At present, the safety belt needs to be worn artificially in the use process of the existing safety belt, and in the use process, a driver or a passenger who takes a car forgets to wear the safety belt due to forgetting or suspected wearing trouble, so that the driving danger coefficient is increased, and the safety belt is not convenient to be worn automatically or the passenger and the driver are reminded to wear the safety belt.

The invention aims to provide an automatic safety belt wearing device, which solves the problems that the prior safety belt proposed in the background art needs to be worn manually in the using process, and the wearing of the safety belt is neglected due to the forgetting or suspected wearing trouble in the using process of a driver or a passenger riding an automobile, so that the driving danger coefficient is increased, and the safety belt is not convenient to be worn automatically or the passenger and the driver are reminded to wear the safety belt.

Preferably, the outer sides of the top ends of the rolling opening and the fixed opening are respectively provided with a first guide plate and a second guide plate, the top end of the first guide plate is higher than the height of the seat, the top end of the second guide plate extends to a position right below the rolling opening, and a certain gap is formed between the second guide plate and the first guide plate.

The working principle is as follows: in the using process, the connection between the inserting buckle 14 and the inserting plate 12 is maintained, in the reset state of the device, the electric telescopic rod 29 is kept contracted to drive the rack 28 to descend to the lowest point, the rotating shaft 6, the connecting rod 7 and the fixed rod 11 are kept in the upward-lifted state in the contraction process of the electric telescopic rod 29 because the gear 32 on the rotating shaft 6 is meshed with the rack 28, the height of the inserting plate 12 is higher than the height of the seat, the safety belt 16 is kept inserted and lifted up under the action of the fixed rod 11 and the connecting rod 7 because the inserting buckle 14 on the safety belt 16 is kept connected with the inserting plate 12, in the upward-lifted process, the safety belt 16 between the inserting plate 12 and the first guide plate 3 and the second guide plate 17 is positioned at the highest end and has a lower inclination angle because of the limiting effect of the first guide plate 3 and the second guide plate 17, and the safety belt inside the first guide plate 3 and the second guide plate 7 is kept in the vertical state to be hidden, the safety belt 16 is prevented from encroaching on the use area of the seat 5 due to the lifting of the fixed rod 11, when a driver uses the seat 5, the body weight of the driver can enable the pressure sensor 31 inside the seat 5 to generate pressure, the pressure sensor 31 transmits a pressure signal to the controller 30, the controller 30 controls the electric telescopic rod 29 to be electrified and extended to drive the rack 28 to ascend, and drive the gear 32 to rotate anticlockwise in the ascending process of the rack 28 to drive the connecting rod 7 and the fixed rod 11 which are kept in the lifted state to rotate anticlockwise simultaneously, and in the process that the fixed rod 11 rotates to be in the horizontal state, at the moment, as the bottom of the fixed rod 11 is provided with the limiting groove 19 matched with the limiting block 22, the descending of the fixed rod 11 drives the limiting block 22 and the sliding rod 24 to integrally move rightwards, and the limiting block 22 is not extruded any more when the fixed rod 11 rotates, the limiting block 22 and the sliding rod 24 rebound under the action of the return spring 20 to lock the fixing rod 11, so as to achieve a fixing effect and complete wearing of the safety belt 16, but when the safety belt is required to be released, the extrusion head 25 is manually pressed, the extrusion sliding rod 24 and the limiting block 22 are integrally contracted, the bottom end of the guide post 26 is in contact with the press switch 33 in the process of pressing the extrusion head 25, the press switch 33 transmits an electric signal to the controller 30, the controller 30 controls the electric telescopic rod 29 to contract, so that the rotating shaft 6, the connecting rod 7 and the fixing rod 11 are integrally overturned upwards, the safety belt 16 is driven to upwards release the package of the human body, in the process of overturning the safety belt 16 along with the fixing rod 11, the limiting effect of the first guide plate 3 and the second guide plate 17 is utilized to enable the safety belt 16 inside the first guide plate 3 and the second guide plate 17 to be tightly attached to the inner side walls of the first guide plate, the safety belt 16 is prevented from rubbing with a human body in the process of lifting, when the vehicle needs to be quickly unloaded, the safety belt 16 is quickly released after the eye-splice 14 is separated from the inserting plate 12, and the fixing rod 11 and the connecting rod 7 rotate to remind a driver and passengers to connect the eye-splice 14 on the safety belt 16 with the inserting plate 12 in the next use, so that the normal automatic wearing and use of the safety belt 16 are recovered.
