifth branch pole pin joint inclines to first mobile jib direction, the fourth divides the pole and the pin joint of fifth branch pole and the pin joint contact ground of second mobile jib and third mobile jib.
In the invention, when the fourth branch rod and the fifth branch rod are extended and all joints are in a hinged state: a third sealing plate, a sixth sealing plate and a seventh sealing plate are assembled and fixed in an area defined by the first main rod, the second main rod, the third main rod, the fourth branch rod, the fifth main rod and the fifth branch rod; a first seal plate is fixed between every two first main rods; a fifth sealing plate is laid in front of the fifth main rod and the fifth branch rod; and a flexible rain cloth is connected in front of the fourth main rod and the fourth branch rod.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: according to the invention, the main rod and the branch rods which can be stretched, bent and pushed and pulled are adopted, and the stool can be quickly deformed into a refuge room after a disaster occurs through reasonable size matching, the sealing plate and the flexible rain cloth, so that a timely refuge place is provided for people.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the quick-expanding seat comprises a plurality of first main rods 1, wherein every two first main rods 1 are connected through an X-shaped contraction structure, so that an overall stretchable structure is formed. This X-shaped structure is based on a telescopic structure like in a sliding door.
One end of each first main rod 1 is vertically fixed with one end of a telescopic fourth main rod 4, and the other end of the first main rod 1 and one end of the second main rod 2 are fixed in a 75-degree angle; the fourth boom 4 and the second boom 2 function not only as a support when serving as a stool; when the whole device is supported, the device also plays a role of supporting the frame.
When the invention needs to be erected as a refuge house, the following conditions are required in size to satisfy the requirements that the invention can be used not only as a stool but also as a support beam of the refuge house:
the other end of the second main rod 2 is hinged with one end of the third main rod 3; the other end of the third main rod 3 is hinged with a fourth branch rod 41 in the fourth main rod 4 through a fifth main rod 5 with a telescopic structure; the telescopic structures in the fourth main lever 4 and the fifth main lever 5 are the fourth branch lever 41 and the fifth branch lever 51, respectively.
According to fig. 6, the following proportional relationship can be obtained by the formula of trigonometric function, etc.:
the telescopic structures in the fourth main rod 4 and the fifth main rod 5 are the fourth branch rod 41 and the fifth branch rod 51 respectively; the fourth branch rod 41 has the same length as the fourth main rod 4, and the fifth branch rod 51 has the same length as the fifth main rod 5; the length of the third boom 3 is 2 times that of the second boom 2.
And each two first main rods 1 are connected with each two third main rods 3 through an X-shaped contraction structure.
③ the length of the first main rod 1 is equal to 0.78 times of the length of the second main rod 2 plus 1.73 times of the length of the fifth main rod 5.
The length of the fifth main rod 5 is equal to 2.9 times the length of the second main rod 2 minus 2 times the length of the fifth main rod 5.
Through the conditions of the first, the second, the third and the fourth, the stool can be changed into the supporting beam of the refuge house by calculating that the fifth main rod 5 and the fifth branch rod 51 meet the following conditions:
the sum of the lengths of the fifth main lever 5 and the fifth branch lever 51 is equal to the length of the first main lever 1 minus half the length of the fourth main lever 4.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in the case that the stool of the present invention satisfies the stool condition, the posture to be maintained is: when the fourth branch lever 41 and the fifth branch lever 51 are in the contracted state and the hinge point of the fourth branch lever 41 and the fifth branch lever 51 is inclined toward the first main lever 1, the hinge point of the fourth branch lever 41 and the fifth branch lever 51 and the hinge point of the second main lever 2 and the third main lever 3 contact the ground. At this time, the first main lever 1 serves as a support surface of the stool. When the first main rods 1 are compressed together through the X-shaped structure, the first main rods 1 are arranged side by side to form a complete stool plate. People can rest on it when there is no disaster.
When the stool needs to be changed into a refuge house, the fourth branch rod 41 and the fifth branch rod 51 can be extended and all joints are hinged: the third sealing plate 33, the sixth sealing plate 6 and the seventh sealing plate 7 are assembled and fixed in the area surrounded by the first main rod 1, the second main rod 2, the third main rod 3, the fourth main rod 4, the fourth branch rod 41, the fifth main rod 5 and the fifth branch rod 51.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, a first closing plate 11 is fixed between every two first main rods 1; a fifth sealing plate 55 is laid in front of the adjacent fifth main rod 5 and the fifth branch rod 51; the first sealing plate 11 and the fifth sealing plate 55 are used for sealing the refuge room so as to shield wind and rain for people in the refuge room. After the refuge house is formed by the invention, as shown in fig. 4, a flexible rain cloth 8 is also required to be connected in front of the fourth main rod 4 and the fourth sub-rod 41. Although the flexible rain cloth 8 is normally folded between every two fourth main rods 4, after the refuge house is erected, the flexible rain cloth 8 can be unfolded to form the refuge house roof seal.
After the whole periphery and the top of the refuge house are sealed, the refuge place capable of containing people is completed, and a temporary and safe residence is provided for people when a disaster happens.
