Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment is a single-open type telescopic electric curtain rail, which is provided with a telescopic curtain rail shell and a telescopic single-open traction mechanism arranged in the curtain rail shell.

As shown in fig. 2, the single-open traction mechanism in this embodiment includes a motor transmission case 2 mounted at the left end of the curtain rail housing and connected to the motor 1, a tail end bearing bracket 3 mounted at the right end of the curtain rail housing, and a telescopic screw rod axially arranged parallel to the curtain rail housing. One end of the telescopic screw rod is connected with the motor transmission case 2 and is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the motor 1 through the motor transmission case 2, the other end of the telescopic screw rod is connected with the tail end bearing bracket 3, and the telescopic screw rod is provided with the hook sliding block 6.
The telescopic screw rod in this example has a small screw rod 5 and a large screw rod 4 coaxially sleeved on the small screw rod 5 and in threaded connection with the small screw rod 5, the left end of the large screw rod 4 is connected with the motor transmission case 2, the right end of the large screw rod 4 is coaxially sleeved on the small screw rod 5, and the right end of the small screw rod 5 is connected with the tail end bearing bracket 3.
In this embodiment, the inner wall of the hook slider 6 is divided into a left section and a right section, the left section is a threaded section 602 with an internal thread i, the right section is a smooth plug section 603 with an inner diameter larger than that of the threaded section 602, and the threaded section 602 is adapted to the large screw rod 4 (see fig. 4).
In this example, a clutch mechanism (see fig. 3) capable of being combined with the hook sliding block 6 is arranged on the small screw rod 5, the clutch mechanism is provided with a base 7 (see fig. 5), an inner thread II matched with the small screw rod 5 is formed on the inner wall of the base 7, and the outer diameter of the base 7 is matched with the inner diameter of the insertion section of the hook sliding block 6. The base 7 is coaxially sleeved with a connecting sleeve 8 (see fig. 6) which can be combined with the hook sliding block 6, a spring is arranged at the end, away from the hook sliding block 6, of the connecting sleeve 8, the spring is coaxially sleeved on the base 7, one end of the spring is connected with the connecting sleeve 8, and the other end of the spring is connected with the base 7 through a baffle 9.
In this embodiment, a positioning block 601 is formed at the end of the hook slider 6 facing the end of the connecting sleeve 8; the connecting sleeve 8 is provided with a positioning groove 801 which is matched with the positioning block 601 on the hook sliding block 6. The end of the connecting sleeve 8 facing the hook sliding block 6 is provided with a magnetic sheet capable of adsorbing the hook sliding block 6. The connecting sleeve 8 of the embodiment is magnetically adsorbed to the hook sliding block 6 and is matched with the positioning groove 801 through the positioning block 601 to prevent relative rotation.
In this embodiment, a limiting block 701 is formed on the outer wall of the base 7, and a limiting groove axially arranged along the connecting sleeve 8 is formed on the connecting sleeve 8 corresponding to the limiting block 701, so as to prevent the connecting sleeve 8 from rotating around the base 7. In this example, no separate limiting groove is provided, and the positioning groove 801 is matched with the limiting block 701 to prevent the connecting sleeve 8 from rotating around the base 7.
In the embodiment, the end, far away from the hook sliding block 6, of the base 7 is provided with external threads, the baffle 9 is in threaded connection with the external threads of the base 7, and the baffle 9 in threaded connection with the external threads of the base 7 is adjusted through adjusting the threads, so that the spring is adjusted.
The working principle of this embodiment is as follows: before the track is installed, when the length of the electric curtain track is required to be adjusted, pulling force or pressure is applied to the electric curtain track along the axial direction of the electric curtain track, and the length of the curtain track shell in the electric curtain track can be easily changed under the action of the pulling force or the pressure because the curtain track shell in the electric curtain track is formed by coaxially inserting the large shell 10 and the small shell 11; the telescopic screw rod stretches under the action of tension or pressure, and finally the length of the single-opening traction mechanism is changed to meet the installation requirement.
After the installation of the electric curtain rail is completed, the length of the electric curtain rail is fixed, and when the motor 1 drives the large screw rod 4 to rotate, the large screw rod 4 drives the small screw rod 5 to synchronously rotate.
When the large screw rod 4 rotates positively, the hook sliding block 6 on the large screw rod 4 moves from left to right, and at the moment, the clutch mechanism is positioned at the joint of the small screw rod 5 and the large screw rod 4, and the clutch mechanism does not receive external force at the moment, so that the clutch mechanism rotates along with the small screw rod 5 (see fig. 7).
When the hook slide block 6 moves to the junction of the large screw rod 4 and the small screw rod 4 and 5 on the large screw rod 4, the hook slide block 6 is gradually sleeved on the base 7, the positioning block 601 at the front end of the hook slide block 6 is firstly contacted with the connecting sleeve 8 of the clutch mechanism, and the connecting sleeve 8 is pushed to compress the spring until the connecting sleeve 8 rotates to the position groove 801 on the connecting sleeve corresponds to the positioning block 601, and the connecting sleeve 8 is combined with the hook slide block 6 (see fig. 8). Because the hook sliding block 6 is combined with the connecting sleeve 8, and a limiting block 701 and a limiting groove are arranged between the connecting sleeve 8 and the base 7, after the connecting sleeve 8 is combined with the hook sliding block 6, the clutch mechanism cannot rotate and moves from left to right along the small screw rod 5. At this time, the hook sliding block 6 is not separated from the large screw rod 4, the clutch mechanism starts to move, and the expansion and contraction of the spring can compensate the problem of different moving speeds of the hook sliding block and the large screw rod.
After the hook sliding block 6 is separated from the large screw rod 4, the hook sliding block 6 moves on the small screw rod 5 through a clutch mechanism (see fig. 9).
