the reset method comprises the following steps: the outer adjusting tube 6 is held, the rear end of the adjusting rod 8 is squeezed, the end part of the limiting rod 62 moves towards the rear end of the limiting groove 83, the top end of the brake rod 43 moves to the rear end of the brake groove 84, the outer adjusting tube 6 rotates around the axis of the inner adjusting tube 7, the limiting rod 62 moves along the limiting hole 71, the top end of the brake rod 43 moves to the front end of the brake groove 84, the first return spring 42 pushes the brake post 4 to move upwards and drives the brake base 5 to move upwards, the bottom height of the brake base 5 is higher than the bottom height of the universal casters 32, the rear end of the adjusting rod 8 is released, the second return spring 82 drives the return ring 81 to reset, and the top end of the brake rod 43 moves to the front end of the front rod groove 85.
