The cartridge cover and its connection to the cartridge body may be of any suitable prior art. For example, one side of the bin cover is connected with one side edge of the bin body opening of the bin body through a hinge (a hinge), and the other side edge of the bin cover and the other side edge of the bin body opening of the bin body are provided with mutually matched connecting structures, such as a bolt locking mechanism or a lock catch, a buckle and the like.
The bin body can be provided with or without a bin body bracket.
In general, the bin body is preferably provided with a bin body bracket. When a bin body support is provided, wheels are usually arranged at the bottom of the bin body support, so that the bin body is conveniently pushed.
The wheels can be universal wheels or rolling wheels with fixed rotating shafts according to the requirements.
The bin body support is preferably a foldable support, wheels are arranged at the bottom of the foldable support serving as the bin body support, and after the foldable bin body support is unfolded, the bin body is supported to a certain height and can be pushed by the wheels at the bottom of the bin body support.
The foldable support used as a cartridge body support can take any arrangement. For example, collapsible stretchers of existing stretchers.
The bottom plate is provided with a bottom plate frame, and the bottom plate is arranged on the bottom plate frame.
The floor frame includes a plurality of bottom plate longitudinal bars 12 and a plurality of bottom plate horizontal pole 13 of interconnect, the bottom plate longitudinal bar includes two at least, is bottom plate left side longitudinal bar and bottom plate right side longitudinal bar respectively, the bottom plate horizontal pole includes two at least, is bottom plate front rail and bottom plate back horizontal pole respectively. By arranging the bottom plate frame, the strength of the bottom plate is improved, and the installation of a bin body bracket, a stretcher handle and the like is facilitated.
The left end and the right end of the bottom plate front cross rod can be respectively connected with the front end of the bottom plate left vertical rod and the front end of the bottom plate right vertical rod, and the left end and the right end of the bottom plate rear cross rod are respectively connected with the rear end of the bottom plate left vertical rod and the rear end of the bottom plate right vertical rod, so that a rectangular frame structure is formed.
The middle cross bars of the frame can be arranged or not according to the needs, the middle cross bars of the frame are positioned between the front cross bars of the bottom plate and the rear cross bars of the bottom plate, the number of the middle cross bars of the frame can be one or more, and two ends of the middle cross bars of the frame are respectively connected with corresponding parts of the longitudinal bars of the bottom plate on corresponding sides.
The base layer of the bottom plate can be fixed on the bottom plate frame by means of bolt fastening and/or fixing piece connection and the like, for example, the bottom plate cross rod and/or the bottom plate longitudinal rod are/is used for realizing the installation and fixation of the bottom plate on the bottom plate frame.
When the bin body is provided with a bin body support, the top of the bin body support can be connected to the bottom plate frame, so that the whole bin body is supported by the bin body support.
The bottom plate longitudinal rod is in a vertical plate shape and is a longitudinal supporting vertical plate, the bottom plate transverse rod is fixed on the longitudinal supporting vertical plate, and the bottom plate is fixed on the bottom plate transverse rod. When the bottom of the wale support riser is grounded, the wale support riser supports a distance between the floor rail and the floor and the ground.
The height of the vertical support vertical plate can be set according to the requirement, various using effects are considered while space occupation is considered, for example, the vertical plate can play a role similar to a skateboard, can be suitable for sliding on ice, and is beneficial to sliding on snow. As another example, the legs (after folding) and stretcher handles can be protected on the inside and outside.
The front end and the rear end of the vertical support plate are preferably curved upwards to be well adapted to the rugged sliding surface.
The stretcher handles are arranged on the bin body and comprise a front stretcher handle and a rear stretcher handle, the number of the front stretcher handle and the number of the rear stretcher handle are two (left and right) respectively, and the front stretcher handle and the rear stretcher handle are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the front part of the bin body and the left side and the right side of the rear part of the bin body, so that the bin body can be lifted like a stretcher through the stretcher handles, and the on-site manual transportation of the bin body is performed.
The stretcher handles are telescopic stretcher handles. For example, it may be composed mainly of a stretcher handle body 24 and a stretcher handle sleeve 25, the stretcher handle body is sleeved on the stretcher handle sleeve and is in sliding fit with the stretcher handle sleeve, and a sliding locking device is arranged between the stretcher handle body and the stretcher handle sleeve. The slide locking means may be any suitable prior art means, such as a spring pin detent arrangement, or a threaded locking means as used with existing telescopic rods, or a quick release locking buckle or seat tube clamp arrangement as used with existing bicycles.
The stretcher handle sleeve can be fixedly arranged on the bottom plate or the bottom plate frame, thereby realizing the installation of the stretcher handle on the bin body.
The stretcher handle sleeve is preferably arranged on the inner side of the corresponding longitudinal supporting vertical plate, and the specific installation position is usually that the stretcher handle body is not exposed from the corresponding end of the cabin body when in the maximum retraction state, so that emergency personnel can lift the cabin body like lifting the stretcher when in the maximum extraction state, and the action of the emergency personnel is not hindered.
The bin bracket may be mainly composed of four legs 21, including a left front leg, a right front leg, a left rear leg, and a right rear leg, where each of the legs is located below the left front, right front, left rear, and right rear portions of the bin.
The upper ends of the legs are preferably mounted on the floor frame by leg hinges 22 which employ hinges allowing the legs to rotate about a transverse axis in a range of at least 90 degrees from a horizontal (collapsed) to a vertical expanded state, and rotation limiting structures preferably provided on the leg hinges or between the legs and the floor frame to prevent the legs from expanding beyond 90 degrees.
The leg hinge may be a self-locking hinge.
The leg positioning means for positioning (fixing) the leg in a horizontal state and in a vertical state are preferably provided between the leg and the floor frame.
The leg positioning device is any suitable rotational positioning technology. For example, an elastic pin structure or a bolt structure can be adopted, an elastic pin or a bolt hole is formed in the supporting leg, a vertical face pin hole plate which is matched with the movable range of the supporting leg is arranged on the baseplate frame, pin holes corresponding to the horizontal state and the vertical state of the supporting leg are formed in the pin hole plate, when the supporting leg rotates to the horizontal state or the vertical state, the elastic pin is automatically inserted into the corresponding pin holes, or a bolt is manually inserted into the corresponding through holes (the bolt holes and the pin holes) in the supporting leg and the pin hole plate, and the supporting leg is fixed.
The supporting leg positioning device for positioning the supporting leg in the horizontal state can also adopt an elastic piece positioning structure, an arc-shaped elastic piece with an S-shaped cross section is fixed on the outer side of a corresponding longitudinal supporting vertical plate, an S-shaped gap (one side of the arc-shaped elastic piece is in an S shape) is formed between the arc-shaped elastic piece and the longitudinal supporting vertical plate, the opening of the gap faces downwards, when the supporting leg is folded to the opening of the gap, the supporting leg enters the opening because the size of the opening is larger than the corresponding size of the supporting leg, and when the supporting leg moves to the S-shaped diameter reducing part, the supporting leg is required to be pushed to be stretched by force because the size of the diameter reducing part is smaller than the corresponding size of the supporting leg, so that the supporting leg enters an expanding area in the S-shaped gap, the diameter reducing part of the gap can block the supporting leg from falling out of the gap under the action of dead weight or a little external force, and therefore the supporting leg can be fixed in the horizontal state.
The leg positioning device for positioning the legs in the upright state may also employ a folding positioning support bar 23, which is composed of two sections hinged to each other by a middle hinge 28, both ends of which are hinged to the legs and the base frame, respectively, and the legs and the base frame constitute a four-bar linkage mechanism, and by proper size design, when the legs are in the upright state, the folding positioning support bar is in an inclined straight line state, and supports the legs, in which if the legs are pushed in the folding direction, the acting force direction of the legs applied to the folding positioning support bar is along the straight line direction of the folding positioning support bar, without generating a moment for relatively rotating the two sections of the folding positioning support bar, so that the legs cannot rotate. When the folding support rod needs to be folded, the two sections of the folding positioning support rod can be folded relatively by manually applying a little force, the fixing of the support legs is released, and the support legs are further pushed to be folded.
The two sections of hinge parts on the folding positioning support rod can be provided with positioning fastening screws for fixing the two sections, and the two sections are fixed by screwing the positioning screws, so that the positioning effect of the support leg in the vertical state is further improved.
The support leg is preferably a telescopic tube, the telescopic tube adopts a sleeve structure and can be generally composed of two or three tube sections (the thinnest tube section can be a solid tube, namely a commonly called rod) which are sleeved in sequence, adjacent tube sections are in sliding fit, sliding locking devices and sliding limiting structures for limiting the maximum stretching length are arranged between the adjacent tube sections, the sliding locking devices can adopt any suitable existing technology, such as elastic pin positioning structures, thread locking devices used by the existing telescopic rods, quick-release locking buckles or seat tube clamping devices of the existing bicycles, and the like, and the sliding limiting structures can adopt any suitable existing technology, such as stop blocks/protrusions which are arranged on one piece and can block the other piece to slide relatively at corresponding positions.
The lower ends of the legs are provided with universal wheels 29 or other suitable form of wheels.
The wheels may be mounted on the legs in a fixed, reversible or foldable connection. When the reversible or foldable connection is adopted, the wheels can be turned over or folded to a position which is not grounded when the bin body does not need to be pushed, so that the bin body can be fixed conveniently.
The front end of the cabin body can be provided with a front push-pull handle 26 for pushing and pulling the cabin body in a lying position, and can be used for being connected with a cabin body fixing piece (such as a rope and a buckle) on an ambulance when the cabin body is placed in the ambulance (particularly in a standing position state), the front push-pull handle can be fixed or folding (such as hinged in a corresponding groove of the front end plate, and can be provided with a spring reset mechanism, and the front push-pull handle can be overturned into the corresponding groove by virtue of the elasticity of a reset spring when not subjected to external force, so that the front push-pull handle can be lifted from the groove when in use.
The number of the front push-pull handles can be one or a plurality of the front push-pull handles according to the needs, and the front push-pull handles can be installed in the middle of the outer side surface of the front end plate or other suitable positions.
The rear end of the bin body can be provided with a rear push-pull handle 27 for pushing and pulling the bin body in a lying position, and can also be used as a bottom bracket of the bin body when the bin body is in a standing position (for example, when the bin body is placed in an ambulance in the standing position).
Considering the need of the bottom bracket of the bin body, the rear push-pull handle is preferably arranged in an upper and lower mode, the main body part of the rear push-pull handle is preferably symmetrically distributed, the rear push-pull handle is in a cross rod shape and is arranged on the rear end plate through corresponding mounting pieces (such as rod-shaped mounting seats arranged on the left side and the right side of a cross rod shape), the width (transverse dimension) of the cross rod is usually larger than 1/2 of the width of the bin body (such as about 3/4 of the width of the bin body), and the rear push-pull handle is not only convenient to be used as the push-pull handle, but also convenient to be used for standing support of the bin body.
The rear push-pull handle may be provided with wheels (rollers) which are typically provided at both left and right ends of the rear push-pull handle, and when the bin body is in the upright position, the wheels on the rear push-pull handle are grounded, so that the bin body can be pushed.
The wheels can be connected in a turnover or foldable way on the rear push-pull handle, and can be turned over or folded to a position which is not grounded when the bin body does not need to be pushed, so that the bin body can be fixed conveniently.
The body position support and securing means generally should include a support means and a strap means.
The number of the supporting devices is usually plural, and the supporting devices are mainly distributed at any plural positions of the head, neck, shoulders, trunk, waist, buttocks, crotch, knees, palms, wrists and ankles of the human body (positions below the relevant positions and capable of supporting the corresponding positions in the standing state) and are respectively used for supporting (supporting) the corresponding positions.
The support device is provided with support plates adapted to the corresponding parts of the human body, for example, a mandibular support plate 42 provided with a mandibular support plate base 43, an armpit support plate 44, a palmar support plate 45, a plantar support plate 46, etc.
The head side guard 41 is preferably provided on both sides of the head, and can be mounted on the base plate in the same or similar manner as the support plate, preferably in an adjustable and detachable manner.
The shape, size and position of each bearing plate are set according to the shape and allowable stress mode of the corresponding part of the human body.
The bearing plate is preferably fixedly mounted on the bottom plate in an adjustable and detachable connection mode. For example, according to the required adjustment area, an adaptive long hole is formed in the bottom plate, a bolt fixedly arranged at the bottom of the bearing plate penetrates through the corresponding long hole, a nut is screwed on the corresponding bolt from the back of the bottom plate, the bearing plate is adjusted to a required position, and the corresponding nut is screwed to fasten the bearing plate on the bottom plate. When the position of the supporting plate needs to be changed, after the nut is loosened, the supporting plate is moved to a new proper position, and the nut is screwed to fix the supporting plate at the new position.
When the corresponding part of the patient is not suitable for arranging the bearing plate, the bearing plate of the part can be removed.
Referring to fig. 6, the supporting device preferably includes a crotch supporting plate 81 and an outer clamping plate 82 divided into left and right sides of the supporting plate, the top of the supporting plate may be curved, similar to the shape of the front portion of the existing bicycle saddle, and adapted to the structural shape of the corresponding portion of the human body, and may be supported under the crotch of the patient, and may be fixedly mounted on the bottom plate 30 by bolts, and may be fixedly mounted in a manner that the front and rear positions (i.e., up and down directions when in the upright position) are adjustable, for example, straight elongated holes extending up and down on the bottom plate through which bolts for mounting pass, one end of the bolts is screwed with the supporting plate of the crotch, and the other end of the bolts clamps the bottom plate by providing washers.
The outer splint is preferably curved with the front and rear ends (upper and lower ends in the upright position) being curved outwardly to avoid discomfort or injury to the patient caused by the end being caught on the thigh. The outer clamping plate is installed on the bottom plate by adopting a movable adjusting device, the movable adjusting device can adopt a screw type movable adjusting full time and comprises at least one movable adjusting screw 87, and preferably comprises a front adjusting screw and a rear adjusting screw which are parallel to each other, when the front adjusting screw and the rear adjusting screw are arranged, a synchronous transmission mechanism is arranged between the two movable adjusting screws, for example, a gear set 86 which is sequentially meshed by three identical spur gears is fixedly sleeved on the front adjusting screw and the rear adjusting screw respectively, and preferably, one synchronous transmission mechanism is respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the movable adjusting screw, so that when one movable adjusting screw rotates, the other movable adjusting screw is driven by the synchronous transmission mechanism to synchronously rotate. The threads of the left and right parts of the movable adjusting screw are reversed and are respectively in threaded fit with the movable adjusting nuts 88 fixedly connected with the corresponding side outer clamping plates, the movable adjusting screw is installed on the back (bottom surface) of the bottom plate in a movable connection mode which only allows rotation but not allows axial movement, for example, a common bearing and a bearing seat are installed, the outer side plates and the bottom plate are movably connected with each other in a left-right movement allowing mode, for example, straight strip holes extending in the left-right direction are formed in the bottom plate, the movable adjusting nuts are fixedly connected with the bottoms of the outer clamping plates through connecting plates penetrating through the corresponding straight strip holes, and therefore when the movable adjusting screw rotates, the movable adjusting nuts drive the outer clamping plates on the left side and the right side to reversely move, and the thigh force of a patient is properly clamped between the outer clamping plates and the crotch supporting plate or the thigh is loosened.
The outer end of at least one of the movable adjustment screws is provided with a crank 89 or with a crank attachment structure (e.g. a right triangle or a right hexagon socket or a plug), which when provided with a crank is preferably a foldable crank, which when not in use is folded on the corresponding side or bottom of the cartridge body, a recess may be provided for receiving the folded crank. When the crank plug-in structure is arranged, the matched crank is arranged on the bin body or in the ambulance so as to be plugged in together to shake the movable adjusting screw, for example, a cavity or an elastic clamping device which can accommodate and fix the independent crank can be arranged on the bottom plate.
The movable adjusting screw and the crank are not normally exposed or substantially exposed from the side of the cartridge body when not in use.
Another use of the crotch support plate and the corresponding clamping plates is that vital sign monitoring devices can be arranged on the left side and the right side of the crotch support plate, as the outer clamping plates clamp thighs between the crotch support plates appropriately, the vital sign monitoring devices arranged on the side surfaces of the crotch support plates can better obtain vital sign information, are not influenced by environmental factors (such as environmental temperature) basically, and keep stable contact with a human body (the inner side of the thighs) whether or not clothing is arranged, so that the vital sign information is more reliable, particularly, the change in the transferring process is basically influenced by the condition of the patient, and the change of the physical condition of the patient can be reflected reliably. For example, an electronic thermometer for continuous monitoring may be provided, or an air bag type vital sign monitoring device for monitoring heart rate and respiratory rate of a patient in a cabin may be provided, or an electronic sphygmomanometer for continuous monitoring may be provided, and a probe 85 or an air bag 84 of the corresponding vital sign monitoring device may be provided at a side (left side and/or right side) of the crotch support plate, and if necessary, when laundry is prevented from monitoring, laundry at a monitoring portion (a portion corresponding to the probe 85 or the air bag 84) may be cut off to ensure effective contact of the probe or the air bag with a human body.
When the bin body is in the vertical position, the corresponding bearing plate is supported below the corresponding part of the human body to bear the gravity of the human body. The position of each bearing plate is usually adjusted, so that the reasonable distribution of the gravity of the human body on each bearing plate can be realized, and the stress condition of each corresponding part of the human body can be reasonably distributed.
The support plate is preferably provided with a pressure sensor for detecting the pressure to which it is subjected. The weight of the human body borne by the relevant bearing plate can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the relevant bearing plate according to the pressure and the state of the patient, and the change of the physical state of the patient can be judged according to the pressure change condition.
The fixing belt devices are multiple in number and are mainly distributed at binding positions (positions for binding related positions) of any multiple parts in the head, neck, shoulders, trunk, waist, upper limbs, lower limbs and ankles of a human body.
The fixing band device comprises a fixing band and a fixing band connecting seat matched with the fixing band, and the fixing band connecting seat is arranged on the bottom plate.
The fixing strap and the fixing strap seat can be fixedly connected, or the corresponding fixing strap seat can be connected in a quick-connection mode through a connecting piece (for example, a plug buckle/plug buckle assembly for strap connection), and usually one end of the fixing strap seat is fixedly connected, and the other end of the fixing strap seat is provided with the connecting piece, so that the fixing strap seat is connected through the connecting piece, and the binding operation is convenient to carry out on site.
For the fixed connection, a fixing belt seat independent of the bottom plate can be arranged, and the corresponding part on the bottom plate can also be directly used as a fixing belt connecting seat.
The width, length, elasticity and the like of the fixing belt are set according to the shape of the corresponding part of the human body and the allowable stress mode.
For example, the foot fixing strap 47, the head fixing strap 51, the shoulder fixing strap 52, the chest fixing strap 53, the hip fixing strap 54, the abdomen fixing strap 55, the crotch fixing strap 56, the thigh fixing strap 57, the calf fixing strap 58, the ankle fixing strap 59, and the like.
The number of the fixing strap connecting seats matched with any fixing strap is usually two, and the fixing strap connecting seats comprise a fixing strap first connecting seat and a fixing strap second connecting seat which are respectively used for connecting two ends of the fixing strap.
The fixing strap connecting seat is preferably fixedly connected to the bottom plate in an adjustable and detachable connection mode. For example, according to the required adjustment area, an adaptive long hole is formed in the bottom plate, a bolt fixedly arranged at the bottom of the fixing band connecting seat penetrates through the corresponding long hole, a nut is screwed on the corresponding bolt from the back of the bottom plate, the fixing band connecting seat is adjusted to a required position, and the corresponding nut is screwed to fasten the fixing band connecting seat on the bottom plate. When the position of the fixing belt connecting seat needs to be changed, after the nut is loosened, the fixing belt connecting seat is moved to a new proper position, and the nut is screwed to fix the fixing belt connecting seat at the new position.
When the corresponding part of the patient is not suitable for being provided with the fixing belt connecting seat, the fixing belt connecting seat at the part can be removed.
After the position and the posture of the patient on the bottom plate are adjusted, the corresponding parts of the patient are bound on the bottom plate through corresponding fixing belts.
At least one section of the fixing belt adopts an elastic belt so as to maintain and basically stabilize the binding force to the corresponding part of the human body through elasticity.
The fastening strap is preferably provided with a tension sensor, which is preferably a strap tension sensor, which may generally form a section of the fastening strap. Such a pressure sensor allows more efficient and accurate acquisition of the tension of the fastening strap.
The tension of the relevant fixing belt can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the base of the relevant fixing belt according to the tension and the state of the patient, so that the pressure of the fixing belt to the corresponding part of the human body is adjusted, the damage to the patient caused by overlarge pressure is avoided under the condition of ensuring firm binding, and the change of the physical state of the patient can be judged according to the change condition of the tension.
The soleplate is preferably a multi-layer structure, in particular a heatable multi-layer structure, comprising a hard base layer 31 and a soft surface layer 32 of the soleplate, a temperature control layer 33 of the soleplate being arranged between the hard base layer and the soft surface layer of the soleplate, the temperature control layer of the soleplate being provided with an electric heating element 34 of the soleplate. The hard base layer is made of hard materials with certain strength, for example, a hard EVA board, the soft surface layer is made of relatively soft materials, for example, foamed EVA, and the outer surface can be wrapped with appropriate fabrics.
The electric heating element of the bottom plate can be paved between the hard base layer and the soft surface layer of the bottom plate to form a temperature control layer of the bottom plate, or the soft temperature control layer similar to an electric blanket or the temperature control layer similar to a hard electric plate of the existing hard electric plate is firstly manufactured, and the temperature control layer in the form of the soft temperature control layer or the hard electric plate is arranged between the hard base layer and the soft surface layer of the bottom plate.
The side plates, the end plates and the bin cover can adopt a heatable multilayer structure, and can also not adopt the heatable multilayer structure. The specific construction and arrangement mode of the multilayer structure can be the same as that of the bottom plate of the multilayer structure, and the thickness and other parameters of each layer can be determined according to the requirements.
For example, the side plate comprises a hard base layer 61 and a soft surface layer 62 of the side plate, a temperature control layer 63 of the side plate is arranged between the hard base layer and the soft surface layer of the side plate, and the temperature control layer of the side plate is provided with an electric heating element 64 of the bottom plate.
The heat insulation layer can be arranged between the temperature control layer and the hard base layer of the bottom plate, the side plate, the end plate and the bin cover of any multilayer structure so as to improve the heat insulation effect.
The heatable multilayer structure is preferably provided with a heat dissipation blind hole 36 which extends to the temperature control layer and is opened on the surface layer, so that heat energy of the temperature control layer is rapidly dissipated to the space in the bin, and the bottom plate and the like are prevented from being overheated due to poor heat dissipation effect.
According to the need, a refrigerating element (not shown) can be further arranged in the temperature control layer of the bottom plate, the refrigerating element is divided into a plurality of independent control units according to the region, and the independent control units respectively correspond to different parts of the body of a patient, such as the head, the chest, the back, the waist and abdomen, the hip and crotch, the upper arm, the lower arm, the palmus, the thigh, the shank, the ankle and the like, and when the patient needs to locally compress cold, the refrigerating element of the corresponding control unit can be used for locally refrigerating so as to obtain the cold compress effect of the corresponding parts.
When the refrigerating elements in the temperature control layer of the bottom plate are divided into a plurality of independent control units according to the areas, the heating elements in the temperature control layer of the bottom plate are also divided into a plurality of independent control units according to the same partition mode, so that when the refrigerating elements in a certain area work, the work of the heating elements in the area can be stopped, the simultaneous work of the refrigerating elements and the heating elements in the same area is avoided, and local heating can be performed through the heating elements of the corresponding control units, so that the hot compress effect or the heating and warming effect on the corresponding parts can be obtained.
For better adaptation to patients of different heights and sizes, the bottom area can be divided into more smaller control units, the whole area of the bottom plate (or the area on the bottom plate which may be in contact with the human body and adjacent to the human body) can be divided into a plurality of rectangular grid patterns which are arranged vertically and horizontally, the heating elements and the refrigerating elements in each grid are arranged as one independent control unit, for example, 3 grids, 5 grids or 8 grids in the transverse direction and 7 grids, 9 grids, 11 grids or 15 grids in the longitudinal direction, and when the heating elements and the refrigerating elements adopt an electric heating element and an electric refrigerating element respectively, the control of the control units of the magnitude is not difficult, and can be realized according to the prior art. Therefore, according to the specific position of the patient on the bottom plate, different parts can be subjected to cold compress or hot compress according to the needs, and the heating or refrigerating work of the control unit of the relevant area can be set or controlled by on-site emergency personnel.
The refrigerating element can be a refrigerant pipe and/or an electric refrigerating element, or a semiconductor refrigerating element or a semiconductor refrigerating plate provided with the semiconductor refrigerating element, the refrigerant pipe is provided with a refrigerant pipe interface for connecting an external refrigerant conveying pipeline (refrigerant system), and the refrigerant pipes of different control units are not directly communicated with each other so as to be convenient for independently controlling the refrigerant pipes of different areas.
When in refrigeration, the inlet and the outlet of the refrigerant pipe are connected with an external (for example, on an ambulance) refrigerant system, after the corresponding control valve is opened, the refrigerant flows through the refrigerant pipe to absorb the surrounding heat energy, so that the local cooling is realized. The refrigerant is preferably liquid low-temperature medium, such as liquid nitrogen, and can be matched with a corresponding liquid nitrogen tank, a liquid nitrogen output and release pipeline and a control device according to the prior art to form a refrigerant system, and the liquid nitrogen is input into the refrigerant pipe and the nitrogen flowing out of the refrigerant pipe is released. The small-sized heat exchanger can be arranged, liquid nitrogen is used for preparing cold water through the heat exchanger, and the cold water is used as a refrigerant to be sent into the refrigerant pipe for refrigeration, so that the refrigeration temperature is controlled, and the damage to a patient caused by too low local temperature is avoided. The cold water can be formed by other prior art to be used as the refrigerant needed by refrigeration, or other refrigerants can be selected according to actual conditions.
When the refrigerating element is an electric refrigerating element, the working state of the corresponding electric refrigerating element can be controlled by adopting a corresponding electric control mode.
The bin body and/or the bin cover can be provided with vent holes 11 for circulating the internal and external air, and the forced circulation of the internal and external air of the bin body can be realized through an air pump (fan) or a corresponding air circulation system according to the oxygen content in the bin and/or according to the temperature regulation requirement and the like.
The cover or not can be arranged on the vent hole, and the preferable mode is that the cover of the vent hole is arranged on the outer surface of the bin body, the edge of the cover of the vent hole is fixed on the bin body by a screw, and the vent hole is moderately fastened, so that the cover of the vent hole can be rotated by hand to adjust the shielding degree of the vent hole, and the position of the vent hole is not changed due to carrying vibration and the like after adjustment.
According to the requirement, any one or more than one environmental monitoring devices in the bin such as a thermometer, a hygrometer, an oxygen meter and the like can be arranged in the bin body so as to monitor the environmental conditions such as air in the bin in real time.
According to the requirement, the bin body can be provided with a vital sign monitoring device for monitoring any one or more vital signs of heart rate, blood pressure, electrocardiogram, respiratory characteristics, body temperature and the like.
The electronic monitoring equipment or the computer system in the existing ambulance can be used for being in communication connection with each vital sign monitoring device and the in-cabin environment monitoring device in a short-range communication mode such as Bluetooth to obtain corresponding monitoring data, performing on-site analysis and on-site display, and can be communicated with a remote computer system (for example, an emergency station, a hospital or a medical network) to send related information and obtain remote emergency guidance.
The cabin body is internally provided with a calling machine and/or other limited wireless communication devices so as to facilitate communication between a patient in the cabin and personnel outside the cabin (for example, in an ambulance), and an alarm button connected with an alarm device can be arranged so that the patient can alarm according to actual needs, and the communication device, the alarm device and the like can adopt the prior art.
It can be understood that in each technical scheme of the invention relating to the emergency treatment cabin, after each side plate and each end plate and the cabin cover (and other parts arranged on the parts, if any) which form the cabin body together with the bottom plate are removed, the emergency treatment cabin can still be used as a stretcher (or a stretcher vehicle), and has the technical effects except the technical effects brought by the closed cabin body in the corresponding technical scheme of the invention.
The preferred and optional technical means disclosed in the invention may be combined arbitrarily to form a plurality of different technical schemes, except for the specific description and the further limitation that one preferred or optional technical means is another technical means.
